Now I've been in charge of the "landscaping" of my yard, so let's just say it was an absolute nightmare to begin with...I mean bad...to the point I almost (notice I said almost) went and cleaned it up before they came. These guys went nuts. Within a couple hours all the over grown bushes were trimmed down, the scrub was cleaned up and I was left with this awesome looking yard I hadn't seen since what seems like the dawn of time. Even better, the guys came to my door when they were done, walked me through everything they did and asked me if there was anything else I wanted them to do before they left...how cool is that! Needless to say Michele is super happy and have officially locked them in as my go-to landscaping company.

When you raise a concern they show up once and then disappear. They ripped up my whole yard and had an outside vendor hydroseed it. The job is not great but they have not checked on it once. They said they would fertilize - came once after I reminded them. No communication since. They showed up with a tractor to mow my lawn in a rainstorm and caused more damage! They said they would come to finish mulching in June - it's now almost august. They said they would trim the bushes on both sides of my house at the same time - again it's almost august. I just can't recommend these guys

Naturally I reached out to Len Gibely. What was their response? "Unfortunately we are not taking on any new roof repairs at this time. We are currently booked 8 months out. Maybe try reaching out to the company that installed your roof?" Ok. So apparently there is a waiting list of people with actively leaking roofs willing to wait 8 months to have them repaired? Len Gibely must have branched out into mold remediation as well as roofing. And as they must surely know, since I've been a customer of theirs for so long, that the 203k construction company that rehabbed the house isn't going to be come back for a roof repair 9 years later - they only do total rehabs.
