I contacted them for biweekly lawn mowing and got the response that they'll do it and swing by and take a look and then give me a quote. Okay fast forward two days and I get a text message asking to confirm that I am interested in spring cleanup, bush trimming, and lawn mowing. I respond no, just biweekly lawn mowing. I actually just got spring clean up done last week. I get a text back immediately saying "not interested'' and then another one saying he won't run the mower over all those leaves. What leaves?? Seems to me he just didn't think it was worth it to just do lawn mowing and wasted my time by saying he'd do it. read more

WML was affordable, fast and worth giving a try. They helped get us out of a jam by removing 6 trees in the front of our house that were causing issues with our power lines. Not to mention a moss lawn was all we could grow before they cut down the trees. They came back and removed all the stumps and within a month or two we finally had a beautiful lawn. read more

Don't bother reaching out to these folks. They are far too busy to even have common courtesy. I recently bought a house in Lowell and am fairly new to the area. I was searching for a lawn mowing service and unfortunately they came up first in my Google search. I called the number provided and after explaining my needs the guy on the phone said I would need to be a regular customer and quoted me prices. I asked I could call around and get back to him. He told me not to call back and that he isn't going to go back and forth for 10 bucks and he's so busy and on and on. I commented that he was pretty rude and his response was, "well I own the company so..." Apparently owning the company frees you from being decent. Cool story, bro. I just returned from Home Deport with a nice new lawn mower and am glad I don't have to worry about dealing with pricks like this guy. So umm basically, yeah, he's way too busy, and apparently way to rich for any new business. I wish I wasn't still so taken aback by this interaction. You can't best West Meadow Landscaping's service! The storm last night tore a huge tree limb from one of the trees. I called WML late at night and guess what--they answered (not an answering machine). Ken listened to my woes and shared he would be over the next morning to assess the work. He showed up the next morning as promised, removed the offending limbs and provided me with assessments of the health of my trees and next steps. Did I mention the area they cleared is immaculate. What kind of business owner operates a business that way? If the owner is too busy or too rich to take on new customers and projects, then post a message on their web page and facebook page that they are not accepting new customers to ensure that people do not waste their time reaching to a company that can't be bothered to treat potential customers with courtesy and respect. read more

Dont waste your money with this "company". This guy charged us almost 2000 Dollars to do our yard. He did the job in one day and expected us to pay. He showed up to do the job when we werent at home. He was supposed to treat the front yard that had grubs, weed, and dried grass and he just threw some chemical on top of the dried yard and weed. I have to call him to go back 3 times so he could edge the beds properly. He trimmed a tree and mulch it throwing the mulch on top of the grass not even edging and treating appropiately. On top of all that, he put something in the yard for weed control that burned the yard. We feel we have been ripped off. Becareful!!!! read more
