When they went to go pick it up they knocked over my mother's wall and have only been avoiding our phone calls. They say a lady by the name of vanessa is the only one who can do something about the issue but of course she took our call once and has been avoiding us ever since. I don't know how a company operates like this. It has been over a month and at this point I'm sure that they wont do anything about it but I hope I can save someone from the monstrosity that is dealing with this company. Recently the leach line was broke gave them a call got a free quote, best quote i got from all the septic companies in town they came out put a new leach line in our back yard, and brought it up to code. Have to mention how hard the crew worked to complete the job, special thanks to Ivan who work nonstop to complete the job and after completing the job the crew leveled the ground for the entire back yard and the side of the house and the extra rock the crew put in front yard and leveled all the gravel left over.
