Some really low review ratings at this Einstein Bros. Bagels in Weston, but its the only one in the area other than Mitch's Bagels. Called the store early in the morning with no human, only answering service, advising to use the website for online ordering. The website was actually very simple. Picked the dozen assorted bagels that were requested for brunch with two tubs of schmear. Added the time and day for walk in pick up, paid in full and obtained an order confirmation. Was notified via email that my order will be ready not at 1130am but estimated at 1140am (I was fine with a 10 minute buffer). I arrived at 1135am and noticed that my order was not in the pick up shelf. Inquired about my order by name and the girl informed me that they are out of plain bagels and I would have to choose another type or wait 30 minutes for another batch. I informed her that I received a confirmation text that my order was complete without a notification that there were sold out of plain bagels. Waiting 30 minutes was not an option so I had to choose a different type bagel that were unwanted. She advised that notifications of sold out bagels could not be added to my order thru the app. But you can notify me that my whole order would be ready at a certain time? You have my email and phone number on my order. I told her this was a horrible system. Now, aside from the bagel order issue, the gender assigned bathroom was extremely untidy and prayed that their kitchen was cleaner since I'm eating their food. (zoom into the pic at your own risk). The Asiago bagels and the Everything bagels were very tasty but seem like they are getting smaller. The onion and chive spread was great. The issue I have is they do not have salt bagels and those are my favorite. Nice little patio to sit and relax but today took my bagels To Go. read more

What a disappointment! Although it wasn't busy at around 8 with only two other customers ahead, they had a full crew which was pleasant & productive. I asked for my Senior discount as usual, tipped it all back and much more lol, and waited.... Unfortunately for me, my bagel was not fresh! It was extremely hard to chew. So I did the best I could and ate the yummy lox with cream cheese and capers that I had to remove with a knife. Something has changed here and the last two times I've been in, it hasn't been a great experience with the food. This Einstein Bagel store is pretty well maintained. The employees were pleasant and were patient as I decided between a couple of items. My mom ordered the Lox and bagel. I ordered the avocado toast which is actually on a bagel and I ordered an asiago cheese bagel with cream cheese. I ordered my asiago bagel toasted with chive cream cheese. What I got was an untoasted asiago with regular cream cheese. I ordered my Asiago bagel toasted with tribe cream cheese. What I got was and I'm toasted Asia though with regular cream cheese. I told the guy behind the counter and he said oh you want it more toasted. Yes, I do since it is not toasted at all. So I got the bagel back and it was barely toasted either but at least I got the chive cream cheese I love. Oh well. The bagel and cream cheese are good but the size of the bagels is kind of skimpy in my opinion. This is why I ordered two items. The avocado toast was not good. It was on a bagel which I knew and wanted. It is more of an avocado spread on top. It had kind of an odd taste. I had a few bites and just left it over. Naturally the picture they show makes it look more appetizing. My mom thought her lox and bagel was okay but can name several places where it is better. I do like that they sell Miss Vickie's chips because they are kettle cooked and one of my favorite brands. I have to reduce my stars. I needed to stop and get a quick lunch. I stopped at Einstein's because it was more convenient than where I would normally go for bagels. I asked the girl at the register what was in the veggie bagel sandwich. The first clue I was in trouble was that she had to look it up. I was told it was hummus, roasted red pepper, spinach, cucumber, tomato, red onion and a veggies schmear. I asked is that was cream cheese. she told me yes. I asked for it with no cream cheese. Since I was taking it back to work with me, it was wrapped to go. When I got to the office I was annoyed and possibly not surprised that that there was cream cheese on my bagel, which made half the sandwich inedible since I am vegan and don't eat dairy. Chain bagel place. For some reason most of the stores here in S. FL are terribly run, understaffed and just kind of janky. The stores I've visited on the West Coast and elsewhere in the country sort of have corporate vibe and more or less adhere to a standard level of service etc. Not sure what's up around here but that does not seem to be the case. This one is the nicest local store I've visited, definitely. The premises were clean and neat and overall just a good impression walking in the door. They were steady busy, the line was probably 4-5 people the whole time I was there. While they probably should have had at least two more workers, the service was friendly and efficient and the wait wasn't more than a couple minutes to order, and my items were ready reasonably quickly. My go-to is the Spinach Florentine bagel with Jalapeno cream cheese and a hot caramel (machiatto, latte, high-rise. whatever). The bagel was warm and toasty, the cream cheese was just right and the coffee was delicious. What more can you ask? read more

This morning for breakfast I went to einstein's for breakfast, and the food was ok. I have ordered almost all of the egg sandwiches here and the all nighter is the most flavorful of all of them. This is the place for bagels and cream cheese or "schmears." It's a very popular bagel chain so it gets pretty busy, the lines are always long, but it moves pretty swiftly. Now something has to give tho. They're so fast on the line, they always forget something in my order. I get the Santa Fe bagelwich without salsa. And it's either it comes with the salsa. Or they forget the cream cheese (bc for some reason I like the cream cheese and egg white combination). It never fails. But Lorenzo, one of the workers there, always hooks it up and leaves the salsa out and doesn't forget the schmear! He deserves a raise or something, employee of the years. read more

I love this bagel chain but every time i come to this location they do not have any chocolate chip bagels and the workers say that they will not be making any more chocolate chip bagels bc it's not as popular. If you're in search for a bagel with a spread of your choice, look no further. But it ends there. Everything else is less than mediocre and "chain" quality. So why there's almost always a line up the wazoo is beyond me but yet again, we still pride ourselves in fast food gluttony. As for the coffee, devil's work is when things are packed with the artificial stuff but does not taste good, in which the iced vanilla hazelnut latte that I had last was just awful. My family and I have gone to this Weston location for nearly a decade. I've seen them going through many different managers. Bernie was the best. This current manager is the most disorganized and worst manager of them all. The orders are constantly incorrect and disregarded, the lines are long because of inefficiency, and the workers are rude. I was in the area and in need of a quick lunch before I headed back home and found this Einstein's. The first you notice when you pull in is how nice this plaza is. Everything is brick front and it looks very upscale, another reason I like Weston. I really like Einstein's and I am hardly ever near one so I came in at 3:30 knowing fully well that the bagel stock is almost non existent at the end of the day. Even though they were closing in half an hour I was still warmly welcomed by the girls working there. I really wanted a turkey sandwich but was having trouble finding a bagel left that work for my sandwich. The server recommended their last spinach bagel and it worked perfectly. A tasty turkey and a cup of coffee was $10. My bagel sandwich was delicious. The bagel was chewy but soft and all of the veggies topping the turkey were super fresh. It was so big that I could only finish half. I had their very tasty potato salad as my side. Even though they were closing I was assured that I was welcome to sit as long as I wanted. I ended taking my leftovers home and heading out before closing anyway since I was in a hurry too. If I found myself in the area again I would definitely pay a visit. read more

Not bad, nothing really different from the chain, although they seemed to run out of things fairly quickly. The day I went, it was 8am and they were already out of everything bagels. People were friendly, and they were pretty quick. The location is a little hard to spot, part of a strip mall and in the middle, so keep an eye out if you're looking to come here. read more

Perfect place to score some room temperature coffee if you're in the area! They never seem to get the problem fixed either. I've gone 3x and each time the coffee is cold, granted I'm not going during rush hours because I don't need a bagel THAT bad. The bagels are always pretty solid, consistent with their product but I would stay away from their lettuce as I was watching an employee try to find a lettuce leaf that wasn't soggy and withered. Plain bagel with the honey almond spread (I think that's what it's called) is always great... don't bother drinking the coffee it will just bring sadness and if you do buy the coffee avoid the creamer because it will be even colder, unless you're going for the ice coffee vibe than be my guest. It's a chain. A chain with pretty darn good bagels and coffee in my book - but also with inconsistent customer service and speed at this particular location. We've probably been to this location 5+ times by now b/c it's super close to home. Stopped in at about 9:30 Sunday morning, and as usual there was a line to the door. They handled it and were producing the orders fairly quickly this week, but typically I'm here for no less than 15+ minutes waiting in line and then waiting for food. We order bagel sandwiches usually and then I go to the coffee bar to get my vanilla hazelnut caffeine fix, mmmmm. If you are looking to get specific bagels, show up early - they frequently run out of their popular options by about 10am it seems like. Come in patient, not already hangry because that could be disastrous depending on (1) who is working that day, and how friendly they feel like being and/or (2) who is working that day, and how much coffee they've had because some times orders come out very sloooowly. Overall good food & coffee. Definitely a solid option for when breakfast food rations are running low at home. I'm sure we will be back. :) read more
