Bacon & Cheddar Egg Sandwich with avocado

I've been to this Einstein's many times when I used to live over here but have since moved. I've always been fine with it, nothing special. But this time (it's been about a year), I used my birthday reward (free sandwich using the app!), and I was actually very impressed! Mobile order was quick and easy, was instantly greeted, and my sandwich/ coffee was delicious!! Didn't have to add any sugar or sauces or anything, it was actually one of the best sandwiches ever. Nice job Einstein's staff at this location!!

I ordered on the app and got an ancient grain bagel and a bacon, avocado, and tomato egg bagel sandwich. It was ready when I got there and I took it home to eat. There's plenty of seating inside.and it looked clean. Both bagels were pretty good, standard Einstein bagel experience.

I always order online! They always say hello or good morning when I walk in and food is always ready! Best savory bagel: Hands down is the toasted Spinach Florentine bagel with Garden Veggie Shmear...chef's kiss! The flavor is unmatched, and the texture is perfect ! Best sweet bagel: The Maple French Toast bagel toasted with plain shmear is delicious every time! I've also tried the Cinnamon Sugar bagel with strawberry shmear: Flavor combo was on point, but the texture of the bagel itself was a little bit tougher than the other bagels! The texture is more of a traditional bagel and I just wasn't a fan! The strawberry shmear though.... I'm definitely trying it on the Maple French Toast bagel next time because that's about to be a power couple. Six Cheese bagel + Asiago bagel with Chive & Onion shmear were solid choices! Flavorful, cheesy, and dependable. Garden Avocado Egg sandwich: Eh...mid! Twice Baked Hasbrown is also mid! I would not get either of these again! I also had a Dragonfruit Lemom Drop so much ice! I wish there was a place on the app where you could ask for light ice! The drink was ok! Bottom line: the bagels slap, the shmears know what they're doing, and I'Il happily keep eating my way through the menu.

Much better experience at this location than our last time at a different one. The young man helping me was very nice and offered great service. The restaurant was clean and stocked and looked cool with its decor. The food, that was the thing, everything was good with no issues. I had the Texas brisket (sorry, no pics) and my girlfriend had the Country Bagels and gravy egg sandwich (again, no pics... we were hungry) and both were awesome. The twice baked hash browns are always a good addition and they have new lemonades with flavors and we tried the dragon fruit lemon drop one, AWESOME but a little sweet. All in all a great visit, saved the day for us with Einstein Bros!

I came in on a Saturday morning around noon and it was pretty busy, but that is usually how it is for any Einstein bagel location on the weekends. The staff was generally friendly and I got my food and drink within 10 minutes. I ordered the Asiago bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. It was delicious! Perfectly toasted and cut and just the right amount of cream cheese. I also ordered the frozen chocolate coffee which was soooo goood. I actually prefer it to Starbucks Frappuccinos. They had limited outdoor seating but lots of indoor seating. Because it was busy, it was a bit loud in the store but nothing unmanageable.

This was a new try. I believe it's a jalapeño cheese bagel with sausage. I'm not sure but it was delicious. Of course, I had to wash it down with their lemonade. Staff was great and they held the hair this time. lol

I absolutely love this location! Everyone is so kind and friendly and the location is conveniently located at the corner of Guadulupe Rd and McClintock drive. Plenty of parking too! I tried to order ahead but they system was temporarily down, despite the hiccup, I got my bagels and coffee quickly and served nice and warm! The gentleman taking my order might have been the owner- older gentleman with a kind smile gave me 3 free bagels for completing the survey at the bottom of the receipt. I got Everything, pretzel, and harvest grains. Also, I noticed at the bottom of my new receipt it says if you come back after 11:00am, you can get $1 off any sandwich purchased after 11am. Hang on to your receipts friends for savings and their app is also pretty cool. I've been using it because it's convenient and you get a free coffee with every purchase! I love the vanilla hazelnut! I always appreciate great customer service, thanks to this location, it's my favorite one for chewy fresh bagels and a friendly smile!

While the ambience is fairly simple, the overall experience is a positive one, especially once the food arrives. I ordered the lox and bagel and was impressed by how substantial the portion was. The lox was generously layered, with a large amount of arugula on top. The arugula appeared to be lightly dressed with olive oil, which added great flavor. While it did not fully align with my personal dietary preferences, it was well executed, and I would be happy to return to see if it can be adjusted. The dirty chai was another highlight in terms of flavor. It was well spiced and not overly sweet, which I appreciated. Although it was described as very hot when delivered, it arrived closer to lukewarm, but the taste itself was enjoyable. Service was efficient and attentive. The check was dropped off relatively early, which initially felt a bit quick, but our server continued to check in on us throughout the meal, creating a balanced and courteous experience. The fresh squeezed orange juice was excellent, and everything we ordered was well prepared. Parking in the area can be challenging, though the nearby parking structure behind Pedalhaus makes it more manageable. Overall, this is a reliable brunch option with strong portions, thoughtful flavors, and enough positives to make it a place I would gladly return to.

Service was okay, though not especially attentive, as our water wasn't refilled. At the host stand there was some confusion when we arrived. She didnt realize we were standing there and then when my boyfriend asked a question about a menu item she didnt respond. The guy who took our order was uncheerful & came across as "I don't want to be here; what do you want?" Not the best impression. We placed our order & were lucky enough to find a seat. There is a small patio on their south side; the light rail to their north. The guy who delivered our food was more friendly. The cinnamon roll was so dry, I swear it had been sitting out for a week -- and there was too much cinnamon. My sister's classic eggs benedict was unappetizing; the English muffin, too, was dry. So dry she practically needed a steak knife to cut into it. There's a Proof Bread shop just down the street. How Daily Jam can have such God-awful muffins is beyond me. The mimosas were honestly one of my favorite parts because they had so many different fresh juice flavors to choose from instead of just the typical orange juice. It made the experience feel way more fun and customizable, and you could actually taste how fresh the juices were. Every mimosa we tried was refreshing and super easy to drink. My husband and I found this place online, and it looked like a great spot for brunch. When we arrived, there was no one at the hostess stand, and it took quite a while for anyone to acknowledge us. When the hostess finally came over, we asked for a table for two. She immediately told us there was only outdoor seating available and didn't even mention that waiting for an indoor table was an option. Keep in mind, it was 110°F on a Sunday in Arizona. My husband had really been looking forward to trying this place, so we asked what was available and decided to stay. We were seated outside near the entrance. Shortly afterward, we watched the hostess tell other guests who arrived after us that indoor seating was available with only a 5-minute wait. Why wasn't that option offered to us? We absolutely would have waited. Unfortunately, the hostess's attitude and the way the situation was handled completely changed the experience for us. It left us feeling unwelcome, and we weren't able to enjoy our meal the way we had hoped. The food may have been fine, but customer service is a huge part of dining out, and this experience overshadowed everything else. Safe to say, we won't be returning. An unfriendly and dismissive environment is not something I'm interested in supporting.

We were welcomed with a friendly smile. We explained that the other half of our party was on their way & the host promptly prepared our table... mostly. There were small plates set for each of us, but only one roll-up/napkin (for 4) & no drink menu. Minor details, but it kinda set the tone for the service experience. Now listen... the spot itself is cute. Once we actually got service, our waiter was cool. It just took forevvverrrrr & I ended up having to request cutlery after food was served. To be fair, it was busy, but there also seemed to be plenty of wait staff, so I'm not exactly sure where the disconnect was. Food-wise: the spinach artichoke dip was definitely the table favorite. My caprese panini was ok, it was sadly lacking pesto which feels a little criminal for a caprese situation. Our friends loved the fancy French toast & I was absolutely there for the prickly pear mimosas The entire brunch honestly felt like it was one dropped plate away from becoming a sitcom episode. One poor new waiter dropped a plate on the floor, then later knocked glasses off the rack above the bar & shattered a couple right next to guests sitting there. I genuinely felt bad for him because you could tell he was having a rough shift. That said, I really appreciated that they acknowledged the long wait & gave us a discount without us having to ask. That kind of accountability goes a long way. Overall, I'd still go back & give them another try because the atmosphere was fun, the vibe was there, and I can see the potential.
