There was an issue with the item number on my receipt, but he took the time to figure it out and made sure everything worked out. When I came back to drop off my old battery after installing the replacement from my mechanic, I was met by the store manager. I explained that I was there for a return and warranty exchange, with all my receipts in hand. Instead of reviewing my issue, he immediately told me there was nothing he could do, and shifted the conversation with an attitude, emphasizing that he was the store manager. I asked for Trong to explain the situation, and while doing so, the manager openly criticized him in front of me and two other customers. Whether right or wrong, that kind of conversation should be handled privately, not in front of customers. Trong was simply doing his job and trying to help me, and it was unprofessional for the manager to treat him that way. As a paying customer with a legitimate issue, I shouldn't be made to feel like a burden. And no employee should be spoken down to publicly when they're trying to help. Thank you again to Trong for your professionalism and persistence. As for the store manager -- this experience shows a real need for coaching on how to properly address both customers and employees.

Instead of just scanning the code and sending me on my way, he actually took the time to explain what was going on. The OBD test showed Bank 2 running lean, and Bill walked me through a few simple first steps before assuming the worst. He recommended cleaning the throttle body and trying a fuel system additive to see if the code would clear before diving into expensive repairs. That kind of honest, practical advice is rare, especially when dealing with European cars where people immediately expect costly fixes. Bill was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. exactly the kind of employee that keeps people coming back. Great customer service and a refreshing experience for an auto parts store. Yelp Elite worthy for sure.

I visited AutoZone Store #5463 today to purchase three items and expected a simple price match,…read morewhich AutoZone clearly states they offer for regular-price items at competitor stores. I showed employee Robert Martinez the Walmart website on my phone, displaying lower prices for the exact items available for local in-store pickup. Despite this, he refused to honor the price match, insisting that anything shown on a phone counts as "online pricing," even though these were in-store pickup prices from the nearest Walmart. When I asked him what proof he would accept and whether he expected me to go to Walmart, take pictures of their shelves, and come back, his only response was, "I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just telling you I can't accept these prices." That defeats the entire purpose of a price-match policy. This was a complete waste of my time. If I wanted to drive to Walmart, I would've gone there in the first place. AutoZone advertises a price-match policy, but the staff here refuse to honor it and seem poorly trained on it. Very disappointing experience.

Gave them a call and the guy was able to confirm that they have the battery that goes with my car in stock. Hurried over and was in and out in under 10 minutes. During the removal and installation of my battery, the guy was very professional. We had an easy going conversation that didn't feel force and it didn't go on too long. Treated my car with care. He even moved by driver seat back to the original position after having to move it so that he can access the area beneath the steering wheel. They offer both refurb battery or a brand new battery. So that was nice that they provided options to the customer that would best fit your budget. The battery also comes with warranty. Installation is an additional fee of $30. All major credit cards accepted. My old battery was also an Interstate Battery. Got to say, I'm pretty impressed. Used it for 7 years before it gave out. Guy told me batteries usually last somewhere between 3 to 6 years. So their slogan of "Outrageously Dependable" is pretty spot on!

The man told me they probably last about 2-3 yrs, but when I came in for an exchange, mine lasted about 4-5 yrs, and I drive over 50miles daily on my commutes to work. For half the price, totally worth it! Just remember to bring your old battery back to them, otherwise there is an additional fee

I was searching for a rebuilt engine and transmission for my Lexus RX 330…read morevehicle. I downloaded the "Term [sic.: Terms] and Condition [sic. Conditions.]" and then the "Warranties" The Warranties section is 15 pages in length, but the bottom of each page missing at least two lines, because other "buttons" cover this up. I telephoned the company and explained that this, and he was upset, stating to me: "Look, we're very busy hear, do you want to purchase an engine and transmission or not?" I explained that I did not want to proceed at this time without all of the disclosures fully readable. He was yelling at me, as it annoyed him; instead of ensuring I could obtain this information. He had advertised a vehicle engine representing that it has 4,482 odometer miles on it. However, the "Warranties" represented, in part: "State and federal laws regulate odometer mileage for most used automobiles, but odometer mileage determinations for used engines and engine parts are not practically possible, and are not subject to known state and federal laws." It is also represented" This product warranty is not transferable to another purchaser or another engine." It is also represented: "No refunds will be issued due to Shipping Damage or Broken items if not reported within 48 hours of Delivery to Auto Parts and the Freight Company, which is the deadline to file a Freight Claim." This would be impossible where the items are not installed in that short time frame. It is also represented: "Freight is not paid under this contract on any parts or engine claims." Thus, if the items are delivered damages, the customer pays to return it. Under the terms and conditions, it is represented: The materials on Turbo Auto Parts web site are provided as is." It is also written, in part: "Any claim relating to Turbo Auto Parts website shall be governed by the laws of the state of Delaware." Are you willing to drive, or fly to Delaware if a dispute occurs. You can't commit your own fraud. Using this company, if an issue comes about, is worthless, and this review informs you of this.

Mounting aggressive tires on fresh wheels always makes you a little nervous -- especially with a setup like this -- but they handled everything with care and precision. No scratches, clean weights, and the balance is smooth at highway speeds. The alignment is spot on. Truck tracks straight, steering wheel is perfectly centered, and it drives tight without any wander. With Kings on the truck, alignment matters, and they clearly know what they're doing. Professional, detail-oriented, and no shortcuts. If you're running a dialed Tacoma setup and want it done right the first time, this is the place. Will definitely be back.

The free wheel balancing was okay, but the ride was a but bit rough, especially at high speeds. The 4 wheel alignment was also okay because I saw the tech person pull it out of the stall and parked the car. He did not do a test drive. My Bimmer drove okay, but it didn't track. So I wasn't confident that the wheel alignment was properly done. I recently remedied the concerns by having the 4 wheels rebalanced and had a 4 wheel precision alignment done at another shop. Now my Bimmer tracks and rides really smooth... For tires purchase, this place is great.. But for tire services, from my experience, I would recommend to go somewhere else...

They installed an Eibach Pro-Truck Lift Stage 2, paired it with ELEVATE upper control arms, and mounted Method MR703 wheels with Toyo Open Country AT3 tires--the truck turned out absolutely perfect. Ken also tracked down the Heritage Wheel caps that I wanted. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and clearly knows their stuff when it comes to off-road and suspension setups. Fitment, alignment, and overall attention to detail were spot on. The LC250 rides smooth, handles better than stock, and looks incredible. Communication was clear throughout the process, timelines were met, and the quality of work speaks for itself. If you're looking for a shop you can trust with your build--whether it's suspension, wheels, tires, or general service--88 Rotors is the place to go. I'll definitely be back for future upgrades.
