What makes it even more frustrating is being prompted to leave a tip when the employees can barely offer a greeting, a thank-you, or basic courtesy. I'm happy to tip for good service, but a tip should reflect the experience--not feel expected when the service is consistently unfriendly. Everyone can have a bad day, and I understand that. But when the same attitude happens repeatedly, it stops feeling like a bad day and starts feeling like a problem with the way this location is being run. Jersey Mike's, you really need to do better.
