I found them on Yelp based off their Yelp reviews- we were so happy after the first cleaning! They are so thorough, they take their time, and are completely trustworthy. A Yelper mentioned that they are hard to reach but I have never had any issues- I text Jose and he always texts back immediately, within a minute! At our old apartment we have used other cleaning services in the past that we also found on Yelp with good reviews, but was never satisfied- which lead me to continue my search and thankfully find Luxjo. Jose you have a repeat happy customer for life! Thank you!!

Because of that, I just couldn't get myself to organize the house, so I ended up living in a messy place for about a month. My boyfriend was also extremely busy with work and couldn't help me. Then a friend told me about Sparkling Star Cleaning, so I reached out and booked their service. The price was incredibly affordable, and the service was absolutely perfect. The staff were so professional, and they transformed my bathrooms, bedrooms, living room, and even the garden in such a short amount of time. Since it was my first time using a cleaning service, I was really worried, but I never imagined it would be this easy and convenient. I'm truly grateful to the staff, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this kind of help. I'd also like to try this company's car hand wash service next time. Thank you sooooo much guys~!! See u next time~!!

Overall, it could have been better they still cleaned my home and organized to their best of their ability but will I use their services again? Probably not.

The cleaners arrived punctually and got the job done. In the end, I think my apartment looked better than when I first moved in. A bit more background: I had originally called another company to do my cleaning, one that charged more. But that other company, upon coming to my apartment, did absolutely nothing for over an hour and then told me the job was beyond their expertise. With Deep Cleaning LA, the job was done with excellence in about 90 minutes. And their price of $215 is hard to beat! Thank you, Deep Cleaning LA!

I hope they will adjust some of their process as the customer service is outstanding so if the actual service was up to par these guys would be number 1 on yelp. First, they are great at communicating. Easy to get a hold of someone, easy to schedule, and I felt very confident in the service throughout the process until obviously the end result. I was first told a different price when quoted than what was on my invoice and told that I would get two experienced cleaners to get the job done in a timely and thorough manner. Wendy did explain to me the change in service amount and all that was included in what I was getting and I was happy and expectant to have a great job done. Only one gentleman arrived on scheduled time and I was also informed he was new to the team. SUPER nice nothing wrong him at all. I called to ask about the second cleaner and was told he would do the same job in the same amount of time. Now our house is perfectly clean and updated. We are just moving in and wanted a bit of a deep clean as the counters were dusty, ledges, mirrors, hardware, just little details. But on entering, you would never think it needed a cleaning unless you ran your finger across for dust. When we got back-the only thing that had been done was the floors. Quite literally the floors are the only we paid $130 for, which the floors were already clean and we could have easily mopped ourselves. A deep clean of bathrooms was supposed to be included and LITERALLY nothing was touched. Counters had not been wiped. Sink was already spotless so not even anything to do. Showers not touched, glass and mirrors not touched. Everything straight forward not even looked at. Kitchen not touched. No wiping down of anything. I am 8 months pregnant so the whole point of this was so I would not have to bend down to do these kind of things myself. We had the easiest house, no ceiling fans, no hard to clean areas, the house was already clean, it just needed a deep sanitize and at least a wipe down. We are disappointed and will not be using the services again. Nothing wrong with paying the price, it's that we did not get what was supposed to be included or even close. I could have done the mopping of my floors on my own. My house looks and is exactly the same as when we left. My only recommendation to the company, as they did offer to fix the situation and have the gentleman come back-it is pretty awkward to have the same one person come back and/or to trust he would even do it correctly when he already had spent two hours simply doing the floors when we needed that two hours doing the other items that were supposed to be included in the service. Again he was very nice but my home looked the same and I don't want to watch and tell someone how to do their job if he were to come back and just made me feel uneasy. I told him the same information when we left for the cleaning so it seems odd that they wouldn't have someone more "experienced" come fix this and send me back the new person that did not do it correctly the first time.
