After the purchase of my new home I knew I wanted to have a water softner system as I had for 30 years in my previous home. HWS came and gave me a quote and as soon as I had my garage area cleared I called and set up an install date. On the day of installation the crew was on time and worked very efficiently to complete my install. Once completed they went over the unit and use. It has been a few weeks since the install and I am so happy! The system works as promised and I really love having the better water. It tastes so much better than straight out of the tap. After being in this home just a few months I had already started noticing the buildup of calcium/lime around the faucets and having to use more soap than I used to when I had the system in my previous home. My skin is getting back to what it was before, so soft. If you are thinking about a water softner system you can't do better than HWS. Ihave a Brita unit (one of the best names in the business) and the price was amazing. I had others wanting to sell me a softner system but they wanted to charge double and one triple of the cost from HWS. Called Home Water Services today as my water softener has not worked for who knows how long but I could not get anyone to come by. Got a 3:00 PM arrival time and at 3:00, 3 gentlemen appeared in 2 very professional looking trucks and I watched them do what I could not, program this unit and now it works! Took them maybe 20 minutes but 3 experts and the overhead to get here was not cheap. I interviewed five different companies to install a whole-house water softening system. Chose Home Water Systems (HWS) because they were (by far) the most knowledgeable about what needed to be done (locating the water line, drilling from that point to locate the system inside my garage, insulating the outside pipe and inside canister). They were also (by far), the most affordable. At my request, they also installed a new pressure reducing valve (because the water pressure was way too high). Highly recommended. read more

We received a couple of proposals for installing home soft water systems and under the sink water purification systems. Home Water Services of El Paso was the most responsive to our needs and the most affordable. They completed the installation in the time they promised and did such a good job of clean up afterwards that you could not tell that any work had been done.
