Fast friendly service , awesome chill outside patio, it's huge with spaced out comfy seating and a bar outside. We only came for drinks as it was my wife's bday . We each had a marg to start ( the mango was DELICIOUS) and we ended up both getting both of their own beers , the light and dark Mexican lagers. Both were delicious !!! We ended up getting chips and queso and beer battered shrimp cause why not ! Both were expensive in my opinion as the queso was 9 bucks ( it was pretty good ) and the beer battered shrimp were 11 dollars ... they were good ,,, but not good enough to charge 11 dollars for 6 shrimp. Overall excellente and we WILL be back for more next time we are in Lampasas!

Usually get food once we get to Austin, but decided to try a spot in Lampasas. The good reviews led us here! Good salsa! Cheesy white queso. Ordered the Tex Mex enchiladas and the Fried Shrimp Taco plate. Their refried beans and their black beans were both yummy! Good food. Really fast and friendly service! Very clean inside. Would happily stop here again if needed & get their enchiladas.

Husband and I were out doing our weekly shopping and decided we wanted Mexican food seen this place had good reviews. When we got there around 3ish we were the only ones but very fast service. And it has a good atmosphere with adorable art on the walls. This place is amazing! The Barria tacos were juicy and very flavorful. Husband got the chicken enchiladas, it had cubed chicken not shredded which was different but he enjoyed! We got a small queso and it was good, and the margarita was fantastic! 10/10 our favorite Mexican restaurant near us!! We will be back

Birria tacos, refried beans and red rice!

We came in with our family at about 4pm on a Friday. The place was empty, but we were promptly greeted with great hospitality from a friendly server. The place is adorable and also has a very welcoming patio. The food was great and had some unique flavors! They had both refried and black beans, both red and white Spanish rice. The chips were crisp, the queso blanco was perfect! Fajitas were hot and cooked when we ordered. The shrimp in the fajita trio was especially delicious! We enjoyed the ambience, the great service, and the tasty meal! We will return!

This is a new spot in Lampasas (formerly Bill's Burger). Easy parking, big patio for when the weather is nice. They've updated the interior and it's all nice! Cool inside with the crazy heat outside and the drinks are good! Their well tequila is El Jimidor, however we would recommend adding a shot as they tasted light, although the presentation was good. I got a couple ranch waters and they came dressed with Tajin. We got the Volcanes appetizer to share, it's a big nacho / tostada, and I'd order again. Easy to split up among a group or for your own snack. I got the grilled shrimp tacos with an a la carte Birria taco on the side, yum! Would totally order again. I felt comfortable asking about gluten free and didn't get sick at all. Really friendly and prompt service, love to see it!! Couple other photos to share from the group I went with, cheers! All in all, nice to see a fun new Mexican spot open in LTX!

Soooo good! Our whole family enjoyed their meals. The brew was amazing! I got the crema enchiladas with chicken and I was very happy with my choice! Service was great also. We will be back.

Top shelf margarita, Cantarito (so good), loaded queso.

Nestled in a rather striking building, what awaited us was a wonderfully moody interior with large booths. Lots of tasteful touches and theming with a retro flair. We started with the bread (which was huge) and came with butter and roasted garlic bulbs. Also ordered the Caesar salad which was garlicky and improved with the grilled lemons and the calamari- Which tasted awesome with the aioli. Presentation was immaculate and the servers and restaurant managers were on point! They offered pleasant chat and stories. For entrees we got ribeyes (16oz!) Which was offered cut, Peter Luger style and split it. We ordered a ton of sides, and they were excellent. My favorites were the amazing truffle fries (generously thick cut, crispy) and the beets & cream (sweet and acidic) which complimented the steaks really well. The Brussels sprouts were excellent as well, not too sweet and roasted perfect. For the birthday the managers brought us complimentary desserts and a signed card which was a nice touch. Its not a cheap steakhouse by any means, but on average with any other steakhouse in this day and age. I do like that they do some things differently though and offered their own personal touches though, it stood out. Will definitely be back. We loved our time there, would highly recommend.

The margaritas (mine were on the rocks) made to perfection. Finally a place that has "Hot" salsa. Great taste, great amount of heat. Only miss with all of this are the chips. My personal preference is for a thinner chip. Some like the thicker ones and try this place regardless of my chip preferences. I ordered the Steak Fajitas with Corn tortillas. Great portion size. The sides were portioned to complete the meal. I did ask for sour cream since the menu did not say it came with it. Well it did and the waitress did not let me know that and so I got charged for an extra sour cream. Not a big fan of refried beans, however that was what they had. They tasted good and I believe if you are a refried beans type, they would be considered great! The restaurant itself is modern meets industrial vibe. Cozy but not tiny. The staff could be a little more attentive or at least more personable. All in all, I would eat here anytime I am visiting the area and wanting Mexican.

We enjoyed the atmosphere - it looks like a house-turned-bar and has so much charm. We were able to place our orders at the bar and one of the bartenders brought it out to us in the backyard. We sipped on our delicious drinks while rocking on the swinging bench outside. We decided to share the volcano ashes and floating petals cocktails. The volcano ashes was a bit too bitter for my taste - if you're someone who wants very little sweetness in your drink, this is the one for you. The floating petals was much more my style - the mix of floral tastes was lovely and it was on the slightly sweeter end, just how I like it! We decided on two sangrias after that which were nicely spiced and absolutely lovely. As it got colder outside we decided to move to one of their side rooms, which has nice furniture and is a bit more private than the main room. The bartenders were very kind and the drinks were delicious! Definitely check this spot out on your next visit to Fredericksburg.
