Will corporate read this and care? Probably not…read more Every single time I do a return at Natural Grocers it breaks the register. Every. Single. Time. It's like it's set up to do that so people won't return anything. It takes forever, the cashier gets flustered, customers in line get irritated. Why exactly is this an ongoing thing? Also every single time I try to use a coupon there is an issue. Half the time I leave the store and the coupon wasn't applied. This includes coupons procured in their own special personalized coupon book. Crazy right? Do better Natural Grocers! I have this problem nowhere else. As in NOWHERE. Just at my 'friendly' irritating ridiculous neighborhood health food store. Makes me not want to shop there ever again. At the very least I don't recommend the place to anyone. At the worst I tell people to go somewhere else like Sprouts where returns and coupons are a breeze.

Uhg! The store self service checkout people are horrible!…read more The pricing on 5 items and save wasn't working. The woman and man at self check told me 'we doesn't know prices' so go take pictures of the prices. I did. Uhg! The woman then said, 'you have to buy 5 of the same item, we must have stopped mix and match'. Gets worse. Blond guy at self check told me to 'stop pulling attitude, he doesn't control prices'. UHG Manager told him to give me the correct credit since their pricing was incorrect. Guy shorted me a dollar (since he was guessing i suppose). This was 20 minutes now. I asked him to please add the additional credit. He just stood there. Staring. Angrily I asked if he wanted me to just dump my bag of $150 of groceries? He walked away. I finally understood. 30 minutes trying to get him to work with me. No chance. Dumped my bag . Went to new king soopers on mccaslin. Prices correct Everyone nice. Smiling In and out in 20 minutes. Never again south Boulder road.

But man, not just once but multiple times I dealt with this lady in floral that is so bitter. I had just come off an overnight shift wanting to get ballons blown for daughter's birthday and do a little surprise when she wakes up. In a great mood and excited as I was after working all night to boot, ran into this employee in the floral dept. Talk about ruining someone's day. Not only did she talk to me like I didn't speak English telling me and pointing her finger at the sign several times telling me to look, look, LOOK at the hours of operation, she walked away without a care in the world. As she is walking away not even trying to assist, the two ladies that actually went out of their way to help me, who both don't even work in floral, got attitude and yelled at by her also telling one of the girls to get out of her way. Not in a kidding way either. I completely get it when you're not open yet but man... do you really disrespect and treat customers as well as your coworkers in that manner? Get over yourself. Life's too short to be so bitter and angry.

I'm surprised how well he adjusted them. Do not shop at Walmart on 287 the customer service is absolutely terrible the manager's are awful people. My coworker is just a flatscreen TV on black Friday from them got home open the box and it had a broken scratched up old TV inside she put it back in the box to return it back to Walmart and they are doing absolutely nothing for her they're not believing her. The managers there would not help us once again and we're just absolutely awful awful people to work with . I 100% think she's getting racially profiled which is such bullshit she's from Nepal there is a little bit of a language barrier but they are taking full advantage of her. I spoke to corporate they gave us a number to go into the store to get a new TV went in and the Manager once again said there was nothing she could do for us even though we had a number from corporate. I truly just wanna get her money back and will never ever buy another single solitary thing from this store ever again and will tell all of my friends and family and everybody else who will listen. if anyone has any ideas of how we can help get her money back please let me know?

The people that work here are very nice and friendly. One young lady, actually walked with me to show me where an item was that I wanted. You don't find that Prices are not as expensive as some other groceries but all food is expensive these days.
