We had hired Fatima and her service on other occasions and were impressed with their work. We were planning to use them twice a month to clean our home, up until their last visit, which went wrong in many different ways. Some of the mistakes they made: they broke a plant, they plugged in an oil diffuser upside down which spilled oil all over the wood floor, they broke a clock, and for some reason they disassembled my shower head and didn't put it back together correctly. It now needs to be replaced. At first Fatima was gracious about all of this, and comped that day's cleaning service. But as I found more things that were broken, she started to get highly annoyed. I have included some of our text exchanges here so you can see the tone she took with me. I appreciated the comped visit, but the rude and unprofessional tone she took with me because HER employees broke a bunch of MY stuff is not acceptable. You would expect a little more patience than this from somebody whose employee made so many careless mistakes. We will not be hiring them again. read more

I work 70+ hours per week, and was spending a disproportionate amount of my free time cleaning my apartment. In search of a housekeeper, I did not want to go through a corporation, but hoped to find someone experienced and credible. Enter Fatima, a friendly Long Beach local with impeccable organization skills. I texted the number here on Yelp, and we set a date for a deep clean ($150) that week. Fatima arrived on time with one other woman. They brought all of their own supplies. My partner and I excused ourselves, and about 4 hours later, received a text that they had finished. Upon arriving home, we were stunned. The place was immaculate, every square inch sparkling clean. They even cleaned the blinds, chandeliers, tops of bookshelves, and under the stove. I have personally spent 8-10 hours straight cleaning before, and could not get it this clean. From now on, I will leave it to the professionals. I am so grateful to have found Eileen's Cleaning Service. read more

Eileen's House Cleaning - Spotless! They dusted all the bottles and even the chandeliers :) - Home Cleaning Near Me

Not up to par as reviews glorify how wonderful they are- maybe my expectations are too high, but when I hire housecleaners at $40 per hour, I expect them to do a thorough job. First ding they were 20 mins late. Secondly, I'm willing to help, but moving kitchen chairs out of the way so that someone cannot sweep around them is when I should have noticed it wasn't going well. Also, when I reached out to the owner to let her know of the many items that were not cleaned, she stated my house was very dirty. I replied that I hire housecleaners when my house is dirty, not when it is clean . read more

I hired this company to clean my house when I moved out to get my deposit back. I left it open for them to clean since I was already moving in to the other place. I stopped by to check on the cleaning when they almost finished but I never told them I was stopping by. When I arrived I caught the cleaning people smoking weed and drinking beer instead of cleaning the house. They were billing me by the hour. I was extremely upset. They said they just needed to mop the floors. I asked them to leave and I called their main line. They kept switching people to talk to and no one could ever resolved my issue. They still charged me for the entire time. I also ended up losing my deposit on the house because the home owners said they had to hire someone else to clean the house because the company I hired didn't do a good job. read more

Fatima and her team are the best house cleaners we've ever had! I have them put the clean sheets on my bed each time (because I hate that job). She will dust all of my knickknack shelves as well as everything in the house! We have had them since 2018 and couldn't be happier. I've referred Eileen's House Cleaning to several of my friends who now use them exclusively. I highly recommend this cleaning service! read more

Eileen's house cleaning gave me the cheapest quote so I decided to try them. Boy was I disappointed. Not only they they bring cockroaches into my house with their cleaning supplies but they left my house looking worse than before they arrived to clean. I had to waste money to hire someone to get rid of the cockroaches they brought and I had to waste my time cleaning the house after them (which is not what I wanted). read more

Fatima has been cleaning my home for about three years now, and I'm very happy with the work she does. I feel that she cleans my home as if it were her own, taking care to dust all the small items that can easily be overlooked. She is very easy to work with, accessible and accommodating, and communication and scheduling have always been easy. Her prices are very reasonable. I feel lucky to have found Fatima! read more

Have currently had them clean 3 times and they do a wonderful job each time. The cleaning is very thorough and they have been very careful around the house as well. With 2 full-time parents and a toddler, picking up and cleaning can be exhausting! Thank you for the assist! It's always wonderful to have a clean home. read more

I was SO impressed with how clean they were able to get my apartment. I've hired cleaners over the years and I've never had anyone clean as well as they did. Fatima is so sweet and very responsive. They brought all their own supplies; cleaned the walls, windows, baseboards, stove, dusted, etc., etc., etc. I came back to a different apartment- I couldn't have cleaned my apartment that well if I tried. I was so happy with their work, that I'm hiring them to come back continuously. Thank you so much Fatima! read more

Bad service, rude workers, they charge you more at the end. Needed a last minute deep cleaning of my house. Price quoted was low so I hired them. The staff that cleaned my house were extremely rude and they missed a lot. At the end they charged me more, I called the manager to complain but the manager was extremely rude to. Terrible customer service all around read more

This company has a bunch of thieves. They stoled my Rolex watch. They also lied to me about their price for cleaning. Two days after we had a kids party we hired Eileen's house cleaning to come clean the house. They arrived 3 hours late, they rushed the job and they charged me $320 extra more on top of the $300 they had quoted me. I ended up paying $620 for a job they said was going to cost $300. They straight out scammed me. That's not all, that evening when I was going to go out I noticed my Rolex watch was missing which I had left on top of my bedroom cabinet the night before. I called to try to get them to give me my watch back but they denied they took it. read more

I have used Fatima and her team since 2014. I moved twice since that time and I have stayed with her each time because they are very reliable, on time, and do a great job of cleaning my house. I'm confident that my house will be clean and there will not be any short cuts taken like I've seen with many cleaners out there. Highly recommended. read more

Since I needed my house cleaned after remodeling it. I hired Eileen's house cleaning because of their cheap prices. I was fooled. They offered me a cheap price to get my business and at the end they charged me a lot more than what they had said. Be careful with their pricing tactics. They lie. Also, the cleaning was not worth what they charged me since they missed a lot. read more

I was extremely skeptical about hiring a cleaning service, but I will say Fatima was the best choice for me and my family. Fatima has been working with us for 3 years and I have and will continue to recommend her. I am the type of person that is very private about my house and belongs, of course, so to let someone into my home and trust them in my most private space (my Home) it was very hard for me. Fatima does a great job always, my house is always flawless when she is done with it. She has done several deep cleanings for us, when we've finished construction on our first home and the again before we moved into our home now as well as several other times. Amazing Job!!! Fatima is super sweet to all my family and never judges, Thank God! For my own peace of mind, the day before our appointment, I normally just pick up and put stuff away that I would prefer to be handled my me. Fatima is very trustworthy and very professional! read more

Worst cleaning service ever. Not only did they not clean well but they also broke an expensive glass shower door in the process and they refused to pay to replace it. read more

They lied to me about the price. After the service they ended up charging way more than what we agreed to and for bad cleaning service too.

Since I was going to host a Halloween party I wanted the house to look clean so I reached out to Eileen's House Cleaning for the job. I was looking to get my apartment cleaned since I had never hired someone to clean it. When Eileen's House Cleaning arrived I noticed their equipment and towels were dirty but I didn't say anything. Then when they started cleaning they were just making everything worse. I could tell they didn't know how to clean and their dirty towels were smearing everything. I told them to stop because of what they were doing and because they were making the house smell really bad. I couldn't take it. Needed one of my rental properties cleaned that had turn around every few days. Eileen's workers came to clean the property. Unbelievable Eileen said I was only going to pay a flat rate $250 in the end that was all a lie. I paid way more.
