Plastic water cups in vibrant colors enhance the decor, very "New Mexico-an".

Outside seating is refreshing, really busy when the weather is nice. Super cute interior, very "New Mexico-an" with hanging blankets and wall decor. The chips and salsa were okay, not crazy about their salsa and thicker chips. May just be a preference though. We got the Coyote Platter, which is the Enchilada with option of Fried Fish Taco. The Enchilada was good but the taco not so much. The Stacked Enchilada Platter was also pretty good.

Nice to find a New Mexico cuisine here in OKC. Staff were very friendly. Decided to sit at the bar to do some light nibbles and cocktails. Jordan was the bartender who took the time to make us some off the menu cocktails. It was all amazing; ordered queso and the red chile rib tips with their homemade blue corn tortillas. We will be back.

El Coyote is a great NM cuisine inspired eatery in OKC. The food is always great! I love their hominy that comes with some meals! The chips are always great and don't get me started on the margs the staff is always the nicest and helpful! One of my favorite spots plus their patio is a great vibe!

I went to El Coyote for my birthday and the service was excellent. The staff was attentive and Adriana made my birthday experience special. The house margarita was very tasty! I ordered the stacked enchiladas per Adriana's suggestion and added the egg. It was fantastic and a large portion, making it great for leftovers.

The food was great! We received our food pretty quickly for a party of 5 people! Staff is very friendly and the restaurant is dimly lit with good music.

This restaurant has a beautiful decor. Inside is rustic and homey with comfortable tables and chairs. Outside you can sit at tables underneath the most beautiful tree. They have rope lights throughout the courtyard dining area which make the area very romantic and inviting. We had Haley as our waitress and she was just a joy to talk to. We ordered the expresso martini and the pomegranate punch to start. They were amazingly good. We also ordered guacamole with chips. The chips are freshly made and served warm at the table. We ordered the Red chili rib tips and the pozole. Both were outstanding. This was an incredible dining experience and we would highly recommend.

Decided to eat here after an event across the street. Very good choice as the drinks and food were quite tasty. Was able to get a meal and a margarita for under $25 which is unheard of. The bartender was very nice and engaging. Restaurant was clean and quiet. They have a patio that looks great but it was way too cold to sit out there. Will have to come back when the weather cooperates.

Overall great experience. El Coyote's patio is the main attraction with a fire place and walls to block any cold wind. The playlist they were playing was also very mellow and soothing. Went on taco Tuesday where all tacos were $2 off. I had the fried fish taco. It comes with a slaw and spicy sauce. The sauce definitely has a little kick to it. Only complaint of the taco was wish that I wish it had something sour or sweet to offset the salty and spicy as the slaw had little flavor. Refried beans were very good. Had the sangria - no idea what flavor it was, it was just okay for the $8 price. Service was great too. A good place for a girls night or date night, just beware if you intend to have a serious conversation here, the trains make it a bit difficult!

My husband and I tried this restaurant around a year ago and wanted to give it another try. This visit we sat at the bar. We had great and attentive service. My happy hour margarita was tasty. I even had 2! The salsa was better than I recall. My husband had the burrito platter and he said it was good. I had the chili relleno. I really liked the flavor. My only recommendation would be to add more mushrooms. We decided to save a portion of our meals so we could try the cake. It was more moist than our previous try. The chocolate sauce made it nice. Would definitely return sooner this time.

1st time here. Esthetically, very nice. Beautiful patio area. Inside was decent...bar was huge , loved the lights that hung from the ceiling and on the table so I can imagine the nighttime ambiance is definitely a vibe. The waiter that took care of us was very professional and ran everything down for us so all those were pluses. It may be just me but I really didn't care for the food that much. Salsa was thick, almost like a ketchupy thick and I felt it lacked flavor. I didn't really care for the queso either. It seemed like there were pickled onions in it??? Or something that just didn't need to be in there. The chips were a bit on the stale side but I didn't want to complain. The tacos came out on the blue corn tortillas which were pretty visually but I wasn't overly impressed with the flavor from the meats I chose. The bar drinks we ordered were ok, my friends drink came with tahini on the side even though it was ordered without. The place wasn't busy at all but seemed short on workers???. Maybe it was just a bad day all around for the restaurant. I live out toward MWC so that was a drive for me to be a bit disappointed on food. I don't think I would personally drive all the way back out that way to give them another try especially with all the other Hispanic restaurants that are available closer to me. I do wish them all the best though.

This place is a MUST VISIT!! The restaurant has a moody scene inside and the outside is fun with a giant beautiful tree! The food was outstanding! We had the Crunchwrap, birria taco, and guacamole. The birra taco was definitely the star of the show. But everything was full of flavor and worth every bite! Grace was over server and she made the experience fun and inviting!

The atmosphere is vibrant, modern, and full of energy with industrial-chic décor, warm Edison lighting, colorful accents, and an open, welcoming vibe that makes you want to linger over another cup of coffee. The food? Simply outstanding. The avocado toast was a showstopper--thick slices of perfectly toasted bread topped with creamy avocado, perfectly cooked eggs, fresh arugula, and a rich balsamic glaze that brought every bite together. Fresh, flavorful, and beautifully plated. The homemade sausage patties were some of the best I've had. You could taste the difference immediately--well-seasoned, juicy, and packed with flavor, paired perfectly with eggs and a cheesy hash brown casserole that was rich and comforting. The pancakes were nothing short of divine. Light, fluffy, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
