Then says he would need to talk to his boss and leaves. Never calls back or shows back up. Mind you all I called for was to add a water supply line to our new refrigerator! Pretty straight forward our water heater is located in the kitchen next to the fridge and is very easily accessible to work on. Wtf is wrong with people?!? SOOOO UNPROFESSIONAL! I would be fine with bringing up to code and actually anticipated that. The issue with your service was the lack of professionalism and no response after we were told he would get back to us. No one likes to be left hanging especially when you're told there is an issue with how the gas line on your water heater was connected.

Yes, I should have obtained a formal quote from Brittany when I spoke with her, that was my mistake. The only thing I was asking from your team was if you'd be willing to work with me on the price (because I worked my quote to the client based on Brittany's quote). If you are not able to lower your price, that is completely understandable - we all have to make money, and you're not running a charity. But there is a proper way to communicate with someone. It's unfortunate that you felt the need to expel your day's frustrations on a potential customer. I was nothing but kind and respectful when speaking with you and Natalia - I never demanded anything from you or your company - you assumed I did - I simply asked if it was possible to work with me. You mentioned you record all calls, please take the time to review today's conversation. I remember having a very pleasant and smooth transaction the last time I worked with your company, which is why I reached out last week. I really hope your day gets better. Please, for the sake of your business, do not speak or treat your customers the way you've done to me.

    We were without water for 3 days due to a leak under the house going to our kitchen sink. Called a…read morefew places and they didn't have openings until later in the month. Roto-Rooter, Anthony, came out that day! He took a look as told me that he had to bring a helper to get into the tight crawlspace (I don't blame him, it was tight for my son and I). Scheduled me for the next morning. They came and got to work. Tyler was awesome! He got dirty from crawling under the house but got the work done in no time at all. Very happy they were able to come out so quickly after my home warranty failed to get their contractors out over the holiday weekend.

He said the job was guaranteed a month. In the middle of the night I found that the toilet was leaking. I called at 7, 8 and then got hold of an admin at 8:15. She was rude, she had just gotten to work so needed a min. and informed me no one could come out until 3pm. I just paid $900 for a service, Not sure about anyone else-but I cannot stay home from work for 2 days to have a toilet changed out. I asked to speak with the foreman or office manager-tentatively they said someone could be out between 8:30 and 9. We'll See. While I am sure they want to get everything right the first time-seems like they should Have time for rework or emergencies. We've used them for years-I was surprised by the lack of polite customer service.
