The guy said he would be there at 9 to have the order ready 10 as agreed. We showed up there and the guy wasn't there. We waited 45 minutes and even called many times, but no answer. I find this service unacceptable. If you are a business and you agree on something with your customers please honor it. It makes it very hard to find things at last minute to fulfill my event when I made the order in enough time for it to be ready. I don't recommend this place for events or large orders
