Texas chimichanga and pork something.
RJ And J W.

Came here for dinner with my husband. Immediately seated. Entire restaurant was spotless. No dust or dirt anywhere. Washrooms were extremely clean. We had chips and salsa in less than a minute. Salsa wasn't hot, not overly salty , and tortilla chips were fresh- crispy. Not corn thick or greasy. Waiter was extremely attentive and made a recommendation that was outstanding. Trying to watch carbs and not do tacos and wanted pork or steak with no tortillas. He recommended something better. The pork was so tender. Tons of great flavor. Huge portion- check the pic. Husband had the Texas chimichanga. All I heard was nom nom nom. Clearly a huge hit. Service, ambience, and food- clear 10/10. .

Very clean and very polite staff. The food was beyond tasty and served quick. Staff truly cared about your meal and experience. Plenty for leftovers and for sharing

Had a great first visit. The service was nice, and the decor was great. I ordered the seafood chimichanga. I enjoyed my meal, but I was not a fan of the abundance of carrots and broccoli that is added. I felt like those items were used as fillers, and it took away from the "seafood" I was after. Also, it comes with crab meat.. I wish restaurants would detail their imitation crab meat.. That's a BIG difference to me. The verse sauce is DELICIOUS! Next visit, I won't order anything seafood-based(imitation crab), or anything saying carrots and broccoli. Although I am a pescatarian, those veggies and crab meat were not the highlight of my meal.

One of my absolute favorite! I always get the molchahete (sp?) which is ribeye, shrimp, chicken, cactus, chorizo, onion bulbs and cheeese sauce served w tortillas! Omg.... delicious but it is enough food for a small family. Hence the $29.99 price tag but omgsh... so worth it. Chile relleno are Last time I went I tried their shrimp cocktail. I'm usually pretty hesitant because they're usually too sweet for me, but not theirs. One of the best I've had in Indy! A must try!

If you're ever on the southside & in search of a speedy lunch that isn't fast food- this may be your jam. It's located in the Southern Plaza strip mall, there's plenty of parking. It's ambience is average. The fountain is a nice touch, nonetheless! I ordered the chicken vegetable soup, & I must say I was IMPRESSED.The broth itself was flavorful, and the bowl was huge!It was well worth my $6.25.I even had some left over.My co worker ordered the fajita nachos, which I taste tested (of course). They were delish as well! The service was alright for it not being very busy, but he was speedy with bringing our food- I will say that!Overall, I was very pleased with my soup...This wasn't my first rodeo, The Kid & I come here sometimes as well.He wanted pizza- which they had clearly put in the microwave.Don't order pizza at the Mexican spot, mmkay?!

My husband got the king burrito with chicken. He says it was really good.

Our chips came warm and the salsa was delicious. We each had a drink. Could taste the tequila they were good. Both of our meals was very filling and delicious. We have lunch for tomorrow.

Horrible customer service. The meat is undercooked. The sides are missing seasoning. Most employees don't speak English.

I got the Langostino Quesadilla that I loved! It was a really big quesadilla too. We ordered agua frescas tonight, but their bar menu is huge and I definitely want to be back for margaritas on their patio. This is prime location for patio season. We were seated in their outdoor area where the heaters were not turned on and the day had been rainy and cold so most of the table was cold throughout our meal. The service was a bit slow but it being cinco de mayo, we understood that things may move a little slower than any other day. They had some specials for the day but I got my old faithful, Maria's Enchiladas with steak. It comes with rice and beans and it's just so so soooo good!!! I also got the Arroyo Margarita which was good but def could tell they were adding a bit more sour mix to the drink. Overall, it was a good experience but I will try to come back again on a day that is not as busy.

Even with the rush, I was able to snag a seat quite quickly. I was so impressed by how efficiently the staff cleared and prepared my table; it's those little touches of attentiveness that really make a difference. I decided to keep things classic and ordered the Asada Tacos. The service was remarkably swift my order arrived in under ten minutes, which is exactly the kind of efficiency I adore. While the initial presentation was a bit more understated than I anticipated, the flavor was a total 8/10 triumph! The staff was also incredibly accommodating when it came to my preferences; they brought over a lovely selection of chips and sauces, but were perfectly gracious when I mentioned I prefer to avoid the heat. These are truly some of the best tacos I've had the pleasure of trying lately. I will most certainly be a regular here!

I don't know how else to explain it. The queso is delicious. They have a salsa bar, and I'm not joking when I say there are a lot of delicious homemade salsas on the salsa bar. You have to buy a basket of chips, but it's very inexpensive and so worth it for the salsa bar! Lastly, the Al pastor is the bomb. The inside is really nice, the owners are so gracious and remember us when we come back each time. Don't sleep on this place--it's perfect for a weekday dinner or a weekend date night!

The restaurant is sleek and has a cool vibe, but we immediately realized it was not going to be what we thought of when we saw "street tacos" mentioned during Google search. It's more of a metropolitan American Soul fusion place, with a heavy emphasis on loaded, uniquely flavored tacos instead of traditional Mexicana. The server was wonderful in explaining their menu and gave multiple recommendations, which I went with all of her great suggestions once I told her what I was craving. My husband didn't enjoy his appetizer, saying it tasted too sweet instead of savory for him, but the server was great at being aware of our plates and took the appetizer off our bill when she noticed he wasn't eating it without us even mentioning it. I got three different tacos, and the only one I didn't enjoy was due to the Mac n cheese that was stuffed in it. It just didn't taste or feel right having a taco with macaroni that was pushed in so densely that it became a sponge. The other two were great! My husband gave his burrito a 3/5, as he felt it was too much one note. Overall, don't come here if you're looking for upscale Mexicana, but instead want to enjoy interesting fusion flavors and fun cocktails. Great place for a group outing or celebration!

Driving through…read morehere, you see the blight and the abandonment of this area of Indianapolis since the decline of manufacturing. Then again, it's not an uncommon story unfortunately- large parts of the city forgotten in terms of economic development but then suddenly needed during times of campaigning. Had taken Keystone and then Rural Street to get here, and the potholes are not kind. But, we had this place on our list and were determined to make it here at least once. Tlaolli stood out for its vegan offerings. Plenty of vegan taco options, birria (an absolute rarity to see vegan birria), and torta. They offer soy chorizo, jackfruit, and king oyster mushrooms as protein options. The exterior is colorful, and inside there are seating options. We had gotten our food to go, so I cannot comment too much on the service. Had placed our order online, and the food was ready within the estimated time in the order. We ordered the vegan birria tacos ($17.99), the vegan torta ($10.99 base but added soy chorizo, which was $3.99), and the no-no-no taco ($5.99). Our total with fees was approximately $45. Tlaolli offers outdoor seating, so when the weather is nicer this would be a good place to come. Next to the East Washington IPL branch, Tlaolli has a colorful green exterior with neon signage. Food: The food was very good. The proteins were nicely seasoned and juicy. The highlight for me was the birria tacos and the consome. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed it. 10/10.
