Korean quoted me a super cheap price to clean my place but the day of appointment when she arrived she switched the price on me by charging me 3.5x more original quote which was very deceiving. I still went with the service because I needed the service right away . The quality of work was absolutely not worth what she charged me. read more

Nonetheless, I went on Yelp to see her reviews (which are stellar), but it was her before/after pictures that sold me! During our walk through, she justified my enthusiasm with her impeccable professionalism and attention to detail... essentially, if something is important to you, it's important to her. These ladies dealt with so much, and they were completely amazing. Korea and Candice were right on time, brought all their own supplies (including power tools... I obviously need to step up my cleaning game), were both so sweet and personable, and did a phenomenal job. I loved working with them. I hired Korea for a 3-hour deep cleaning and asked for 2 people, which she had no problem providing, and the first thing we discussed were what the top priorities were. There was so much to do and I knew it was humanly impossible to fit the whole house into the 3 hours, so I asked for her and her partner to focus on the kitchen and bathroom. I can't even begin to go into the wreck that this house was (it's my boyfriend's house and it was a hot mess until I found these two, and the hot mess part is a long story), but they honestly brought everything they touched back to new again, including restoring a truly disgusting oven. I was completely happy and impressed and so grateful for all that they did. I'm especially grateful to them for dealing with the nasty bathroom lol. It was pretty bad in there. They did end up getting to more than the kitchen and bathroom though, and the whole house felt so much nicer when they were done. I was working in the backyard while they worked, and every time I came inside for anything, I kept freaking out over how amazing everything was looking. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, and I'm considering a second deep cleaning to focus on other rooms and projects. I had lots of fun chatting with them during their visit too! (But for the record, I was the one who couldn't stop rambling, not them lol). Their price was right ($180 for the 3 hours with 2 people), and they worked really hard. Korea came for a walk through at my house before the first clean. We discussed what my wants were and what her services included (very comprehensive). Her prices are fair and she genuinely wants to do a good job. She takes her business seriously and shows hustle and a drive to provide her customers with what they are looking for. Today, she and an assistant Britney came to clean our home. They took 3 hours for a 2300 sq ft home and did some baseboards along with regular cleaning of floors, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, vacuuming the whole house, and dusting (and other magic things only good cleaners can do). We've got kids and a lot of action at our home and they did a wonderful job and are super fun to have around- very positive and happy. I would highly recommend using Shake the Dust!! read more

My mother has a rental home that was extremely dirty! We couldn't even begin to do any painting before the walls, ceilings and window sills had all the dirt removed! The owner, Korea, was very accommodating and promptly arrived at the house and after doing a walk through with me, gave me a quote! She was able to squeeze me in to her schedule and got the place amazingly clean with her and her crew! She was on time for the initial walk through and the later appointment, kept to her estimate in time and cost, and even did a few extra little things I asked for. I went with her service based on the prior reviews, and it was the right choice. Excellent service!!! Korea was able to provide service on the same day despite the late notice. She went above and beyond. Even came back after I had to cancel the same day due to electric problems.
