He and his crew came out and did the project in 1 day. It was a small project so it was done in 1 day, we paid at the end of the day after the project was done. They hauled and disposed of the old concrete matter. The crew was well mannered. They cleaned up the area well when they finished the project. We were happy with the work and we do recommend him.

They came out and in one day did all the concrete work that we needed by concreting, where two stalls were in our barn, concreted, the lean too attached to our barn for us to store our tractor and also put in a concrete pad for a propane tank. Sergio was very communicative. He understood what we wanted.His crew was respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves. MZ Masonry removed all of the existing faux-brick (house is about 50/50 brick/stucco), the layers behind it and the plywood expertly. They then expertly installed new bricks with multiple layers including Tyvek wrapping and coats between the brick and plywood while also changing out all of the plywood. The finished product was excellent. The quoted price was quite fair. I received at least four quotes higher than MZ's quote. This was a large project and took and was completed in the time frame Manuel told me it would take. I would not hesitate to recommend Manuel and his team.

The inspection report noted some leveling issues with the house so it was clear work needed to be done. Star T immediately responded and provided us an initial estimate.
