Apparently they called her because she started rushing. On her way out I asked her if she mopped the floors, did under the beds she said yes. It turned out she didn't. The real problem is that she lied, so I can't trust her with my house. The company never apologized or acknowledged the mistakes. They had someone calling me named Gabi. When I asked about Luna, since I made the arrangements with her, they said she can't talk. The day after they said she's on a business trip. Gabi claimed that they did me a favor by giving me an already discounted price. Which is not the case, Luna gave me a price as a promo, not discounted. Bottom of line, I did not care about the money I needed an apology and I would have probably tried them again, maybe asked for another technician. But management did not have the decency to call me directly, own up for their mistakes, and went on to make me feel ungrateful for not appreciating the already discounted price.
