We called the store and spoke to a manager. He said he would refund. We brought the unopened boxes back, paid with a credit card for a refund or replacement. An employee asked us to come back later when a manager would be there. Which we did. The manager refused to refund or replace said we should have returned the product before expiration. Calls and emails to corporate executives went unanswered. Talk about penny wise and pound foolish. They have lost our business for ever. Happily this new space is used mostly for more groceries and more variety, not for dry goods like some other stores. The butcher section is much larger. The deli is somewhat larger and adds some new products such as pre-made sandwiches. It is well-stocked; they were out of only one item that I wanted. There are more checkout lines, although only one was open when I went through (there are also lots of self-check stations). There is now a pharmacy drive-through. There is lots of parking. The store is located in Nine Mile Corner, next to Lowe's Home Improvement.

Sin embargo, realice una segunda transacción con otros alimentos, y si tuve el tiempo de ver nuevamente la forma en que tiraba los alimentos para el empaque . Esta vez ya había una persona empacando. No fue descortés, pero si un poco grocera la FORMA como tiraba los alimentos que vamos a consumir sin tener el cuidado oportuno. Cuando llegue a casa y al desempacar mis bolsas, pude observar que la tapa de la salsa de espaguetis estaba chancada y por lo tanto se abrió. Si hubiera estado mas calmada la Sra Ellie en pasar los alimentos para el empaque, talvez esto no habría pasado. ..!! Regrese a la tienda y la gerente hizo caso omiso de la queja....no le dio importancia alguna o al menos no me lo hizo saber...
