    Defective fog lights

    I placed this order back in 2/28/2016 via ebay, back then I paid $182.46 including shipping. I complained numerous times via email on their faulty product. They only worked once and one side is dimmer than the other side. After the 90 days warranty they have completely stop working. Now they are there just for decoration purposes. They are probably much improved now but I would not by from this company again. Item: 2014 Lexus IS F sport JDM Style fog lights (Yellow)

    What a lousy place to deal with. multiple orders, multiple problems and they could not care less. the products they sent to me were broken, not qc'd and because i am in canada they expect me to pay return shipping on this garbage to receive replacements under warranty. this would not happen if they qc'd the product before shipping. NEVER AGAIN! never never never! Now i know why they have 20% of their reviews with a one star rating - businesses with this high a dissatisfaction rate deserve to fail!

    I just when to exchange the a pair off light bult cuse is it was just to get different ones and vuse its pas just 4 day s of the 30 days exchange policy and they're nothing wrong with them and which I not going to find a use of it they filme the to go away and they can't do nothing about it.and I am disappointed off the services and the manager.

    I have a 2012 BMW X5D that I had ordered LEDs for and the top center courtesy light would flicker when unlocking the vehicle. I read great reviews on BMW websites about them having non flickering LEDs. I got my LEDs and my car does not flicker anymore. Great products at a reasonable price. I young lady helped me who was very knowledgeable and tested my old LEDs and confirmed they were bad. Great service and highly recommended.

    This is a really cool place to get your custom accessories for your car inside and out. You can spend a little or a lot and still come out of here with something that will really feel personal. Like I just got a carbon fiber shift knob and with all the little accents that I already had in my car this just added to that making the interior stand out even more. And there is more to it than just one little shift knob as you can change the whole look of your car with LED conversion kits from front to back. It is like a toy store for adults who are into cars and customization. The cherry on top is the customer service by their staff members is excellent as they answer questions without a single thought even if you aren't looking to buy anything, they will chat and talk shop. I fully recommend checking this place out. I know I will be back.

    Are you tired of driving your car at night looking like a motorcycle because only one headlight bulb works? Maybe you can't see the road that great because your car has old school worn out halogen bulbs? Or probably just in need of a upgrade? Remember.. Safety first! Excellent one stop shop for all your LED, HID kits, and aftermarket headlights, taillights and fog lights. No need to drive around town for that special deal. Gas is pricy lol. I came here with a friend in search of DRL LED bulbs.. *Daytime Running Lights* because one of my OEM bulbs decided to quit on me. I was driving like a motorcycle in daytime. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. We were in and out quick and left with new information we didn't know. (Error codes, coding, ballast, etc..) info on safety first! :) I do recommend this shop. I'll come back for some LED or HID kit for my fog lights.

    My go to for the BEST LED's in the market!! Fast and friendly service!! Just got my 370z and its my ine stop shop for all my lighting needs! Definitely recommend this. Place to anyone looking for high quality leds.

I showed employee Robert Martinez the Walmart website on my phone, displaying lower prices for the exact items available for local in-store pickup. Despite this, he refused to honor the price match, insisting that anything shown on a phone counts as "online pricing," even though these were in-store pickup prices from the nearest Walmart. When I asked him what proof he would accept and whether he expected me to go to Walmart, take pictures of their shelves, and come back, his only response was, "I'm not telling you what to do. I'm just telling you I can't accept these prices." That defeats the entire purpose of a price-match policy. This was a complete waste of my time. If I wanted to drive to Walmart, I would've gone there in the first place. AutoZone advertises a price-match policy, but the staff here refuse to honor it and seem poorly trained on it. Very disappointing experience.

He was very professional, helpful, and ensured that I had gotten the correct bulb for my vehicle. After getting my bulb, it only took me 5 minutes in the parking lot to install it in and it was done.     I want to give a big shout out to Trong for going above and beyond in helping me with my battery…read morewarranty exchange today. There was an issue with the item number on my receipt, but he took the time to figure it out and made sure everything worked out. When I came back to drop off my old battery after installing the replacement from my mechanic, I was met by the store manager. I explained that I was there for a return and warranty exchange, with all my receipts in hand. Instead of reviewing my issue, he immediately told me there was nothing he could do, and shifted the conversation with an attitude, emphasizing that he was the store manager. I asked for Trong to explain the situation, and while doing so, the manager openly criticized him in front of me and two other customers. Whether right or wrong, that kind of conversation should be handled privately, not in front of customers. Trong was simply doing his job and trying to help me, and it was unprofessional for the manager to treat him that way. As a paying customer with a legitimate issue, I shouldn't be made to feel like a burden. And no employee should be spoken down to publicly when they're trying to help. Thank you again to Trong for your professionalism and persistence. As for the store manager -- this experience shows a real need for coaching on how to properly address both customers and employees.
