Never had issues with them in the past. Have bought over 100 sets of projectors from them over the years for headlight builds but I get one faulty on with w cross threaded/stuck screw from the box and all now I have to deal with the hassle of returning or exchanging it. Person I'm messaging right now doesn't seem to know any basic knowledge of projector installation so it's difficult to explaining my situation even with pictures. Terrible Experience - Misleading Product Information and Poor Customer Service I purchased the "No Drill Bumper Tow Hook License Plate Mounting Bracket" for my 2022 Audi Q3 from iJDMToy, expecting it to fit as advertised on their website (it claims to fit 2019 and up Audi Q3 models). However, the part I received didn't fit my car at all--the size and thread were completely wrong. After emailing their support team and providing the requested pictures, they sent me another bracket to try. While it was the right size this time, the thread was still incorrect, rendering the part useless. When I contacted them again, they told me they couldn't help me anymore because I was outside the return window, and they didn't have a part that would fit my car. So, they're selling a product that claims to be compatible with my car, but it clearly isn't, and they haven't even tested it to ensure it works. Now I'm stuck with a part I can't use, and to make matters worse, the incorrect product is still listed on their website. I placed this order back in 2/28/2016 via ebay, back then I paid $182.46 including shipping. I complained numerous times via email on their faulty product. They only worked once and one side is dimmer than the other side. After the 90 days warranty they have completely stop working. Now they are there just for decoration purposes. I've been ordering LED bulbs here at iJDMTOY for awhile now and this is the only time that I had an issue in ordering. I was looking for a replacement bulb for my rear brake, and the person that I spoke to was not familiar on what she's doing. Usually, I just call and give the year and model of my car to get a bulb. So I did the same thing to her, but she keeps on asking me for the size. I'm not familiar with the size so I went to the dealer and ask them what kind of bulb is for my car so they gave me the type and wattage of the bulb and printed me the picture of the bulb from their diagram. So I called iJDMTOY again and spoke with the same person. Again, she asked me the same thing in which I told her that I don't have the size and if I can take a pic of the diagram so I can send it to her either text or email. I emailed it to her but unfortunately, she told me that it will an hour for her to get my email. It's been almost 2 hrs now and I haven't receive any response. Ordered a third brake light for my Frontier. Website clearly states it fit my year and model but when I went to do the install it was not plug and play. Contacted customer service and they confirmed the part does not fit and they don't have an alternative. I told her why I called and she put me on hold for 15 min. What happened to professional courtesy? How is someone that unprofessional allowed to answer a customer service line? The website is not accurate, I ordered fog light kit for a 1999-2007 F250/350 SD and while the brackets appear to be ok that is about it. This is not an easy install since they supply a universal wiring harness (as long as you have a 2008+ vehicle it MIGHT work. There are no instructions included and even after a couple calls the pdf's I received are of no help since there are different wire colors that need to be connected together. Whoever answers the phone clearly does not have experience with lighting installs and is of no help. Harness comes with connectors (2 different one for power and one for ground) but the fog lights have only bare wire and different color from the harness. I called to get instructions but the written instructions have nothing about connecting the lights other than to say connect them to the harness and the people on the phone cannot tell me which wires go where so there is NO tech support. The harness is about 3 feet to short to reach my engine compartment to connect to the power (yes I could modify it but I paid for a harness that fits) and I would have to mount the relay behind the bumper instead or in the engine compartment. Of lesser concern is the hardware to mount the lights which is extremely low grade with one of the bolts cross threading so I had to find another one. After explaining the harness was too short several times I was told I needed to send a photo so I did and nothing. read more

They asked me if I used their wiring harness, of course not since the lights are supposed to be OEM, I should not have to remove / change original equipment to get OEM parts to work. After paying for return shipping, the company claimed the lights had scuffs on them so they charged me a 30% restocking fee. It was a scam from the start. The company is not reliable and if you buy from them, you gamble on loosing your money. Better off paying a little more from a quality company. read more

Clicking on the how to links, you get taken to youtube, where it shows the scanning feature. Well Guess what this doesn't do? It doesn't do the Knight Rider Scanning feature.
