This Einstein Bagels is in a really nice location with easy access no matter which direction you're coming from, which makes it an easy stop when the area is busy. You can tell they know what Sunday mornings are like because they definitely staff for it. There were at least eight employees visible and possibly more in the back, so they seemed prepared for the rush. The cashiers were greeting people as they walked in, which was nice, and the staff making food were hustling and staying on top of orders instead of letting things back up. The restaurant itself has plenty of seating, so finding a table was easy even during a busier time. We split the Santa Fe egg sandwich and while the serving size felt a little small, it was good. I also grabbed a cold brew, which hit the spot. Overall, solid experience with friendly staff and good food. I would come back. read more

This location is well placed in the valley and close to the freeway in major cross street. It's easy to get to this location which makes it super convenient. The interior is nice and well maintained. They are of course very busy usually which is understandable. Today I got my birthday sandwich with a cold brew. My sandwich wasn't made as I ordered it but they made it right and then some. Great customer service and resolution. It also tasted very good. I love how they make their eggs in front of you so you can see what they're doing and how everything is made. I've been to this Einstein's many times when I used to live over here but have since moved. I've always been fine with it, nothing special. But this time (it's been about a year), I used my birthday reward (free sandwich using the app!), and I was actually very impressed! Mobile order was quick and easy, was instantly greeted, and my sandwich/ coffee was delicious!! Didn't have to add any sugar or sauces or anything, it was actually one of the best sandwiches ever. I've also tried the Cinnamon Sugar bagel with strawberry shmear: Flavor combo was on point, but the texture of the bagel itself was a little bit tougher than the other bagels! The texture is more of a traditional bagel and I just wasn't a fan! The strawberry shmear though.... I'm definitely trying it on the Maple French Toast bagel next time because that's about to be a power couple. Six Cheese bagel + Asiago bagel with Chive & Onion shmear were solid choices! Flavorful, cheesy, and dependable. Garden Avocado Egg sandwich: Eh...mid! Twice Baked Hasbrown is also mid! I would not get either of these again! I also had a Dragonfruit Lemom Drop so much ice! Much better experience at this location than our last time at a different one. The young man helping me was very nice and offered great service. The restaurant was clean and stocked and looked cool with its decor. The food, that was the thing, everything was good with no issues. I had the Texas brisket (sorry, no pics) and my girlfriend had the Country Bagels and gravy egg sandwich (again, no pics... we were hungry) and both were awesome. The twice baked hash browns are always a good addition and they have new lemonades with flavors and we tried the dragon fruit lemon drop one, AWESOME but a little sweet. I came in on a Saturday morning around noon and it was pretty busy, but that is usually how it is for any Einstein bagel location on the weekends. The staff was generally friendly and I got my food and drink within 10 minutes. I ordered the Asiago bagel with onion and chive cream cheese. It was delicious! Perfectly toasted and cut and just the right amount of cream cheese. I also ordered the frozen chocolate coffee which was soooo goood. I actually prefer it to Starbucks Frappuccinos. They had limited outdoor seating but lots of indoor seating. Because it was busy, it was a bit loud in the store but nothing unmanageable. read more

Ordered on their app two chocolate chip bagels nothing done to them. Drove all the way home to find out they gave me two cinnamon bagels. Clearly says on the receipt on the bag two choc chip bagels. Was craving a salmon bagel so I stopped into Einstein. They're a staple, they're close, and they had exactly what I wanted. I ordered the Nova Lox on an everything bagel and a vanilla cream cold brew and it was divine! The salmon wasn't overly fishy but had a nice smoked flavor. The red onion was crispy and fresh and the capers added an out of this world salty, briny kick. The cold brew was smooth, lightly sweet, and very bold, a perfect compliment to the bagel. They were a bit busy when I stopped in despite being later in the day but all the employees were very polite and friendly, keeping up with online orders and the lunch rush just fine. I don't often stop in at Einstein's but they're going to be a new addition to my regular places while I'm on this salmon bagel kick for sure! read more

One of the employees gave me 4 French toast bagels which of course, was not my order, but I didn't notice until I was already pulled off and driving as I reached into the bag to nibble. I had to turn around, after opening my bag to discover that the order was not mine as I was missing my egg white bacon bagel and that they gave me 2 extra bagels that I did not order. Upon my drive back, I approached the counter, letting another employee know that they gave me someone else's order and the guy whom I was speaking with, looked at me as if, I were from out of space Thankfully Serenity looked over seeing me speaking with the gentlemen peer, bringing my correct order over to me. It's like she knew I'd return Thanks to Serenity, my stars go out to her as she, deserves a huge raise and a Month off. My egg white with bacon bagel was perfect, still hot and tasted freshly made. They kind of rush the line so you should know what you want as the line moves quickly. The bagel selections were plentiful on a Saturday morning and they were fresh. I tried to order ahead but they system was temporarily down, despite the hiccup, I got my bagels and coffee quickly and served nice and warm! The gentleman taking my order might have been the owner- older gentleman with a kind smile gave me 3 free bagels for completing the survey at the bottom of the receipt. I got Everything, pretzel, and harvest grains. Also, I noticed at the bottom of my new receipt it says if you come back after 11:00am, you can get $1 off any sandwich purchased after 11am. I go to this location several times a month mostly on mondays. Getting a bakers dozen and often a sandwhich. Ive complained to the manager about this situation in the past so why cant they get it right?! I ask for a tasty turkey sandwich on sesame bagel cut in half. So why is it 50% of the time they put raw red onion (which i despise) on it? The menu states onion and chive shmear. Not raw onion and chive shmear. The other 50% they forget to cut it? Today they did both put raw red onion AND forgot to cut it. I discovered this out on the freeway. I turn around drive 5 miles back (that 10 miles 5 each way of gas wasted to correct it) but they still messed up. This time making it a hot sandwich where the stuff is now wilted. (gross). So both sandwiches went in the trash today (one at the store the other at a jack in the box where i ended up going to get something to eat, instead of the nasty wilted tasty turkey sandwich I know people will say why not just take the onion off yourself?! Because i really hate raw onions and the red ones are the worst. The onion juice from it pressing on the other ingredients is enough to spoil the flavor of the other ingredients. luckily I'm not allergic to onion but i do have a food intolerance to raw onion. The only reason i continue going here is its exactly 1mile from work, and the closest Einstein bagels, to my home (in west phoenix) is about 10 miles away. Truly i would stop coming but i like the bagels so much and i figure its healthier than fried food. But im tired of wasting money here because they just cant consistently make a sandwich correctly. The lady with two strands of hair and the Blonde girl were not very nice. they closed early , which is understandable, but having every single worker standing up front staring @ us when we are ordering a full 20 minutes before closing, is so rude and uncomfortable. For quick but good breakfast, Einstein's serves up consistent food. From their coffee to their wide assortment of bagels and bagel sandwiches, I've always received friendly service and my meals are made in a short amount of time. I recently had a cool and refreshing iced vanilla hazelnut soy latte and a green chile bagel with jalapeno salsa cream cheese. The bagel itself was light and airy, with a nice toasted outer crust. The center was a little doughy though. The jalapeno cream cheese was very flavorful and had a great spicy kick to it. There's also a shaded patio outside and when the weather is nicer, people often bring their dogs for a breakfast outing with their pups. read more

This is the second of three Einstein bagels I've been to which I have a complaint with. In this case,the person working the register told me the first two credit cards I gave her wouldn't work. Supervisor came over and said she had set up her register wrong and we got that straightened out except that I wasn't given a coffee which I had paid for. Ask supervisor for my coffee cup and she quite curtly asked to see my receipt implying that I was trying to get something I hadn't paid for.
