First attempt to try this new place, sat at the bar for several minutes...employees kept walking past with no greeting or help at all..walked out with no purchase, also there was no other customers in the entire place 2nd attempt to get $1.50 tacos on Tuesday, called in an order, was told about 10-15 min, arrived in 15-20 minutes & still had to wait another 10m for my order to be cooked. The tacos came on 1 tortilla (there is usually 2) and very little meat inside. The registers also weren't working so had to stay longer for my pick up order while they figured that out. They need to improve customer service & some of there basic logistics here before i return.

stopped in for some Mexican food and was really happy with the flavor and freshness! The tilapia tacos were delicious -- perfectly seasoned, flaky fish, and the toppings were fresh and balanced. Definitely a win. The drinks were tasty and well-presented, but on the lighter side. I had to order three before I really felt anything. So if you're looking for a strong cocktail, just know you might need a few rounds. Still, the vibe was nice, and the service was friendly. I'd definitely come back for the food!

Carne asada street tacos

Second time here for taco Tuesday. My carne asada tacos were amazing. The pictures of the Al pastor and chorizo tacos were from our last visit. My husband had the Burrito Tejano which was massive. We also got the bean dip which was a massive soup bowl of it. Service is still a little slow, as they get off the ground. The bean dip came after the entrees. But these are small hiccups and insignificant in comparison to the delicious food and warm family atmosphere. Ask for their house hot salsas. Delicious!!

Tried this place for the first time today. Had #26 the Lunch Burrito on the menu. It was excellent. The service was good. The free salsa and chips were great. Will definitely be going back.

Spicy margarita

This place is tucked away in front of a Kroger, a little hidden gem. The restaurant inside is cute & clean. The people all were friendly. I ordered a spicy margarita even though it wasn't on the menu. The one they brought me was huge but very good. Nice and spicy. I got their street tacos and the corn tortillas were so good! I like that you choose the number of tacos here and you can mix and match instead of getting three of the exact same taco. I had the Al pastor and the beef tongue. Both were very good. First time trying the beef tongue taco and I'd definitely get it again!

Best chimichangas I've had in a while! (Deadpool would be proud). Go here for the chimichangas, get surprised by the friendly staff, and stay for the amazing street tacos! Street tacos on a fresh corn tortillas packed with meat and fresh toppings hit the spot and were great! Chorizo is a chefs kiss. Carne asada, chicken, and carnitas were all great. Well cooked meat that was juicy and full of flavor. Best dang chimichangas I've had in a while, maybe in VA. Comfortable place that's not too loud. Cant believe how nice they made a former Bojangles.

Fajitas Mix and Quesadilla Fajita.

El Cielito Lindo is located in front of Kroger on Hicks Road, near Hull St. Road, and has been open for just a few weeks. We dined there this evening for the first time, but it won't be the last. Service was prompt and our waiter was very familiar with the menu, which is extensive (see the photos I posted). I chose the Fajitas Mix (chicken and beef) and my wife tried the Quesadilla Fajita. Our food came quickly and the portions were large! (photo) Most of the seating is in booths, and there are tables and a high counter for dining, as well as a bar. We hope this new business does well. We recommend it.

Fajitas Azteca

My daughter and I checked out El Cielito Lindo tonight and we had a fantastic experience. Service was great and the food was even better. I loved the fajitas Azteca with the zucchini and squash, mushrooms, chick, steak and shrimp. I will absolutely be back.

As it was my first time, I chose the Shrimp Spring Roll salad exactly how it's described on the menu and it is very delicious! The staff was friendly and on point with preparation. Definitely a top option for those who get tired of fried fast food for lunch.

Upon entering, you will see 2 kiosk to order your food with plenty of pictures, so we did just that. I think you can also order at the counter, a few steps ahead. There were many options to choose from like salads, wraps, and bowls. We chose the Lemon Crush Bowl and Chicken Tinga Bowl. Both were equally delicious and satisfying. First, you choose your base. It comes with warm grains, but if you want extra grains or cauliflower rice, there is an up charge. Then, you get to play with the ingredients it comes with by adding or taking away some. The same with the dressing. They have so many to pick from and because I was curious, I ordered the ENZO Eureka Lemon Crush Olive Oil on the side. It is a strong lemon and olive oil taste, but good in moderation. The Greek goddess dressing was just fine, but I had try another one and no complaints. Also, you have the option of getting half a slice of bread with your bowl. Great way to push some of the last of it onto your fork. Overall, this was a healthy choice. It is on average $10-$13 per dish, but you know you're eating right. The "Taco Bell next door" temptation fizzled fast and I left feeling so grown up. Go check them out.

Quality remains high no matter what you order. The chicken is absolutely amazing. It's juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly every time. Their tacos are just as impressive. You can tell everything is made fresh, and the flavors really shine. The sauces they offer are seriously mind-blowing and take every dish up a notch. Their desserts are a hit in our family too. My son especially loves the fried ice cream. It's huge and always gets him excited. I recently tried the chicken soup on a Friday and was blown away. It came packed with chicken in a large, steaming hot bowl. I got it on special for $3.99, and honestly, even at the regular price of $6.99, it's still an incredible deal. I think it might be my new favorite item on the menu. Their margaritas are made in-house and are a solid choice if you're in the mood for a drink. The drink selection overall is really good, with plenty of options whether you're eating in or taking food to go. The restaurant is always clean, which we really appreciate. The bathrooms could use a little more frequent attention, mostly in terms of updates, but they're still totally fine and functional. Just a personal preference for more modern finishes. Service is fast, the staff is friendly, and the drive-through is a huge plus when we're short on time. We go here often and always leave happy. Highly recommend checking it out if you haven't already.
