Everything about this move was damn near perfect. The movers showed up on time, truck was clean and well organized. All my brother's stuff was in storage and it was empited into 26" truck in about TWO hours. They arrived to the new house in 30 min and emptied the entire vehicle, moved pool table, king bed suite, queen bed suite, a full office, all upstairs with care and professionalism. These guys were not "muscle men" but worked without complaint, kept their composure, were completely professional, and total gentleman with regard to their manners. We moved from a two story house recently and I could not have hoped for a better moving experience! Even prior to the move they were very communicative and helpful. They arrived on time with two trucks and a crew of four guys, all friendly and professional. Their business was all conducted on an iPad, and they got right to work! I couldn't believe how fast and carefully they wrapped our furniture and they were pleasant while doing so. They fit even more on the trucks than we had planned! They grabbed lunch on the way and verified with a stopwatch that they only took a half an hour. They arrived at the new house and quickly and efficiently moved everything in, and move things around for us inside the house! So helpful! On both ends of the move they did a thorough walk-through and double checked that we were happy. I would highly recommend this crew! They stop the clock even though one of the guys was still putting together our dining room table! When they were unloading the truck they would bring in a load and then jog back to the truck to grab more, I couldn't believe my eyes! So with that being said I can honestly say that I made the right choice when I decided to book Einstein Movers for my move today. I've moved several times throughout my life and Einstein movers made this move very stress free. I had 2 movers, Richard and Andy, and they were absolutely great and professional the entire move. What I found unique about this company is that I was able to meet Richard and Andy before my moving day because I was sent a profile on each of them and was able to get to know them before they even set foot in my home. I thought that was pretty cool. I would definitely recommend Einstein Movers and if you are lucky enough to get Richard or Andy as part of your moving team you and your belongings will definitely be in good hands. Their attention to detail, constant hustle, and the fact that they were very careful with all my items gave me peace of mind throughout the move . My husband and I have moved several times in the past, with the military moving us, and I've always been less than impressed with the movers we've had. From 'losing' one of a kind, irreplaceable items, to damaging antiques that are several 100's of years old, and never previously damaged, and moving one small item at a time, and running over the quoted timeframe. So prior to this first (and God willing final) civilian move, I researched and read what seemed like hundreds of reviews, for moving companies; and finally settled on Einstein. Knowing that at some point I had to just accept that moving is an awful human experience, and that I can not control everything. After giving my (admittedly ambiguous) moving needs and desires, to Brian, I was given my quote, set my move date, and prepared for the stressful, nightmare of moving. My 4 movers, Jose, John, Daniel, and Eugene, arrived toured my space, asked the necessary questions and got to work. Day one I could not have been more impressed; they moved quickly and carefully, were all great communicators, and were mindful to pay particular attention to my expensive/antique items (even the very smallest of them). Even though they charge by the hour, they worked like they were on a tight deadline (which is not typical for hourly movers). Day one finished several hours early, as did day two. Day two, finishing their packing, drive to our new home, and unpacking, again they all worked quickly, and carefully. Not one thing broken. Not a single item lost or misplaced. If you're considering moving companies, take my endorsement as one more vote for Einstein Movers. The final cost was a couple thousand dollars under what my max quote was, and worth every single penny. They were absolutely fantastic! read more

I had a wonderful experience with Einstein Moving company. Prior to the move, they had thorough communication. I was even notified of the movers names and given a link to the movers profiles so I knew who to expect at my door on the day of the move. On moving day, our movers were Brian and Nick. They arrived in matching orange shirts and introduced themselves. We signed the contract and they immediately started moving items downstairs. I was really impressed because they wrapped the front door frame in moving blankets as to prevent any damage. During the move, Nick and Brian professionally wrapped most of our furniture with moving blankets and shrink wrap. I've had movers in the past, but I have never seen such care taken before. I was also impressed at their efficient processes in moving our items. These guys moved our items down 3 levels from my third floor apartment up to another 3rd floor apartment. In the middle of the move, these guys were drenched in sweat due to the Texas heat - but they did not show any signs of slacking off. When we got to my new place, it was not ready yet. Einstein accommodated us and were willing to work with us even though they did not have to. They were so helpful - great customer service. After they were done moving, they had us sign some final paperwork which helped give me a peace of mind knowing that there were no hidden fees. With that said, I packed up my own belongings and had the movers Richard M. and Alex S. move the furniture and boxes to my new apartment. The day before my move I received a reminder phone call as a touch base to make sure everything was still on track. So far 5 Stars for great communication! Moving Day: Richard M. and Alex S. arrived 3hrs EARLY, it was great! They called ahead and asked if I was available as their previous job ended early. Upon arrival we walked through my apartment and I reviewed what would be moved. Throughout the process I hovered as any customer would, giving some instructions here and there which they listened to and followed, even when I took a deep breath as they moved my "mother's dishes" very carefully down the stairs. They were efficient and worked continuously the entire time to move my 1 bedroom apartment with furniture and containers/boxes out in 1.25hrs from a second story apartment. Upon arrival at second apartment the same efficient process happened. We took a look at my new space and I directed them where to place the pieces. They were open to me changing my mind a few times and moved them around. 5 Stars for successful move! Overall the process was seamless, very professional and within the quoted time, so I didn't pay more than was quoted. The two men were extremely polite, and Richard even offered to tighten the screws on my kitchen table as they were loose.
