Terrible service. I lived in Nashua and had Morin's "eco-smart" system for 3 years. I consistently had the worst lawn in my development. They weren't pro-active about anything, and I was endlessly dealing with different fungii like Dollar Spot and Pythium Blight. Their webpage says that "Throughout the year, your lawn will be monitored for signs of potential problems". This never happened - their technicians simply make a few passes across the lawn with fertilizer/etc and leave. Not once did they do anything about the various lawn issues I had without me calling them. On top of it, in my last winter as a Morin's customer they had someone come and "treat" my lawn after a frost. The result was the picture you see here - those dead grass tire tracks were visible (front and back of the house) all winter and into the spring. They had no problem driving their cart over my grass when it was obviously way too cold to do so, and when I called to tell them about it they promised to "take care of me" in the spring but never did. So not only did I have the worst lawn in my neighborhood all summer, I had these ridiculous tire tracks on it all winter. These guys are awful for residential work. I've seen some fantastic looking commercial sites that they do, so it seems to me like that's where their focus is. This was a several thousand dollar waste of money for me every year. They do NOT care about their residential customers - avoid them unless you want to overpay for someone to sprinkle some fertilizer around for a 10x upcharge. read more

I ordered ten yards of brown bark. The bark delivered had large layers of gray sand packed in throughout it. It wasn't visible until I started digging in and distributing it. I ended up distributing it trying to mix it with the bark hoping rain would drive the sand to the ground level below the bark. There ended up being so much sand that I had to skim it out and dump it out in a field by itself. This made the bark work much much more difficult and made the bark areas look bad. Better quality control would have made all of this unnecessary. I called the Morin's office, described what I had to deal with and followed up with photos. Never heard a peep back from them. I'll be using other companies in the future. read more

With a Captain Planet villain's love of nature and a true dedication that nothing green or healthy can exist, they certainly provide some kind of service. Bonus points for starting early in the morning and parking their loud equipment as close to houses as possible while they sit around between useless speed runs mowing grass they've already butchered to spotty death. Overall, I've watched Morins bust their butts to do commercial jobs, while leaving condo jobs with poor work. We spend several hundred thousand at Kessler Farm & just now they are starting the fall cleanup. Thank God there were no snowfalls. In my 22+ years here, this has been the worst I've seen. I do NOT buy their crap about staff shortages. They certainly have the staff to do commercial jobs, while letting residential customers on the lurch till the last min. I bought some topsoil. I needed it dropped in some specific places that were very tight. They went WAY out of their way - taking a LOT of extra time using a smaller truck - to do smaller loads - to get it to where it needed to go. I literally couldn't find another company that was willing to be so accommodating. They were even able to do it same-day - when all the other places would only schedule me days out, if I could even get them on the phone. (This was critical because I was on a tight schedule coordinating with other contractors ). VERY happy - thank you so much!!! read more

Sept 2021 my husband stopped in to Morin's physical location at 301 Depot Road, Hollis NH; to see if he could purchase hay bales. The young lady at the front desk quizzed him asking if he was a contractor or had an account with Morin's. We are homeowners and did not. She told my husband they only deal with landscapers. Thankfully, another lady came out and told us where we could find some. The first young lady decided to completely ignore my husband. Not the greatest experience but..... okay, maybe someone was having a bad day! Fast forward to today 5/4/2022 at 12:52pm. I called to inquire about giving a gift of a "Spring Clean Up Service" to a family member, who has a medical condition and unable to care for their lawn at the moment. I wanted to pay for a spring clean up to my relative, who lives right around the corner. The young lady that answered the phone and first asked if I was a customer. After explaining I was not and the situation, she said it was a very nice thing I was doing, but, they do not do one off services. They only do Spring Clean Up with a seasonal contract. I understand business..... I am a businesswoman. This is NOT GOOD BUSINESS. To be honest we may have actually gifted lawn service for the entire season too. But the conversation with the young lady who answered the phone at Morin's ended very quickly. She was not interested in any further discussion. We are from out of town and drive by Morin's every time we go to my relative's home. Now, we will look at Morin's in a different light and surely tell everyone we know about this negative experience. My condo contracts this company to clear the lots I have never seen a more lackluster careless company performance in my life. They do a half job they only care about their paycheck and don't bother calling them to confront them about their service their secretary is a rude lady and when she doesn't like what you have to say she hangs up on you and gives an attitude. I have been using Morins Landscaping for the better portion of 18 years. Tom (owner) always has a personal touch. Tom always returns my calls in a couple of days of the initial call. the Office staff are top-notch, they are friendly and are willing to get the help I need. This landscaping company, even though they do a majority of their work is commercial looks at the residential business as just as important. any time they have been a misunderstanding Tom has always gone out of his way to make it right. and let's be honest, it does not matter what landscaper you use there are always miscommunications. I tried other landscapers that were cheaper, and let me tell you you get what you pay for. I recommend MOrins Landscaping to anyone. read more

We've had Morin's landscaping at our association for well over 20 years.I found that being on the board of our association on and off,that you constantly have to stay on your toes when it comes to dealing with these people. We've seen the prices go up over the years which I expect, and the quality to go down which I do not expect. We had two of their reps at our meeting last night.basically the board kind of put them on notice that if their quality does not start to improve their contract will be likely be dismissed and we will find someone else. They may be the biggest but they most certainly are not the best.we find that they tend to ignore condominium associations much more in favor of their corporate interests. Maybe losing a half million dollar contract will wake them up a bit. read more

First of all, I must say they have excellent customer service!! John came to our house and he was very friendly and knew his stuff when it came to winterizing our system. When I called to schedule our winterization, we were not even a current customer, but Barry booked us right away. Despite an address mix up they showed up within 20 minutes.
