Steak was seared, shrimp cooked nicely, and the green onions had a good seared from the fajita hot big bowl. I don't know how to compare this since this was my first tome to try this. Unfortunately, the pieces were really tough, and even with a sharp knife, they were hard to cut. The flavor overall was good; I just wish I could've eaten them when they were soft and tender. The other highlight was the fresh homemade corn tortillas that came with the whole chicken I purchased. The chicken cost $23.00, which is expensive, but it was definitely worth it. The smoky flavor was delicious, and the tortillas were great. The last thing I'll mention is that their salsa bar had a nice variety of choices. Had someone just told me, I would've sat in the dining room from the start. No signage, no note on the menu, no acknowledgment at the bar. All around, a disappointing experience. I'll probably still be back -- back to my usual fajita salad -- but good things can't last forever, I guess.
