Great service, food came out very fast too! Our server was kind and made sure we had everything and came back to double check our order too. The inside is small but cozy. I got the asada burrito and my boyfriend got the sopa plate. Everything was delicious! Will definitely come back, as well as recommend it.

Had to go back for some more! This time I bought my kids and they give it a 10/10 We ordered the chilaquiles Verdes plate but added asada and enchiladas plate with chicken.

My boyfriend and I are new in the area and found this little hidden gem recently. The food and service are amazing, they made sure we were well taken care of . We were immediately greeted and tended to, we loved this place and definitely will be coming back here again.

It was an ok place. My first time coming here, not sure I would come again. We ordered the breakfast huevos a la Mexicana plate, chile relleno plate, a wet burrito and three keto shrimp tacos. Chile relleno was ok. Burrito was great. Shrimp keto taco needs more crunch and more shrimp, they were stingy with the shrimp. The Mexican eggs needs major improvement. It had way more onions than anything else. It seemed like I had a whole onion and one egg. when I informed the waitress she said "oh sorry about that" and walked away then when paying I asked the cashier for a discount she said "but did you eat everything?" I answered "no, we didn't eat everything because it was mainly onions!! We left half the plate." She didn't say anything and charge me full price. Then after she charged me, she mumbled "well. I guess on your next visit we can give you a discount." There won't be a next visit. appropriate thing to have done was to give a discount or some kind of compensation. plus not to mention they charge for chips + a processing fee!! Crazy!!

My new go to place... been looking for 3 months now for a place to eat when I work in town. I was welcomed right away, my order was taken and food came out quickly. Food was delicious and enjoyed every bite, they gave me an extra side of grilled onions that just made my day. The music definitely brings it all in... allowing you to feel like at home eating delicious food I ordered a taco de pastor, a carnitas sope and lengua mulita and loved it all! It's my happy place

I'm giving it a 4 but there are a few things that would have made it a 3.5 if that were an option....Positive note! The food was good, i got the Birria taco plate which was really good & my baby got the chicken quesadillas which she liked(and she LOVED the beans and rice from my plate lol). My only complaint is they only offer can sodas so we both drank water(not the biggest deal) but an fyi also no complementary chips and/or salsa...and the waitress put the dirty receipt clipboard inside my to-go container (so gross lol). I'd come again...

i havent been this satisfied with a restaurant eating out in a long time. service and food are excellent. small place with plenty of parking. fresh chips and salsa. everything was excellent. will come back

I died and went to birria heaven. It's here. I found it. It's a humble restaurant in Palmdale serving the best damn food ever. I grew up on Mexican food in the suburbs of Dallas and I was almost brought to tears on how good this food is. The portions are perfect and everything is made is love and attention. My parents are some of the best Uber delivery drivers in the area so they know most of the restaurants in town. My mom suggested El Mora for dinner and I was very impressed by the service and most importantly the food! When the queso birria taco craze hit LA I had a few here and there; including the Disney California ones which are severely overrated and overpriced. I almost drove back to Anaheim to ask for a refund after trying these authentic, savory and delicious queso birria tacos. I was upset that any other business fooled me into thinking that theirs were the best. I should have known better of course, the best anything never gloats or boasts so I knew that this small family owned business was going to be great when I walked in. It's very hospitable, you feel like you're going to eat at your Tias house. The meat is juicy, tender, and very flavorful. They're also huge! So one was enough for me and I saved my second one for the next day. I can't wait to visit again and try something else from their menu.

We love this place! The owner is the best, she's literally the sweetest lady. And the food here is amazing. My all time favorite is the birria plate. My boyfriend is a huge fan of the burritos and the tacos. The salsas are tasty, the coffee is fresh and hot. The interior design is very cute as well. Parking is also very convenient since it's located in a strip mall.

I have been looking for a really good torta since one I had years ago in *Goleta and this one is definitely my favorite. I'll add a photo next time but the bread - that nice oblong loaf ‍, very well seasoned chorizo meat with grilled onion on the side. I got red salsa with it and am looking forward to taking my friends there and just going back myself to try more of their food. The restaurant is very cute with deep pink walls, an evident appreciation for cute ~cartoon cacti (keychains and pens), and a small stand with (presumably) Mexican candies including Lucas. The staff were also very polite and seemed to be enjoying themselves just from the short time I was there to pick up my order today - so great service. I don't usually sit in restaurants during my lunch break but wish I had done that here just from how enjoyable the space was read more

The rice and beans were really good. The chicken in flaunts were dry. The asada tacos were good with a nice lime flavor. The birria taco was just ok, without the consommé it was a little dry and flavorless. The chips were good. The guacamole is more of a salsa than a guacamole. read more

Amazing food and service! They have a food truck in Little Rock and recently opened this restaurant and it did not disappoint! I had the quesobirria tacos and they had so much flavor. My first time ordering. The food waa delicious and serving sizes were generous. We had quesobirria tacos, consome', chicken tacos and side of beans. I love that the cucumbers come on the side and all of the garnish they sent with my order. I had no way to request it so, I appreciated them adding it to the bag. We will be ordering again!! I've heard a lot of good things about El Mora, so I decided to try it myself, and I'm glad I did. The queso birria tacos have a lot of flavor, and the shells are fried to perfection. The red salsa is blended (I prefer it better that way) and full of flavor. The restaurant is clean and has plenty of room inside. It's run by a husband and wife team, and Jill (the wife) is super nice and informative about the menu when ordering. We ordered 4 queso birria tacos and 2 sodas, and the bill was only $22, and with prices going up everywhere, that's a great price. El Mora is definitely worth the time to stop by and have a good lunch or dinner. read more

Highly recommend!!! The food has amazing flavor. Everything is delicious they added Carnitas to their menu and OMG the flavor and literally melt in your mouth. Great food and even better customer service. You can tell the business owners take pride and pour their heart into their establishment. I love coming here to dine with my children. This is one of the hidden Gems in the antelope Valley.. if you want to eat delicious Mexican food,full of flavor that really hit the spot .. you gotta try Mora's for yourselves ..I am hooked on their tacos , regular and Keto style. much credit to the staff , super friendly and very attentive. Found this hidden jewel in Palmdale behind El Pollo Loco and I'm really glad I did. I love Mexican but don't like all the carbs. El Mora has true keto tacos!!! And they are delicious! I had the keto taco plate with carne and my partner had the chili relleno plate and we shared a chicken quesadilla. Outstanding! The keto tacos come in a cheese taco shell (which I loved) with a carb conscious side of rice and refried beans. Enough to satisfy but not bust the belt. The chicken quesadilla was made with a homemade tortilla and was really good as well. My partner said he'd rate the chili relleno plate 5 star too ( and he's Latin so he knows his food.) It's small but seems to do a decent take out service so we had no problem getting a table. I saw the review that didn't think service was great but we had the opposite experience, being checked on all the time and prompt refills on water and coffee. I really recommend you try this place out if you enjoy good Mexican food! read more

Just visited El Mora restaurant for the first time. My husband and I ordered chilaquiles rojos. My plate is on the picture. Everything was delicious. My husband added cabeza meat to his plate. The owners are very nice and welcoming. They have a taco stand in Littlerock aswell on weekends. Their restaurant has a variety of Mexican food. Can't wait to come back and try everything else on the menu. read more

I used to be a fan of In-N-Out, but unfortunately it's just not the same anymore. Prices keep going…read moreup while portions has getting smaller. The burger patties are noticeably thinner, and overall the quality of the food has gone downhill compared to what it used to be. For what you're paying now, it doesn't feel worth it. I've given it multiple chances, but it's consistently disappointing. At this point, I don't see myself going back to In-N-Out again. I'd much rather spend my money at The Habit. Better quality, better value, and overall a better choice in my opinion.

Staff was friendly and decent service but #1 burritos are overpriced for the meat quality and small portions of a real burrito #2 French fries are harder than a brick and seem undercooked even after asking to get the fries redone. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed an unpleasant odor reminiscent of body odor. This was unexpected and quite off-putting. I trust that the management would want to ensure a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for all patrons, and I wanted to bring this matter to your attention. Furthermore, while the food was passable, it left much to be desired. The flavors seemed to be lacking depth and sophistication, giving the impression that canned sauces were used. Despite this, I wanted to give the establishment another chance. Unfortunately, during my subsequent visit, I found it difficult to even sit and enjoy my meal. Additionally, I must mention that the service was also subpar. There were no napkins available on the table, which made it rather inconvenient. Moreover, there was a lack of regular check-ins by the staff, which left me feeling unattended to and somewhat disappointed with the overall dining experience. I understand that providing excellent customer service and an enjoyable dining atmosphere are top priorities for any restaurant. Had some family members come by and I wanted to treat them for breakfast. Found this Mexican Restaurant. We tried the Menudo, which was amazing. So happy they have it weekdays also. My grandma is so picky, and she loved the chile relleno plate. We had to try tacos and wet burritos. Everything was really good. The lady taking our order was courteous and asked several questions to make sure our food was to our liking. (I don't like sour cream on my burrito) The environment was enjoyable since their music was not playing full blast as in other restaurants. And I thought it was so nice how they also have popcorn and Mexican candy. My little nephew really liked that We will definitely be back soon read more

I haven't not tired the restaurant, but used them for the taco catering. So easy to work with, they arrived a half hour before the time set for serving and set up everything and then cleaned up everything after. Now the tacos, we got four types and all of them were amazing. Such great flavors!!! We ordered Horchata for agua fresca and I can honestly say it was the best I have had in this valley. El Mora will be a go to place for whenever I need a taco catering. I can't wait to go to the restaurant to try more of their food. read more

If you want to know where good food is, I would follow wherever the local fire station eats at. Today was the first time eating at El Mora on the fire engine, but I guarantee it will not be the last. I had the Chilaquiles plate and it was incredible. Some of my coworkers got the chorizo con huevos burrito also and were very happy with their meal. Their service was excellent also, and very friendly. I'm looking forward to returning for more food. read more
