I typically don't write reviews like this, but the behavior I witnessed this morning from a driver operating a Greenskeeper Inc. company van (NH license plate #3965804) was not only reckless, it was downright disturbing. While driving my daughter to school, we approached a merge where the traffic was alternating smoothly, until this van failed to yield as expected and deliberately pushed into our lane, forcing me off the road. This wasn't a misunderstanding or an accident, it was aggressive and dangerous. What escalated the situation further was what happened moments later at the stoplight. The driver, now positioned on my passenger side where my teenage daughter was seated, began shouting out his window directly at her. We couldn't hear everything he said, but given the context and tone, I can say with confidence it was completely inappropriate, especially for a minor. No adult should be yelling at a child under any circumstance. If this is how their employees conduct themselves on the road, with aggression, disregard for safety, and hostility toward minors, I would strongly urge anyone to think twice before doing business with them. If this level of judgment reflects how they operate as a company, I would not want them anywhere near my home, my family, or my property. This was serious enough that I am filing a police report. my lawn never looked so good until i hired greenskeeper they just aerated and seeded. and my new grass is just showing now , its been about 2 weeks, these guys know there stuff when it comes to lawns. read more

I have been a customer for 3 years. For some reason this year the quality of their work and their customer service has taken a nose dive. I use them for lawn care and my lawn is the worst looking lawn on my street. I call them for help and no one bothers the get back to me!! read more

I have been a customer since 2013 when I had the Greenskeepers install a new front lawn for me. They did a great job. They brought in truckloads of loom, regraded and seeded. This year I hired them to install a new lawn in my backyard and to fix a sink hole in my front yard. It was a completely different experience. They did not turn the lawn over, spray it with weed killer and let it set before seeding this time. I ended up with a yard full of weeds. I have called several times and gotten lots of lip service, but I am still looking at a yard full of weeds. The terrible job in the backyard has damaged my front yard. I have thought about filing a small claims suit to get my money back, but I think it is more important to warn any perspective clients about the bad work and horrible customer service. Anthony C. They suck! Made arrangements to come do a portion of my yard, then would not return my calls and then called and left a message saying, I was not a big enough job for them.... Well doesn't it take a few little jobs to equal one big one... or maybe they could have made other arrangements with me to contract for the rest of my yard. But nooooo, just waited and blew me off! And by the time they did, it was way too late to get someone else. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! read more

They do a great job and the best lawns in our neighborhood all use them. I have used the other guys and got attitude when I complained about weeds. Greenskeepers are always courteous and do a nice job. read more

I've always had great service from thrm. I've only been using them fir 2 yrs but I have nothing but good things to say.

The Greenskeeper is entirely friendly and responsive and they do a terrific job caring for our lawn. I know if I had any needs they would be here in a heartbeat. Keep up the good work! read more
