Menu very hard to read as it is extensive with lots of descriptions but post on a screen on the wall which is difficult to read especially if other customers are doing the same. ( Also when you look at the menu on website you couldn't get full descriptions of sandwiches) You order at the counter, but then can sit down at booths or tables. The booths do not have any thing on them like condiments or napkins. You have to ask the servers for both and when they brought you napkins, they were wadded up in a pile as if they had been pulled one by one from a napkin box. Plastic folks, spoons, knives in cellophane. Paper cups for coffee. Odd new wave music was more distracting than restful. Food was ok but did not enjoy due to overall setting. Very frustrating.
