You can choose whether you'd like to use fondant or piping to decorate. The set up was so beautiful! They allow outside drinks so we set up a mimosa bar to enjoy during the cake decorating too! Unfortunately, the delivery driver left them outside in the extreme heat, and they were completely ruined by the time we got home. I called the store, and although it was a third-party delivery issue, they asked me to come in the next day with photos and the receipt. That's when I met Heaven. She listened, understood the situation, and made everything right without hesitation. More importantly, she treated us with genuine kindness. During an already difficult time of grieving, her compassion and heartfelt apology meant so much. That level of empathy and customer service is rare these days. Heaven turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I am so grateful. Heaven, thank you for your empathy, your professionalism, and your kindness. You reminded us that there are still wonderful people in the world, and we are grateful for you.
