There is no additional discount for a longer commitment. Other places we contacted, charged about twice as much. The best pricing is monthly. There is no separate charge for placement or pick up and the toilet is serviced weekly. This includes cleaning, removing waste, replenishing toilet paper. A chart is attached to the door that the maintenance person annotates every week with the date and time of service. We had work done in and around our house for the past 2 1/2 years. The first year, we did not have a toilet for the workers. Around the end of the year, I kept smelling something very foul every time I went on the master patio and the wind was blowing toward me. It turned out that the workers were using the bushes in that area...needless to say, we had a long talk with them. They could have used the toilet in the house... Fast forward to Jan '18, we were going to have some additional work done on our rock wall and our contractor recommended Sarabia's. Initially it was just going to be for a month or two, but we hired an additional contractor. this meant anywhere between 5 and 10 workers at our house on any given day. The toilet came in very handy and required no access to the house. This meant if we could not be there when work was going on, the workers still had access to a toilet. Except for once, the maintenance person came every week to service the toilet. They were very responsive any time we called with a question, called back when we left messages, or sent emails. After giving them my credit card information, I told them to charge it every month. I did not express myself clearly and 2 month went by without them charging for it. There were no issues, threats or late fees. Once we cleared the issue up, they just charged for the prior months. I also appreciate getting receipts through email instead of snail mail. Since most of the work is now in the house, we had them come and pick it up yesterday. They did it later that morning after we called to see when the new billing cycle would start. That way we were not charged for another months. If you have work going on outside of your home or business, a party, large family or work gathering, we can wholeheartedly recommend a portable toilet from Sarabia's.

My 4 year old septic tank was overflowing, so I called them to come pump it out. The woman on the phone said it would be $550+ (don't recall the exact amount) to have no more than 1200 gallons (their max) pumped. The service tech they sent out spoke no English and, sadly, my Spanish is limited. He was a nice guy, but we couldn't communicate and ended up having to call a friend to translate things he was asking/telling me. About a week after he was here, my yard was filling with water from the tank again. I called Potty Time. They said they couldn't do anything and that I should call a plumber or septic service specialist. I called Pony Express. Man, oh, man! I wish I had called them first. Anthony was fantastic! He came out promptly, found that the filter wasn't cleaned and the solids hadn't been removed. He fixed everything at an insanely generous price. I will never call anyone else and, if you're wise. Neither will you.

had them come pump my septic tank. person that came made a mess dumping waste on my property as…read morewell as my neighbors when pulling out hose. sprayed water all over making mess worst and just left. husband had to clean up their mess. called office and was told by woman who answered phone what happened. she said she knew who the driver was and was going to relay massage to owner and have owner or somebody call me back . have not heard from any of them since. very unprofessional obviously does not care about service provided to customers. very unprofessional and will never use their service again.
