When I arrived at the entrance, my Graphene and Premium features were not activated, even though I pay for the highest plan. I had to tell the employee, and he turned something on manually -- but he still didn't activate my full package, so I ended up receiving a lower-level wash. Because of that mistake, the wash did not perform correctly. The machines are not the issue -- the problem is that they did not give me the service I pay for. What made the situation even worse was the manager, Anel Sanchez. She was rude, dismissive, and refused to listen. Instead of helping or checking what happened and gave explanations that were simply not true. Advice: Always check the lights and features at the entrance. This location is a circus. People drive in to vacuum their cars for free and turn their car around and don't continue to pay and have it washed. When these customers want to leave the premises, they go against traffic to leave while others are in the same area in line to get a full service. I see there's poor management when this is allowed and employees assist in helping those cars get out on a one way entrance. Can't wait for the new location to open just half a block. Hopefully it will have better order. read more

This is the worst location so far. Their employees are rude and don't take any note of how long people vacuum their cars and the best part is anyone can just come in and vacuum for free. Came here to vacuum and get a wash for my car. My car is white so it was a bit dusty and had a couple of stains here and there. The free vacuuming was good! However, I paid $20 for the single car wash that's the best package... it feels as if you get the same car wash whether you do the basic $5 one or the $20 one... Plus my car was left with stains. My right mirror was pushed out during the wash so it was left dirty. The lady in front of me was the one who made me notice this because she had to get down to fix her pushed out right mirror as well. My car was also left with a stain on the hood. So today there are cones blocking people leaving after getting a free vaccume. BUT you still have to wait in a 30 min ine because people stop right at enterance to get first available vaccume. Then when your done, the double line of people wanting a carwash blocks you in. There is a ypunf man today who is trying to direct traffic but ita still crazy! I originally joined the membership program at the biscayne location but found myself going to this one more often because my mother lives near by. Car comes out great but vacuum area gets full quickly. Not a big deal since I can stop into any location and quickly vacuum. Great value compared to other similar washes. My truck was filthy and was looking to get a quick wash. Found this location on yelp and set on my way. If you aren't careful you will miss it. Its tucked in between a car dealership and another business. The lady at the kiosk was very nice and helped me pick the 14$ wash. The man that guided me into the wash did a great job washing down the front of my truck. The wash itself was decent but the drying feature at the end left a lot to be desired. Unfortunately after you finish your wash you can't pull back into the lot to hand dry your vehicle. You have to go right back onto the street. So by the time you find a place to park a few blocks down you now have water spots all over. Its a total bummer and almost misses the point of washing it in the first place. read more

The wash itself is very good for the wash, now for the and and I hope the owners actually care enough to read and improve their business. The 2 cars in front of me were putting their car in reverse, yes reverse!! After they were in their spot in order to have the attendant wash their car longer with the hose, and he is apparently ok with this since they lower their window to take a tip, and then the attendant goes to the other side to continue the wash while the people continue to reverse their car over the roller that pushes the car forward. All of these safety concerns for a tip? And nobody is looking, also try to cancel your membership and see how easy it is, NOT! Business going down the drain, sad. read more

My car was so dirty that I decided since I saw the reviews and I was close by I would give it a try. I liked that the vacuums were free with the car wash (self service vacuum) I was able to vacuum all the areas that most of the time car washes miss and they have that straight one that gets into the cracks. I also like that they have a vending machine that sells things to clean the inside like a leather cleaner wipe and air fresheners but be aware the credit card little machine DOES NOT work so it's cash only!!!!!!! Ughhhh!!! I didn't even have coins LOL. I went during a busy time Because it was super busy people were waiting for the vacuums (which was around 1200p, I guess lunch time people wash their cars). I paid for the most expensive car wash which was $16.00 that included wax cleaning, which I honestly felt that i didn't even get and everyone just gets the same thing even tho you pay $5 or $16. The car wash belt goes so fast I felt they just threw water and soap on my car. There are still a lot of dirty parts to my car, I know it's not a person actually washing your car but then charge less cause EVERYONE is getting the same wash no matter how much they pay. Simply put - Never again! I usually go to the Palmetto (south) location but was in the area and decided to try the Hialeah location. Terrible mistake!!! Once you finish with the wash, you have to exit the lot ride 2 blocks (no Uturn), make a left turn, uturn, wait for traffic light, make a right turn, 2 more blocks, uturn and wait in line to get back in the parking lot to finish vacuuming! Literally, this is ridiculous. I gave up on vacuuming so ended up with a lousy wash of less than a minute that cost me $20!!! read more

I absolutely love this place. There is vacuums for customers out front and then the attendant helps you pick one of the 4 car washes. There is one as low as $8 and one as much as $18. Today I had just come from Fort Lauderdale and had some bugs on my windshield. The $10 wash got them all off; amazing. read more

I can not speak to El Car Wash as the entire entity, I've only visited this location and their location on Coral Way. And I must say that the Coral Way location is a much better experience. That being said this location is great in that you get exactly what you pay for. You get a pretty decent machine wash and a clean interior. The pricing is fair, the wash is good, and the convenience is fantastic. However, I will say that logistically, this El Car Wash is terrible. The fact that the vacuuming is before the wash creates a traffic jam that spreads out onto the already packed nightmare that is 49th street. The entire right lane for about 300 yards leading up this location is always stopped at a standstill due to the long line that is caused by customers waiting to use the vacuums. That being said, it's Hialeah, it's to be expected, but people will not hesitate to skip the line and cut in front of you in order to vacuum their car sooner. Also another issue are the people that vacuum their car and then turn opposite the flow of traffic inconveniencing everyone just taking advantage of the free vacuums proceeding to exit out of the entrance only turnoff. Once again it's Hialeah. That's no surprise, but this can all be mitigated if there was more room for cars awaiting a vacuum or if El Car Wash simply reversed the flow of their operation. Car wash first, and then vacuum - just as 90% of other car wash operations. Why this was not thought of before, I have no clue. read more

I loved it. The place was easy to find and the process was effortless. As you enter, you'll find the vacuum section first. Please do that before you proceed to wash as you can't come back. There are lots of spots and with vacuum hoses on both sides of the car, it's pretty convenient. Then I went to wash section, you choose the option, cheapest is 5. I chose the 8. There's a person there to help you. English friendly place. Then you proceed to the wash zone. They'll spray your car down first for any heavy spots. My car got ambushed by an army of birds and had like 1000 poopy smears. Guy didn't bat an eye. Very professional and fast. The actual wash was quick, like a minute, and then it's over and you drive away. I'd definitely come again. read more

Here you can clean the interior of your car using their 2 different vacuum nozzles conveniently placed on either side of your car for easier access and the clipboard for your mats for easier cleaning. Vending machines containing interior car cleaning products and air freshness are also available. Once you clean the interior you go toward the end where you pay for the type of exterior car wash you'd like...if you prefer an exterior wash only you can skip the vacuum area. Also, be sure to take advantage of their daily happy hour special which knocks of $2 off any wash! Love coming here to wash my car but don't come on the weekends, they use to have an employee directing the incoming traffic between the vacuum line and the car wash line. Came here today and it was a nightmare, I was in the car wash lane near the vacuums some guy was trying to back up and asked me if I can back up, I told him no because if I backed up he would take my place in line. They need to do a better job at managing the lines to avoid either a car accident or people cutting lines. Probably will be my last time coming here today honestly. read more
