They may be great at porta potties, but should not be presenting themselves as offering any septic services. I wish I hadn't learned that the hard - and very expensive - way. My 4 year old septic tank was overflowing, so I called them to come pump it out. The woman on the phone said it would be $550+ (don't recall the exact amount) to have no more than 1200 gallons (their max) pumped. The service tech they sent out spoke no English and, sadly, my Spanish is limited. He was a nice guy, but we couldn't communicate and ended up having to call a friend to translate things he was asking/telling me. About a week after he was here, my yard was filling with water from the tank again. I called Potty Time. They said they couldn't do anything and that I should call a plumber or septic service specialist. I called Pony Express. Man, oh, man! I wish I had called them first. Anthony was fantastic! He came out promptly, found that the filter hadn't been cleaned and the solids hadn't been removed. He fixed everything at an insanely generous price. I will never call anyone else and, if you're wise. Neither will you.

Sandy said that she handled the administrative side on the business and would be in contact by the end of the day through email to send a quote, and other pertinent documentation to begin the process of the job. I never received a call that day, nor a text, nor did she ever ask for my email. Two days later, I had to call Sandy to ask If she could send me the estimate, to an email which i provided through a text to her personal number. Sandy apologized, saying she had a meeting and that she was having a surgical procedure done but would get it to me later that day. No call, no text, no email nothing. The next day I call, and she says she "is working on the quote, will have it to me by the end of the day." The end of the day comes, and nothing happens. I finally text her to ask if they actually want the job or not. As anyone reading this review would know, septic and sewage problems need to be handled promptly. Sandy made more excuses about measurements, designs and calculations needing to be done, (which I would assume were done already, if they were meaning to be sent to me 'that night' every other day.) She then proceeds to insinuate that I'M the one who forgot about their surgery. I told them if they can't be honorable with their word, show integrity and humility, then I don't need to do business with them. Find someone who won't string you along when you need help with your sewage issues, these two clearly do NOT care about their customers and have no integrity.
