Presently surprised with this company which also does water heater replacement and installations!…read moreWe called them and they gave us a very reasonable quote over the phone and we set-up an appointment for the following day and in less than 48 hours we had a brand new water heater! Roberto, the technician, was very professional and took about an hour to complete the full install and they hauled away the old water heater. Excellent service, highly recommend! Thank you!

No maintenance reminders or system follow up. When I called to schedule a service on 04-19-23, my call went to voicemail. The message was that no one was available so I'd have to call back. Of course the voice mailbox was full so you couldn't leave a message. Overall, the installation was satisfactory. No problem there; however, the follow up is non existent.

After the purchase of my new home I knew I wanted to have a water softner system as I had for 30…read moreyears in my previous home. HWS came and gave me a quote and as soon as I had my garage area cleared I called and set up an install date. On the day of installation the crew was on time and worked very efficiently to complete my install. Once completed they went over the unit and use. It has been a few weeks since the install and I am so happy! The system works as promised and I really love having the better water. It tastes so much better than straight out of the tap. After being in this home just a few months I had already started noticing the buildup of calcium/lime around the faucets and having to use more soap than I used to when I had the system in my previous home. My skin is getting back to what it was before, so soft. If you are thinking about a water softner system you can't do better than HWS. Ihave a Brita unit (one of the best names in the business) and the price was amazing. I had others wanting to sell me a softner system but they wanted to charge double and one triple of the cost from HWS. Best decision you can make, I swear by the system for over 30 years and forward with my new system.

Called Home Water Services today as my water softener has not worked for who knows how long but I…read morecould not get anyone to come by. Got a 3:00 PM arrival time and at 3:00, 3 gentlemen appeared in 2 very professional looking trucks and I watched them do what I could not, program this unit and now it works! Took them maybe 20 minutes but 3 experts and the overhead to get here was not cheap. I tried to pay but the owner refused just asking if I had any other home water service needs, to keep them in mind! They have a new customer, me.

Garcia Water Care helped us with retrofitting an old bungalow with a home water softener and…read morereverse osmosis (kitchen). We received higher quotes from other companies so we went with Garcia Water Care. The water softener job required additional plumbing of the main water pipe. The company was quick to respond and set up times to meet. They explained the homeowners' role in bringing the RO system up and answered our questions. They said they will contact us again to maintain the systems.

I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, and I've tried to be patient throughout this process, but I…read morefeel it's important to share my experience. My appointments were rescheduled six different times, which made things difficult to coordinate. When the work was finally completed, it was unfortunately left incomplete, and the water softener system itself stopped working after about a year. Recently I tried reaching out simply to see if someone could stop by to look at the issue. I called multiple times and did not receive an answer or a call back. When I finally did get through, the call was ended abruptly, and shortly after it appeared that my number had been blocked, which made it impossible to continue trying to resolve the issue. I'm not writing this out of anger, but out of disappointment. As a customer who paid for the service, I hoped for communication and a willingness to stand behind the work that was done. I sincerely hope the company improves how it handles customer concerns in the future, because good communication and accountability go a long way in building trust with people.

It seems like every year I have to call a plumber out to repair a leak in the water sprinkler…read moresystem/ shut off valve contraption that is ugly as sun and site right outside my front door. The top part has rings inside and they crack or warp. Last year the entire pipe cracked. What a pain. So this year was no different- and then to top it off, my front yard faucet AND the back one too were leaking! This year I called Union Plumbing. What I love about them right off the bat, is that a nice lady (yes a live person) answered my call instead of an answering machine- and it was the weekend. She told me the earliest they could get someone out was today but the would squeeze me in if there was a cancellation. They had a time window of when they were expecting arrive and I got a text message the night before as a reminder and another one this morning when they were on their way. Two really nice guys showed up and the showed me everything and explained everything. They had a tool that can sense water/ a leak inside the wall and that was a blessing- although Luciano would have loved it if these guys started cutting a hole in the side wall so he could have a doggie door! So they replaced the part, had me run the sprinkler for two minutes and rechecked for any leaks- it is nice and dry. Then they went o to work on the faucets, front and back, and replaced parts there also. Everything is nice and snug now! Best part is that when I went to check in on Yelp, they had a 5% discount coupon for the labor costs!!!! This came in handy today for sure. All in all, I am thankful they were able to see what they needed without tearing holes in the wall. They were on time and the service from the phone call I placed to them taking care of my property (rolling up the hoses) was A+++.
