I was in Albuquerque and wasn't here to meet the "Technician", but tenant filled me in on his activity. The "Technician" left stating the drain was open but would probably plug again. The drain clean outs were not used as it was under ground about 3 inches. I worked for a plumber in the 60's and would have known to look for the clean outs outside the house. This guy didn't have any idea what he was doing as he used an inch and a half tub/sink drain clean out to attempt to clean out a four inch line. I left a message on 1/18 and sent an email asking for someone to come out and finish the on 1/21. I will be calling someone else to do the job and suggest you call another company for your sewer problems. It is a shame they don't return calls. They just lost a customer who has been with them several years.
