Raw bacon and bagel just warm. Die $7.00. Go to BK or Bojangles.
Kenneth J.

Why people may visit Einstein Bagels is an enigma to me.I found the food to be sub par. The bagel was barely toasted. The bacon was raw and die $7.00 and change I could have have a entire meal from McD, BK or. Bojangles. This was the worst experience and the person that served my food female was nit courteous at all. Stay away over priced and not worth it. Check back and I will provide you places to eat doe breakfast. But this is not one.

None of the employees want to be there and it shows. We got 2 sandwiches, the lox and the Texas brisket. We asked for lettuce on the side and they forgot, which is fine. When we told them she gave us one piece of lettuce.... I had to ask her for one more. The lox sandwich was literally one super thin piece of lox and like a sad amount of onions. The Texas brisket was even sadder. It was like a tablespoon of meat, one slab of cheese, and just a little bit of garlic aioli, all in the center. So the edges of the sandwich was just bagel with nothing on it. We got 2 drinks which were not filled to the brim. And when we asked for more garlic aioli for our sad sandwich, they begrudgingly gave us like a tablespoon of it. I love Einstein bros, but this location was terrible. I wish I can get my money back because the food was worse than McDonald's

This is supposedly a buttered bagel.

Bagels aren't very tasty. They forgot to add butter to two buttered bagels (they were to go). Service okay otherwise. Overpriced. Does a quality food chain still exist?

No lox on a lox to go order
Greta Y.

No lox on lox bagel to go order. Can't call, no one answers...No options to speak to anyone. Returned... Remade without even an "I'm sorry for your inconvenience." Staff didn't even rebag, she slid it to me on the counter... "here you go" and walked away.

Extra $11 bucks for the stupid cashier?!
Adam C.

This place is the worst that has the worst staff and they ruin every single order!!! They hire imbeciles to work the register and if you don't watch what they are doing - it is made wrong and usually missing stuff! Thoroughly disgusted and good luck trying to call a manager - it doesn't allow you to leave a message - and hangs up on you! You definitely got my $60 for crap and missing stuff too - you guys SUCK!

Ava helped us and was absolutely awesome and friendly throughout our visit. We started with beinets that had a lemon curd smear on the serving plate. The beinets were perfect, airy, light, hot, and covered in powdered sugar. They were awesome without the lemon curd but, when you added it to the beinet, a very tasty addition. We also ordered coffee and a cappuccino with vanilla, both fresh, hot, and tasty. We then ordered the she had the Avacado toast with crispy potatoes and I had the fried chicken and bourbon waffle. She really enjoyed the avacado toast as it is her favorite place to have this meal. The chicken was fried perfectly, with the right amount of heat in flavor, the bacon jam and maple syrup, what a great depth of flavors, I absolutely loved this dish. I had some of her crispy potatoes, they were awesome, the salting was spot on perfect and added so much flavor. We love this place, a great morning date, or a place to bring the kids, it is charming, vibrant pink color with gold accents throughout makes it a special place. We will of course keep coming back.

The atmosphere inside the repurposed old house gives it a fantastic, charming aesthetic--my wife absolutely loved it, and anyone who appreciates historical character will feel right at home. The drinks were great. My wife had the whipped coffee, which was wonderfully sweet with a rich coffee froth, while my regular drip coffee was delightfully strong without a single hint of bitterness. The food was outstanding: Pork Belly Benedict: Massive portion size and extremely filling. The substitution of cornbread for a traditional English muffin was a highlight--it wasn't dry at all, leaned moist, and had a great kick of spice. The pork belly itself was tender, savory, and sweet. Southern Smothered Biscuit: The biscuit was cooked to absolute perfection and large enough to satisfy a big appetite. The chicken sausage was surprisingly thick and savory--impressively rich and juicy for chicken. Our server was quick, highly responsive, and catered to our table continuously. Exceptional food, unique charm, and great service. We'll be back soon!

The Dutch Baby was soggy, and not really tasting of anything except undercooked batter. The strawberry pancakes were so drenched in disgustingly sweet syrup and topped with equally sweet whipped cream that eating just a few bites sends one into a diabetic coma. The service was mediocre. Our waitress was so disinterested in talking to us or interacting with us that her service was perfunctory at best. The breakfast was underwhelming, the service below average, and the food was expensive. Way too expensive for the quality of the food offered. It was a clean, well kept establishment, but it's one I won't be going to ever again. It just wasn't worth it

They charge $5 for their croissant, which was where it falls short. If it were the best croissant I ever had, perhaps. No substitutions. Always hated this rule for every restaurant, but I get it if you have a special and hundreds of customers. We were one of 3 parties on a weekday brunch, super slow. We also ordered the traditional breakfast and a kids breakfast. But instead of bacon, we wanted a croissant for the kids meal. They are both $5 in the menu when ordered separately. First the server said they didnt know (weird) then said they would check and left for 5 minutes. The answer was no. So I paid an extra $5 and added a croissant. I ate the bacon, which improved my salmon Benedict. But neither the croissant nor bacon felt like $5. Kids meal is now the cost of a regular. So I recommend if you dont want any substitutions, try this place. I wont be coming back. It really irks me that you cant just put bread instead of bacon on a kids meal. You aren't a robot, and you are not busy. You are also not getting me as a patron anymore. P.S. the Croissant alone was not worth $5. I rate it a 3 out of 5 on its own.

Menu very hard to read as it is extensive with lots of descriptions but post on a screen on the wall which is difficult to read especially if other customers are doing the same. ( Also when you look at the menu on website you couldn't get full descriptions of sandwiches) You order at the counter, but then can sit down at booths or tables. The booths do not have any thing on them like condiments or napkins. You have to ask the servers for both and when they brought you napkins, they were wadded up in a pile as if they had been pulled one by one from a napkin box. Plastic folks, spoons, knives in cellophane. Paper cups for coffee. Odd new wave music was more distracting than restful. Food was ok but did not enjoy due to overall setting. Very frustrating. We had been hoping for a new breakfast spot and a good place to eat a late lunch or early dinner. At this time, the deli feels like a TO GO spot rather than a nice place for a sit down meal. That's a shame because it could be a gem.

We ordered the bacon biscuit with grits and the avocado toast, and everything was absolutely delicious. The grits were the standout item for me. We learned they are made with locally sourced grits from a North Georgia mill, and the cheese combination created an incredibly creamy texture and rich flavor. The coffee was excellent as well and was served in a large mug that we really appreciated. We also discovered that the coffee is sourced from a small local roaster in Johns Creek, which fits perfectly with the restaurant's commitment to supporting local businesses. The dining area is somewhat small, but there is bar seating and outdoor seating available, which provides additional options.
