CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! There is a 90% cvhance it will be wrong. My wife stopped by today to bring bagel lunch home. She ordered Nova Lox for me and a sesame bagel for herself. When she got home, we discovered there was no sesame bagel at all but instead a chocolate chip cookie. As for my Nova Lox, it had no tomato, no onion, no capers and was made on a BLUEBERRY BAGEL! Whoever heard of Nova Lox on a blueberry bagel? Needless to say, the combination was not appetizing and I had to add the missing ingredients at home. Going out later to Lowe's, we stopped and my wife went inside and asked the manager for a full refund. The refund was given but not with any condolences or regret for screwing up the order. They do make good bagels here, which is why we still go BUT I will never order for take out again without first checking the order thoroughly before leaving. This business has a reputation for getting orders wrong going all the way back to its first opening. I see that they had a little visit from the health department but the issue was apparently corrected during the inspector's visit. Seriously how does this business stay open? Second negative review in two months. Come on guys, get your stuff together or the few customers you have left will quit coming also. read more

Good location, corner of kieztke/McCarran Blvd. They seem to be pretty busy in the mornings on both, drive thru and inside. Plenty option of sitting indoors. At this time they are still reinforcing the use of Mark, otherwise no service. They have a good menu, with lots of variety for breakfast as well as lunch with the option to customize. Their to-go bagels look amazing and with so many flavors: everything bagel, spinach, blueberries, Asiago, poppy seeds, etc They also have it ready to go flavor cream cheese spreads that you can pick up while in line to the cashier. They have some options for beverage, although I'm not sure yet if they offer custom choice of milk (I'm yet to try their drinks). You can sign up for rewards with their app as well as order ahead and pick in-store. I went with the nova lox bagel, with some smoke salmon, caper, tomatoes (minus onions - optional). They let you choose your favorite bagel, and their service is quick. On my to-go bag, they packed my bagel very nicely, well protected inside a box. Will definitely be back to explore the menu as well as their drinks. read more

My first time trying this place and I did not like it! Got in the drive thru and noticed they were only taking 2 cars at a time for orders so I was in line for a while. When it was my turn to order they told me to wait and I waited for 8 minutes on top of waiting already in line. I asked for a sausage egg and cheese and hash brown and when I got my food it was bacon egg and cheese. The hash brown was also very soggy. I was so sad to find out this location is closed! Hopefully it's just for now. I've always had good experiences at this location, my food has always been delicious and it was a weekend tradition to go here with my parents. I usually get the lunch sandwich bagels or a breakfast sandwich, always amazing! Every so often I'd get stuck in like a 20 minute drive thru line, but I'd go around lunch rush so it was expected. The staff is always so sweet, hope to see you guys soon! read more

I walked in looking for bagels for my office and right before me was freshly cut bagels ready for grab and go. The process was pretty simple and straight forward. I found juice for the non coffee drinkers and got a gallon or whatever size thet was to go. They get your cups, covers, cream, sugars, etc. all set. 2 tubs of cream cheese are included in the dozen. Wow! I went there this morning and had a great experience with the catering manager Shayla and the person at the front desk. These people had a great energy and attitude. We arrived on a Saturday morning, the shop was surprisingly empty. After ordering, which was very easy, and waiting over 30 minutes, we receiving our order. When my friend grabbed it from the counter he receive a viscous look from someone who seemed to be the manager. The bagels were greasy and fairly tasteless for being a 'spicy' option. The whole staff seemed extremely disorganized and were seen just standing around many times. read more

My best friend was in town to visit for the first time since I had moved. She is a big bagel fan! I'm only aware of a bagel spot on where I used to live and not a big fan of carbs... I learned this place is a chain with a cute name. I usually get the "Everything " bagel with plain cream cheese and this is one was pretty good. The shop was very clean, big and had a great selection of bagels and smears. They had a sign that read, "To smear or not to smear", funny. It was a cute place. read more

The bagels are obviously the star of the show. You can't go wrong with any of the breakfast bagel sandwiches or a bagel with flavored cream cheese. Anything other than a bagel is not worth the money. For instance, the breakfast burrito is disappointing and very basic. I tried the Carmel cold brew milkshake and all I could taste was whip cream. The drink did not have any coffee flavor or Carmel flavor. Worst of all, the staff did not seem happy at all. No one greeted us when we walked in and no one smiled. We stood at the counter looking at bagels for a while without being acknowledged. Apparently the register was open at the other end but no one told us. I had an early morning doctor appointment last week, and decided to buy myself some breakfast. I wasn't sure where I wanted to go, but low tire pressure light on car dashboard, kinda helped. I had to stop at the 7-11 on Kietzke and McCarran, to put air in my tires. After I was done, I noticed Einstein Bros. I have had their bagels before, but not their sandwiches. It was about 8am on Thursday morning and the drive thru line was very short. I wanted to try something new, so I pulled up to the drive thru. I ordered the Farmhouse with one egg, and a small hot white chocolate mocha. I was very pleased with my purchase! The sandwich was very delicious! I wish I bought two! And the coffee was wonderful! I forgot they had Caribou coffee!!! I lived in Minnesota for awhile (1985-1997) and I bought Caribou coffee all the time! Its the absolute best! This morning (Saturday), I wanted to get breakfast there again, but the line was a little long. Looking forward to trying another day!!!!!!! read more

Oh, Einstein Bros., how I love thee and also get so frustrated with wait times. If you haven't tried one of their egg sandwiches, you must. They are absolutely delicious. Bagels are all fresh and their house cream cheeses are the best. My family is also a big fan of their smoothies! Ok, wait times though... on my most recent visit I waited 30 minutes for 3 smoothies and 4 breakfast sandwiches. I tried to analyze what the problem was while I waited inside this location. They seemed to have plenty of employees so maybe they just need more space, cooktops and blenders? Whatever it is, I hope they evaluate and make improvements. Enjoyed my first experience here! Came here for lunch and thought the nova lox looked delicious and the price wasn't too bad. It came out plenty fast and was in a sturdy container so it wasn't getting all messed up inside. There was plenty of cream cheese and plenty of lox! I always come for the warm Chorizo Sunrise sandwich with 2 eggs, no avocado, on plain bagel, on mornings that I'm starving. It's to die for. My absolute favorite breakfast sandy in town! Be careful because if you don't like spicey, you won't like this. It's spicy, spicy, especially if you get it with the jalapeno bagel that it usually comes with. That's way too hot for me, so I substitute it for the plain bagel instead -- and it's still hot. And don't think that I'm joking, because the cheesy jalapeno bagel literally has slices of jalapeno in it. They are not playing around. Get the pain! Other than that: their bagels are the best in town. I mean, I'm not a pro bagel taster, nor do I go looking for bagels to taste, but these seem to be the best to me (again, in town). The smears are absolutely delicious on any bagel! I'm more of a chocolate chip, plain, everything, raisin bagel kind of gal, so I know absolutely nothing about their "gourmet" options; but, I bet they're amazing also. The employees have been far more cheerful and friendly. I cannot say that the drive through is speedy, but it's okay. These are not New York style bagels at all, but they are fresh and tasty anyway.
