My Spanish is poor so I struggled with ordering but I knew what I wanted based on the pictures. I got the "typical breakfast" with the tortillas. This is a feast. The crema, delicious! See picture (1) They have a lunch special that changes. The breakfast was so good, I'm going back for lunch. I will find a way to order! They have a credit/debit card surcharge but it's only 79 cents per order, so not bad. So so so good! They have limited indoor seating due to to COVID; and lunch time they're busy but they move the line quickly. I did go back for lunch! See picture (2), plantains, chicken and rice, fried cheese and tortillas

Let's get something straight. The nationality is Honduran, not Hondurian... Anyway, I am not sure why this is called a coffee shop. This is a "restaurant" with no table service, a place where you order your food at the counter and pay, and then you wait for your order to be called out. There are hot food trays with food ready to go, as well as food ready to assemble. You can eat in and seat at a table, or take out. My first time, I was here because I needed to use the facilities (no soap, just saying). When I exited the restroom, I glanced at the hot food and it looked good. I somewhat heard baleadas from one of the customers ordering, so I did a figure eight mixed with a U-turn and picked up a menu. Yes, they have a bunch of Central American dishes. So while I waited to order, I noticed in the back that there is one person dedicated to making tortillas. Not frying tortilla chips to dip in salsa (forget that), a person making the real whole tortillas. When I saw this I was immediately transported to Honduras (and I have never been). I needed to have a in-house made tortilla. So when my turn came, I ordered a baleada with avocado and egg. I am not going to say this is a vegetarian baleada because I know some people don't see eggs as vegetables, so wathever, I am not saying it was a vegetarian baleada (but I did). I took my baleada and flexed. Second trip to this place, I got some roasted chicken with gayo pinto and plantains. And of course, some fresh made tortillas. I will say this: it was good. Of course, you really want to try these tortillas. I have explained in other reviews I don't come from a tortilla culture, but man, forget about naan bread or NY pizza. These tortillas are going to blow you away. Now, don't get overexcited. Proceed with caution, maybe pick up some lunch, or breakfast (there is a breakfast baleada!). Just try it and let me know. Anyway, I don't know why people come here for coffee... or why this is called a coffee shop.

Delicious fresh brewed Cuban coffee in 1 minute for a $1... The food in the case looked fantastic- and less than $8/ plate. Will return to eat at this authentic spot! Just needed caffeine fix this morning

Omg! Well I was looking through yelp...I was going to try this place out one more time ... but looking through the reviews and such I came Across one of the nastiest food pictures and reviews ever ... disgusting ..Not to mention the first time I went it with my family, we walked RIGHT BACK OUT ... it was bad... bad vibes ... poor customer service ... no where really to like Aot without being disgusted ..etc etc ... it seemed like the place had no "love"..... and so much to the point that I think the Health department should go check them out to see what's really good ....**

Amazing little slice of cheese heaven.

I can't lie this the the BEST FOOD I TASTED IN MIAMI SO FAR. The owner or whoever the guy was at the register was funny as heck and cool. I showed him how to work the machine for Apple Pay lol. Very homely and the food was delicious. I mean extremely good it should be double the price that it is. I'm gonna be going there every single day from now on

Small spot in Little Havanna..tipical Honduran food that me as a native of this country makes me retro my childhood; fast service, and delicious meal is always prepared at the point; I highly recommend the baleadas (the best of the best in Miami); the Sopa de Caracol; roast beef: fish; tacos, enchiladas, etc, etc.. Is so delicious...you better go!!!!

    Pollo Ceibeño... awesome!

I'm not usually picky about eggs at all, but these were undercooked, actually ended up leaving most of them, which is rare for me. The bread came out dry too, no butter, no oil, had to ask for it separately, which shouldn't even be a thing at this price point. Overall, just a very mediocre breakfast for something that ended up being around $20+. The pastries actually looked really good, but I didn't have any more funds to try them after already spending that much on eggs and a coffee. Only thing that saved it a bit was the coffee, it was good but very disappointed on paying that much for the breakfast I had. Not the worst meal I've had, but definitely not worth what I paid.

The service was handled by a group of young women who were beautiful, friendly, and professional. One of them even recommended the ciabatta when I was about to change the bread , and I'm so glad she did! The chicken sandwich was spectacular: fresh, airy ciabatta, a divine tarragon sauce, and perfectly seasoned chicken salad with walnuts and cranberries. My daughter had the salmon croissant , crispy, buttery, and unexpectedly perfect. Everything was exquisite, from the flavors to the service. A true culinary gem I'd recommend 100%!
