This is hands down the most unprofessional company I've ever dealt with. I honestly don't know how they're still in business. If you order from them, have a backup plan (or two), because there's a real chance you'll never get your order. I placed a wood order months in advance, confirmed all details, including delivery date (twice). On delivery day? Nothing. No call, no update. A week later, after repeated calls and emails, I finally got through and was promised delivery the following week. That also came and went with no word. After chasing them down yet again, I was told they had "sold out of wood" and would not be able to fulfill my order. It's now late in the season, and I'm scrambling to find other companies that still have wood. Weeks of wasted time and effort. Completely unreliable and dishonest. We contracted with Bradley Tree & Landscape to remove several trees at the start of a front-yard landscape redesign project. Arriving with an impressive array of equipment and vehicles, BT&L's owner, Tim, listened to what we needed done for our project, and then he and his crew went to work quickly removing two trees, as well as trimming a few large pine tree branches. They did all this without disturbing any nearby plantings, or leaving any debris behind in our yard. We couldn't be happier with the job Tim and his crew did for us. We've used several tree service contractors in the past, and we were satisfied with all of them, but Bradley Tree & Landscape definitely stands out in terms of providing top-notch service. Several years back I used Bradley Tree services to remove some pine trees. More recently I had quotes from Tim and another tree service. Unfortunately, I went with the other service for a difference of a few hundred dollars. Mistake! What I learned is when the tree service owns the equipment, scheduling is more reliable and predictable. When a tree service rents equipment they are controlled by the owner of the equipment. Many headaches, many cancellations and reschedules. I also learned the importance of working with someone who knows about trees, not someone who can just cut them down. Tim has that knowledge, The end result if I had worked with Bradley Services would have been more aesthetic and definitely a better experience. read more

Called for an estimate....came on time. Had answers to all my questions. Job done two days later. Started on time and finished in five hours.....a job I thought would take several days. Strung me along for 3.5 months, telling me "we'll be there in 3 weeks," then missing that date, saying "we're behind, it'll be two weeks," and so on until all communication stopped. Every call I made to get a status update simply elicited a response to placate me instead of provide honest insight. Spoke with a competitor who said "I won't say anything bad about them, but I know why you're having a hard time getting them to do your property. There's a reason they're pushing you off." We have Bradley Tree and Service take down huge and dying trees several times. We value our healthy trees and appreciate Tim's skill in removing large trees without damaging other trees or our property. A week ago we had him remove four huge trees and two smaller Elms. I called to make an appointment to get an estimate on stump removal. A time was scheduled for a Saturday morning at 9am. I waited for 45 minutes before calling. When I called, the owner said "we usually don't do estimates for stump removal. How many do you have and how big"? I told him, he said "OK $425-$450". The problem is I had an appointment and had I not called, I would have never received a call or pricing. I am a single income homeowner and price is important. I stressed this to the woman who scheduled the appointment. I will not be using this client for services due to the lack in communication and customer service dedication.
