we stop at least 3 times a week and usually eat at McDonald's since the reviews weren't that great. Today we finally decided to try it, and glad we did. The service was great and the food was good!

Ate here for the LAST time. Would give no stars if I could. They're hardly ever busy when we eat here and the food comes out cold and takes 20+ minutes every time. Drinks are NEVER refilled you have to ask and that's if you can find someone who works there. They're always on their phones or twiddling their thumbs in the kitchen. One time we came here we over heard someone complaining about a hair and the manager said "pick it out" and that she had "things at home to worry about". Sometimes you have to ask for chips and salsa. Beans are dryer than the Sahara desert. There's barely any food on your plate. I wouldn't even feed this crap to my dogs. Save your time and money and eat somewhere else. We used to eat here multiple times a week and we are fed up.

Very authentic Mexican food. We are picky when it comes to food tasting Mexican food but this place is for sure one for more visits. The menudo was homemade and the queso flameado not pictured was outstanding full of flavor with the chorizo and queso

Carne Asada Burrito w/o lettuce (AMAZING!)

I love Mexican food. Seriously could eat it every day...so on my trip to Ft. Worth hubby and I were looking for a quick bite. I fount this place and saw a pic of their big burrito. Went in and ordered it to go with Carne Asada. Less than 10 min later it was ready. It did not disappoint. In fact it reminded us of a burrito we used to get in Houston until the abuela retired and it was never the same. We were so happy to find this gem. My hubby and I shared one because they are pretty big and they do not skimp on the meat but I could have eaten my own as well. Can't wait to try their other dishes and drinks in the future. Total came to $6.48 for just the burrito so you can't beat that.

This place is really great. For some reason I put off eating here for quite a while and now that I've tried it I really wish I wouldn't have. We came in for breakfast and I ordered the chilaquiles and I must say they are some of the best I've ever had. Very large portion, it was spicy though which I like but fair warning to anyone else. If you don't like hot food I wouldn't order this. I will definitely be back. The prices were very affordable and the staff was very friendly and provide a good service. My bill came to $10.40 with a coffee and 2 add-ons (steak and 2 tortillas) I recommend anyone in the area or passing through to give this place a try.

I couldn't believe how inexpensive it was. I travel a lot for work and try to hit up local places as much as I can. This one did not disappoint. It's got the nostalgic old small town feel I love. The ambiance was nice all around. Clean, comfortable, and friendly folks all around. I look forward to my next visit!

One of my favorite parts was honestly the homemade chips and the salsa- the salsa has a little kick to it but it's the perfect amount. My husband had the carne guisada and enjoyed it- the kids had the cheese enchiladas and devoured it- they devoured the queso too- queso was commented on as the best queso- it was decent, nothing special to me as a huge queso lover. It's simply a melted jalepeno cheese they get and the bowl cost around $11. I got one of the dinner meals, i'm forgetting the name- it was plenty big- the chicken enchilada was the best part so probably would just get that next time. Excellent customer service- the owner is so sweet! bummed they ran out of their coconut pies or we totally would have tried that!
