He finally said he'd be there Wednesday, August 12 in the afternoon. He never showed up and never called. I texted him asking why. This time he actually phoned me back and apologized, telling me he forgot because he was so focused on some other job. I explained that I had gone to a great deal of effort to prepare my property for him and was just about to suggest a new date when he became defensive, telling me that no money had yet changed hands. These folks are simply outstanding. From the top boss right down through the technicians who mow…read morethe lawn, everyone is really responsive to your wishes. It's nearly impossible to find this kind of service in today's world. - We had a way overgrown bunch of foundation plantings so big that the painters weren't sure how to place their ladders. Northeast came in with heavy machines and in three days removed the bushes roots and all and replaced them with elegant little boxwoods and rhodies. All with everything restored to better than normal around the house. - Our lawn had developed some really ugly dead patches which seemed to be growing larger over a two year period. The lawn chemical service we had just wasn't working. Will Parris from Northeast came over, diagnosed fungus, did a treatment and restorative aeration, compost and overseed. The results were spectacular - the lawn is better than it ever was! - They've been mowing our lawn all summer very dependably and professionally. I had been mowing too short, probably part of the dead patch problem. The mowers were careful with the reseeding and were adept at handling the peculiarities of our property layout. - Our leaves haven't fallen yet and it's Thanksgiving. They're going to hold off on the Fall cleanup until early December to accomodate this. In short, highly recommended. When you call them, the lady at the front desk - Megan Costello - will brighten your day. Your request WILL be addressed!

Shane Pelletier and Dave Hallberg draft a contract in which they were to install paver for my walk ways, grade with 120 yard of screen loan then hydro seed . The were supposed to stall a 20 x 20 patio for my fire pit area. All this they were suppose to have it completed in 3 weeks. 4 weeks later not even the paver we're not even 50 percent done. It was not prepped. They didn't respect my design but did what was convenient to them (no curve on the edges) all 90 degree right angle.(less cut and work for them). They didn't even start to do anything for the 20x20 patio. They didn't even have material to install gutter hard per our contract. They didn't even have the 129 yard of screen loam per our contract hence no hydro seed per our contract. These clown leave BAD IMPRESSIONS for landscape/ hard scape contractor. Shane Pelletier stated that it cost him $3500 for a 4x4 retaining wall stones. I know it's a outright lies because they had to clean the stone at my house because it was full of dirt as if it was picked up from someone's left over yard work. I hope people read this and learn from me NOT to hire these clowns. The show up at 11 and leave at 3 if they show up at all. I had to dismiss Dave Hallberg when he show up at my house by himself with no help at 1 pm. The people (laborer) are random individuals from who k owns where. Please look up their company and check to see who is actually employed by them. I found out that Dave Hallberg has some knowledge of hard scape meanwhile Shane pellets is just a guy who does grounds keeping. This was what Dave disclosed to me. it seems like They wanted to have me pay for the bobcat rental from this rental place called Grand Rental of Pelham. I told them it's not my responsibility . They rented it they should use it and get the project done as they agreed upon (in 3weeks). I have no pity for them since they robbed me of $25500 and threatened to come ripped off the pavers from my house. And that they will bring the police and lawyers with receipt in hands. I was hoping that they would so that it can backfire on them. I hope that these guys don't steal peoples money anymore and actually earn an honest living. You two should have the decency to give back at least $10,000.00 back. The materials you left at my house (2 pallet of Cambridge pavers) and 4 bags of cement that was hardened solid in a bag cause you left it outside and it rain and now rendered useless . You left a lot of scrap debris on my property such as pallets and metal straps from the pallets and the plastics from the pallets behind .I can go on for days but it seems like people who reads this review are tired of reading. So yeah don't hire Shane Pelletier not Dave Hallberg. Litigation is in progress.

My security system monitored their progress and the more experienced gentleman really showed care in his work, and mentored the younger crew on the right way to get things done so it looked professional. I would use them again, but do the following prior: Contact dig safe which is free to find any buried cables or electrical. Rope off ahead of time the leach fields so they won't drive over them. (Not that they did on my property, just smart to do). Ensure the invoice matches exactly what you agreed to for legal reasons prior to making a payment. 7/29/18 So it's been a couple months and I love the work. The drainage is outstanding and I no longer have to worry about being at work and hearing about a freak down pour in the area! Thank you guys!
