For what it is, this location does a nice job at providing some decent bagels at a reasonable price. I appreciate that they are near work-which is pretty far out there, I recognize. So I'm glad to have them close by when the bagel craving hits hard. My visit was pleasant-the restaurant was clean and well maintained and I was able to get in and out in a pretty good amount of time. Sure, there were a few staff members that looked like they might be unsure of what they should be doing, but give 'em a break. They're young kids likely on their first job. Long wait times, sure. That's kind of on par with Einsteins in general. So I never get upset about that because I know that going in. But I had such amazing customer service today that even my anticipated wait was joyful. Out of apple bagels- they can make me more. Half dozen bagels but explained that I could get a full dozen for only a few dollars more because I was already getting an extra smear. In a world of "anything else" having someone actually give a crap and do their job well was really refreshing. If I could leave a 0 star I would. Nothing but sheer disappointment from the establishment I grew up enjoying. I stopped by around 7 in the morning to grab breakfast for the Friday work day, thinking it would be fresh as they just had opened shop. I ordered the maple house, something I remember enjoying at some point. I didn't wait long thankfully and grabbed my food and departed to my car. As I started to indulge something was off at the jump. The presentation of the sandwich to keep it short, was not appealing at all. The sausage was grey, the cheese had no melt to it all, it's like they just slapped a Kraft single onto it and called it good. As I bit into it the sand which completely fell apart, sausage slip in slide, egg falling into the surface of my lap, not to mention the bacon was curdled into a ball like sonic the hedgehog. Sometimes the structural integrity of a sandwich can fail which happens but let me say one thing, the taste and texture did not make up for it at all. The bagel (which is supposed to be the best part) was a tad bit stale. The cheese like I mentioned, just reminded me of piece plastic they just coated in silicone. The egg felt like they just heated it up in a microwave and called it good. The sausage.... No reason to mention it cause I did not taste it at all. The bacon has some decent flavor for the one bite it took to eat all of it. I indulged in a few more bites and noticed my self starting to gag. As I got to the end of the FIRST HALF of the sandwich, I asked myself is this even worth it. No it was not I told my self. Salty I was, I crumpled the sandwich in the wrapping and stuffed it in the bag and never wanted to think of it again. Went here today. This is the second time they got my order wrong. I asked for all cram cheese on the side and one bagel had it on. Then the bagel I ordered was wrong. I only ordered three so it's not that hard. I would go to another Einstein's. This was is not great. read more

The bagels are stale! The service average and the cream cheese good (premade item). Like other reviews at this location, the bagels are dry and stale! Apparently this location is not busy enough to stock/make fresh bagels and continue to serve what appears to be "day old" OR "2 day old" bagels. Very disappointed. I have to write a review after what I witnessed last week. I came to pick up bagels for my team at work for doing a great job. I ordered with a young lady and everything was fine and she told me to get the four spreads that came with the 24 bagels. She later brought me two boxes of bagels and I had containers of spread. My car was parked out front, but I wasn't able to carry everything out and there were other people waiting in line. There were three younger people that seemed to be teenagers or college student students working. One was doing the cashier and two of them were working as hard as I could they get the orders done. On the side, where the shelving is, I noticed that there was a worker who was a middle-aged woman with black hair and she was talking very low in Spanish to another gentleman almost like they were gossiping. I didn't pay too much attention to their conversation, but I asked her in Spanish if she could help me twice and she ignored me completely. Finally, I had to leave my food and go up to her in English and ask her if she could either lend me a hand in my car or just give me a bigger bag to put everything in she seemed extremely annoyed that I had interrupted her conversation. Then she started to yell at the cashier saying that she wasn't doing her job and that she should've given me a bag and came over very aggressively to my two boxes and started shoving the spread in there. She told me that it was pretty obvious that they went in there and I had no clue. This was my first time ever getting bagels and it was right next to our office. Honestly, the food was fine. I had no problems. I'm just surprised that a supervisor or a manager would speak like that to their staff. Let alone a customer that bought 2 dozen bagels and just was asking for help. There's nothing that she was doing that she couldn't just lend a hand. The man that she was talking to wasn't a customer from the looks of it, he was just standing there to the side with no food near him. It's very disheartening for me to see other leaders and management treat their workers like this. I can't imagine treating my staff like this let alone a coworker. Stop by and pick up a 1/2 A dozen bagels at 9 AM. Not much choice, but okay, I went home, opened the bag, and tried to cut into the first one. hard as a rock. I checked them all, and they were not fresh. They were at least 3 to 4 days old.. When I go to an Einstein's before noon, I expected fresh bagels that were made that day, not days old and too hard and stale to even eat. I had to throw them all away. First time coming to this location and will be the last. They Ran out of a bagel that I requested and I asked if they had more and the response I got was just "no". They don't have variety of smears and bagels were mediocre at best. I love Einstein and this location does not hold that reputation at all. read more

We spent $45 on 3 coffees 3 bagel sandwiches. This location does not measure up to other locations. There was barely any meat on all 3 bagels, all 3 coffees were wrong we asked for blended we got iced. I called, they said it's unfortunate and the cashier said we ordered them wrong.
