The manager or owner whoever it was told me there's a password on the card terminal that only he can access to re-process sales and that he "accidentally hit a button" that caused it. I call BS. If the owner tries to show a receipt with a tip added, then they forged it and I'll demand to see the CCTV footage of me signing that receipt. How does this keep happening to me?
