Instead of helping or checking what happened and gave explanations that were simply not true. Advice: Always check the lights and features at the entrance. If your premium options are not activated, you will not get the service you're paying for. There was no line around 7:30am which was great. First of all I noticed the final rolling buffer was wet and left a nasty haze on my glass after the drying process. Then when I went to the vacuum area, there were no rags at "ANY" of the slots. I had to walk to the attendant and then they ran out. Why is the attendant just standing there. It's 7am!!! They just opened. All the stations need to have rags!!! I was given a rag but it was soaked. I didn't have a choice but to use it but it completely left all my windshield and windows dirty. That rag was definitely not clean. Additionally I noticed my rims were still dirty which tells me the wheel scrubber is not working and no tire shine. I'm still a fan of "el car wash" and maybe it was a "off" day for them at this location. But if any manager is reading this, please do something about this. I'm soo upset as my car has this white haze and looks dirty. Come on..... it's 7am. My review will be 1 Star and just because the location is beautiful. This is unacceptable as we are paying for the service. I'm not a complainer but no rags at any station? I'll be back soon to see if you guys improve. If you do, then I'll rate you accordingly.
