They are con artist. Took $25500 of my money and didn't even finish 1 thing. Total cost was $54000. Yes that is fifty four thousands of u.s. dollars. Not even halve way completion. Shane Pelletier and Dave Hallberg draft a contract in which they were to install paver for my walk ways, grade with 120 yard of screen loan then hydro seed . The were supposed to stall a 20 x 20 patio for my fire pit area. All this they were suppose to have it completed in 3 weeks. 4 weeks later not even the paver we're not even 50 percent done. It was not prepped. They didn't respect my design but did what was convenient to them (no curve on the edges) all 90 degree right angle.(less cut and work for them). They didn't even start to do anything for the 20x20 patio. They didn't even have material to install gutter hard per our contract. They didn't even have the 129 yard of screen loam per our contract hence no hydro seed per our contract. These clown leave BAD IMPRESSIONS for landscape/ hard scape contractor. Shane Pelletier stated that it cost him $3500 for a 4x4 retaining wall stones. I know it's a outright lies because they had to clean the stone at my house because it was full of dirt as if it was picked up from someone's left over yard work. I hope people read this and learn from me NOT to hire these clowns. The show up at 11 and leave at 3 if they show up at all. I had to dismiss Dave Hallberg when he show up at my house by himself with no help at 1 pm. The people (laborer) are random individuals from who k owns where. Please look up their company and check to see who is actually employed by them. I found out that Dave Hallberg has some knowledge of hard scape meanwhile Shane pellets is just a guy who does grounds keeping. This was what Dave disclosed to me. it seems like They wanted to have me pay for the bobcat rental from this rental place called Grand Rental of Pelham. I told them it's not my responsibility . They rented it they should use it and get the project done as they agreed upon (in 3weeks). I have no pity for them since they robbed me of $25500 and threatened to come ripped off the pavers from my house. And that they will bring the police and lawyers with receipt in hands. I was hoping that they would so that it can backfire on them. I hope that these guys don't steal peoples money anymore and actually earn an honest living. You two should have the decency to give back at least $10,000.00 back. The materials you left at my house (2 pallet of Cambridge pavers) and 4 bags of cement that was hardened solid in a bag cause you left it outside and it rain and now rendered useless . You left a lot of scrap debris on my property such as pallets and metal straps from the pallets and the plastics from the pallets behind .I can go on for days but it seems like people who reads this review are tired of reading. So yeah don't hire Shane Pelletier not Dave Hallberg. Litigation is in progress. read more

Great service, and all tasks were completely finished in a timely manner. My yard never looked better!

We just bought a house and our sprinkler system was not working. We called and they were able to give us an appointment within that week. The guys were courteous, helpful and honest. They charge by the hour rather than material used and the price was reasonable. Even took time to give an explanatiin of how the system works! When they had to call the boss to assess a situation, they stopped the time billed until a plan was created! it's a year after they received their full payment for a 9700.00 dollar job and promised to come back to finish up several things that looked pretty awful. But I am an easy going guy and paid them. multiple times I have texted and or spoke to Shane/Richard even face to face I was promised they would be by and admitted they knew well what was left and I was blown off every time. I'mWhat can I say, Shane and Rich are by far the best in the business. I called shane to come look at my yard, I wanted a ton of debris removed and then have the yard prepped for sod. It wasn't a huge job and I was getting quotes from other companies that were way inflated. But Shane and rich came over took a look and gave me a fair price. But that wasn't the half of it, couple weeks later we got started and let me tell you, Rich is a beast, super passionate and extremely hard working. I wish I could hire guys with half the knowledge and work ethic as him. These guys didn't just come in with a bobcat and scrape, they were out there with shovels digging and chopping roots, above and beyond my expectations. Im actually a golf course superintendent so Im very knowledgeable with this type of work and I will say the end results were perfection. Do your self a favor and call these guys, Shane and rich will not let you down, they came off with very creative ideas and made those ideas a reality. I'm not blowing smoke, and I very rarely leave reviews bc I'm pretty hard to impress but these guys and their crew are top notch. read more
