A little helpful business advice the techs set a timer and when they bust that time they relay that to the office, which in turn triggers a call to scheduled customers that you will be waiting additional hours, and when this happens you say sorry for the inconvenience how about we make it up to you. They made an appointment which they kept, the actual owner came out promptly, assessed my situation and listened to what I wanted to accomplish and proposed a solution. The next week they arrived and installed the mini-split solution they suggested, complete with the electrical adaptation, exactly according to the specifications agreed upon. This was a few months ago, and now that I have a foster dog in a crate in that same garage, it occurred to me that the confidence we have in letting her stay there when we are gone, is because of the quality of the installation and how well everything works.
