We arrived with four kids and immediately asked our server for kids' clubs. They were never brought to us, and the kids struggled trying to use the adult clubs. About halfway through our time, I finally had to track down a different server, who was kind enough to get the kids' clubs for us. We also wanted to order food and asked for a separate check because we were with a large group and didn't want our order mixed in with everyone else's. Our server made us feel like this was an inconvenience, which made the interaction uncomfortable. It was around 100 degrees outside, so we asked for multiple waters for our group, but only two were brought. Once again, we ended up asking another server, who thankfully brought us more water. Overall, the service made us feel like we were an inconvenience and that we weren't really wanted there. We normally enjoy Topgolf and have had great experiences at other locations, which made this visit especially disappointing. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we will not be returning to this location.

There are 3 mini golf courses here. First one is very mediocre; the first thought that crossed my mind was that I've experienced better. The unique part of this place stood out in the next 2 courses which are both up on the next floor. It's unlike most mini golf courses bringing elements of luck, nostalgia and other games (the last course isn't really golfing). Had I known about these courses sooner, I would have skipped the first course entirely to spend more time here. There are places to sit such as couches and benches on this top floor if you feel like taking a break. There's also a karaoke room if you want to sing with your group. The food and drinks are all available on the same floor as the first course. It's very much a balcony bar vibe. The dining area goes from inside the building to the balcony giving it some al fresco feel.

The actual indoor mini golf is only 9 holes so it's just enough to have a bit of fun without it dragging on. Our server, Elvis, aka the Big Dill, was amazing! Loved his outfit and his energy. He was kind, energetic, and helpful from the get-go. Was very on top of getting us drinks and settled in asap. He let us know when all our food was ready as we were playing (we had everything pre-ordered) and was just attentive and great overall. The food itself was pretty mediocre, but I didn't have high expectations there so it was pretty on par (golf pun intended).

We played 2 rounds as our time permits and had a great time hitting some balls and we got competitive. Love that they had a feature a net to shoot a Goal for World Cup. When our time finished we were able to hit the bar in the second floor and catch penalties for the Egypt game and it was so exciting and loved the huge screen they had. This place is great and so much fun to hang with friends, co workers and small events as well that you can reserve. As a runner, that was such a fun and personal touch. From the run to the party, everything was perfect. Thanks to my sister and man for celebrating me like this! Afterward, we headed to Best Ball where we ate, drank, laughed, and spent a couple of hours having a great time. The food was really good, the drinks were flowing, and the atmosphere was fun without feeling overcrowded. There's a full bar and a large restaurant area with plenty of seating, so it was easy for everyone to hang out together. The service here is amazing they took care of us and we had a DJ and a photo booth outside to make it more festive! The babe even brought the cake over the day before and they were so great at keeping it. Whether you're there to golf, celebrate, or just spend time with friends, this place is a great spot. My favorite people, lots of laughs, good food, and a surprise birthday I'll never forget. What more could I ask for? We run here in the dark, daytime and evenings and pass this restaurant all the time we will be coming here more often. Lots of parking out in the front. Highly recommend for birthdays or any excuse to get a group together!

The bread, which imo is what makes the sandwich, was light, fluffy and had a nice crunch with every bite. It kept its integrity and never fell apart. The chicken itself was perfectly seasoned but is more citrusy than anything else. It did mask a bit of the ranch taste but it was still delicious. Would absolutely get again. & it was huge! Brian chose one of their Eggs Benedict options -- they have six different varieties for brunch -- and his was delicious as well. My dad had the grilled chicken sandwich and really enjoyed it. Some of the people in our group also did the all-you-can-drink mimosas, which came in several different flavors, and they really enjoyed those too. The elk was cooked perfectly, but needed a more acidic sauce....though tasty, the sauce was a little too sweet, taking away from the elk flavor. The Bison short rib was amazing in this game trip, with the quail, again....cooked well, but not the best flavor. My filet was perfect, and I loved the contrast of the wasabi mashed potatoes. Oh, and sorry...that picture came out blurry. My mom's choice couldn't be made, so the manager and chef accommodated her by altering a dish to something she thoroughly enjoyed. Very cool of them. Our server was attentive, and our water and soda glasses were constantly refilled without being asked. Service was incredible. Definitely a once in awhile/special occasions type place for us normal people...but would happily return

Mother's day brunch was a mess for $800…read more Entrees and service wasn't worth the units. For nearly $100 per person, rib steak that was sous vide to medium, then served nearly well done and completely undersalted is unacceptable for a restaurant asking for this much coin. The steak sandwich was completely reliant on the aoli sauce between the dry ciabatta bread, and again showcasing how underwhelming the steak was by being undersalted. One of our dishes was completely forgotten, and had to be followed up on. Surrounding tables had similar issues. Eggs benedict with smoked salmon was a hit The starter salads / french onion soup and desserts were tasty, with the banana / blueberry bread pudding and tres leches cake being the stars. Avoid this after-thought of a brunch if you can, stick to their dinner menu and enjoy the incredible ambiance that is Saddle Peak Lodge. What a disaster though! For $800, Fogo de Chao, Maestros, Flemmings, even a drive to Alexanders in Pasadena would of been memorable. Shoot, should of just gone to Lure for the 10,000th time, at least it would of offered the same boring consistency. Super disappointed in Saddle Peak Lodge, as my family and I come here 1-2 times a year for dinner. Sadly this experience sums up why their over-all Yelp score is 3.5 stars now, and I'm sadly adding fuel to the fire for what once was one of my favorite restaurants.

I was a bit put off that you can not get a receipt without giving your phone number, which I, traveling the world, try to avoid. I hate getting advertising messages while trying to sleep. Sadly, my family situation makes it necessary to keep the phone on my nightstand. Service in the restaurant was almost immaculate. He was extremely friendly and helpful - I just wished he had the decency to let us finish our sentences and not brutally cut into sensible conversations for no reason other than asking if we may refill my water or if we wanted to see the desert menu. We were early - 5pm on a Monday, the place filled up later. There was no pressure, waiting five seconds and not interrupting the customer would have achieved much. $22 for a cocktail during happy hour is a high price. They were sensational though, in every aspect - design, content and presentation. I wish I had photographed all of them, not only mine. We shared the large charcuterie plate which was a blast. A bargain actually. I had not expected this. Steaks were grilled to perfection, sides were great. Sadly, my lobster tail was totally overcooked and cold. I was invited. Everyone had a great time - and I did not want to spoil the occasion. I did not say anything. The free dessert for our "birthday child" - she got 81 - was thoughtful and above all, very very delicious. Sadly, the issues were substantial enough to make the cut the 5 stars to 4. Still I highly recommend the place - if you can spare $500 for four.

The only presentation issue was with the steak plate. There was blood all over the plate that could have easily been cleaned up by the expo before it went out. The drinks were solid as well. One small suggestion: I wouldn't salt-rim every shot. I have to watch my sodium intake, so I personally try to limit it. That said, it wasn't a major issue. Unfortunately, the service behind the bar was where things fell short. There was a female bartender who had a lot of attitude and very poor customer service. I felt like I was bothering her, and there was very little eye contact or engagement. We even gave her a completely innocent compliment, so I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the change in attitude, but the interaction definitely made us uncomfortable. There were three other guys working who were great and had excellent attitudes, so this definitely stood out. The biggest disappointment, however, was when I asked to box up my food. They were completely out of to-go boxes. I had an untouched $80 steak that I did not want to cut up just to make it fit into something. If you're a steak person, you know reheating a good steak after cutting it up is basically a sin. I ended up wrapping it in foil, but unfortunately, the steak eventually fell through the bag because there wasn't proper packaging for it. We still tipped nicely and left, but it was disappointing to lose an untouched $80 steak because of poor to-go inventory management. That's something that should be easy to prevent, especially at a restaurant of this caliber. The view is beautiful, the restaurant itself is beautiful, and the food was excellent. Unfortunately, the bartender's attitude and the lack of proper to-go packaging took away from what could have been a really great experience. If I come back, I would definitely return for the food and atmosphere, but if that bartender is working, I'd probably avoid the bar area.
