Sergio was very busy but was able to come out on a Sunday to look at the project and then sent a bid through email. I found his price to be very competitive and he understood the work we needed done. He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. After they completed the job, Sergio hauled away the old concrete that they had to tear out. I will definitely refer him to anybody that I know.And we will use him again in the future.

After my initial complaint they came back once and did some touch ups, blaming the person who was primarily working on my home, despite having really talked him up When the work was done. He power washed damaging the concrete and only put one coat of patio paint in the high traffic area. Immediately the paint started peeling right inside gate where everyone walks and carries paint chips (including my dogs!). I reached out 2 more times to ask that they fix it and they have not responded to the last request or contacted me after months. At this point, I do not trust them to fix their work. So now I'm paying 2x for my patio to be painted.

I hired Safe-Lift to pour a driveway for me on 3/1/25. Within a month after pouring, cracks started…read moreto appear as well as mottling. I requested the owner, Alex Lopez, to come and look at it several times. He never came back. He did send an employee who told me not to worry about the cracks or the mottling. He tried to say the mottling was from my sprinklers; however, it was March and I hadn't turned the system on yet. Then he tried to say it was leaves that caused the mottling, however, I watered the driveway as instructed, so there weren't any leaves on it during the cure time and I didn't park on it for 10 days. I filed a claim in small claims court in October 2025. Meanwhile I hired a cement forensic company to analyze and test the integrity of the cement poured. His testing showed that instead of the minimum 4" thickness, some areas were only 3-1/4" thick. There were many other defects listed in his report. I also found out he didn't get a pre-pour inspection from the city, but went ahead with the pour. On March 2, 2026, we went to court. My mistake was not taking the representative from the forensic company with me. The judge wouldn't even look at the report. Thats on me. I lost the case. i am an elderly widow. This was my first project alone. I put my trust in this young man to be honest and pour a quality driveway. Again, that's on me for being naive. I would not recommend Safe-Lift to pour a driveway for anyone. It has been a heartbreaking nightmare me.

They would have gotten 5 stars if they had. Please read the rest of the review for my full and honest opinion. Original Review: Our neighbor hired this company to do fencing so one side of our fence was done by them due to the whole "good neighbor fencing" thing. They were "super busy" - which Andrew will tell you every time you call - so they sub-contracted out the work and never sent anyone from the company to check on the work. They only came to pick up the check. There are several holes in the fence and the side that we share with our neighbor has several panels that are leaning. This fence was done in September. It's now March and Andrew keeps promising someone will come out and we're on his to do list and he hasn't forgotten us, but they've been super busy. They got their money and aren't standing by "their" work. Additional Information: I originally gave them a 1 star review here, on Google and on NextDoor and WITHIN AN HOUR of these reviews going up we had a phone call asking what the company could do to fix the problem. They asked us to take down our reviews "in good faith" that they would come fix everything and make it right. In our opinion, they had 5 months of good faith from us where we didn't blast them online or report them to the Better Business Bureau, the League City Chamber of Commerce or the State of Texas so we told them the reviews would be staying up, but that we would be will to update the reviews once the work was done. They pulled workers off of other jobs (sorry to whoever's jobs they had to pull workers from and therefore probably slow down those jobs) to get the work done the very next day. They were here almost an entire day to get everything done. They had to replace several posts, rot boards, pickets, etc. in different places along the fence. Everything they fixed looks great. The fence is now straight, we don't have any split boards and we have no concerns about the fence. I wish they had sent this crew the first time because they did great work.

The crew did a good job with the fence line. However they used western red cedar pickets , more…read morethan 50 were damaged by bark beetle. The installers put the pickets up even though they were damaged and did not advise me beforehand. After I checked it, I found this damaged material. I contacted Brandon the owner and he told me that Lowe's would replace the damaged pickets. However title will not repair the fence without additional costs to me. Installing damaged goods should be repaired by the company, not by me, I didn't do it. They did and they were well aware of the problem as they were installing the damaged material. I was advised to contact the foreman who in charge for a price to repair my BRAND NEW FENCE. Additionally, the debris from post hole digging was left on my property, pushed underneath the fence and into my bushes. I find it very disgusting that they did not clean up after themselves. Anybody that hires this company needs to be sure that they watch them like a Hawk and make sure that they clean up after themselves. I would never hire them again.
