My husband and I came here for date night and had a great experience overall. Food was delicious and we decided this would be our neighborhood spot since it's right around the corner from our house. I got the pulled pork Mac n cheese which was a huge portion and had leftovers for the next day. My husband got the bbq chicken flatbread and we split the boudin egg rolls. Service was great and everyone was very friendly! read more

This place is a hidden gem. I stopped by during happy hour and let's just say I was Beyond HAPPY. It wasn't crowded, the service was great. The food was 10/10. The ambiance was beautiful my family and I ate on the patio over looking the water. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. The food was flavorful the pasta could've used a tad bit seasoning to the sauce but overall was great. read more

Love this place! After a golf scramble at nearby Oak Harbor, we decided to stop in for a late lunch. They have a lovely space, indoor and out. For our first visit, we chose seats on their spacious patio, where turtle and bird watching abound. The lunch was fantastic. We tried the Brazilian steak bites, which were fantastic. For our entrees I did the poke bowl and my date tried the brisket Mac and cheese. Everything was delicious! We also tried their cocktails: the pink pony club and the gin cocktail. Both were great! We had such a great time we decided to return less than a week later to try the brunch. The passionfruit jalapeño mimosa is what's up. I also tried the steak bowl which was fantastic and my date did the breakfast tacos that were also great. The portions are generous and appropriately priced. Final thing: the staff are spectacular. Great service! Everyone is friendly and welcoming and this has quickly become one of our favorite places!!! read more

I was invited here by a close friend, and I wasn't disappointed. The spicy margarita hit just right, and both the tuna nachos and crab dip were solid choices. The decor was a pleasant surprise definitely not what I'd typically expect from Slidell, and I mean that in the best way. Honestly, I hate that it's so far from the city or I'd probably be a regular by now, no lie! read more

We came in on a Saturday around 8. Surprisingly it was fairly empty but clean. The staff were really inviting and friendly. We ordered the crab and spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer and although I've heard good things about this place the app was bland and chips were cold. It put us off ordering more food and left. We may try again in the future and hopefully have a better experience with the food read more

The restaurant inside and outside was clean, the inside is very welcoming. It's not a big place, which I like. It's nice and cozy, really nice place for a date night. I love the decor of the restaurant and they have music playing in the background. There are a few tv's in there also. The hostess sat us quickly, it was a quiet night really. Our server greeted us, did the usual. We got our food in a decent time and it was hot. Everyone enjoyed their food, even took home the leftovers for later. I could do this spot again, it's a really nice spot. read more

This was a great find for a quick and early dinner. It just so happened that we arrived during happy hour, so we definitely took advantage of that! Our server was really good and helpful the entire time. My drink (Very Mindful, Very Demure) was sooo good and strong too lol! I'll return for that drink alone! We shared several items: Boudin Egg Rolls, Hot Honey Feta, Half Pepperoni Flatbread and Nachos. Everything was pretty good! The Hot Honey Feta was my favorite because it was very unique. My least favorite was the nachos but only because there wasn't any meat on the happy hour nachos. I'll be sure to get the regular portion the next time. I highly recommend Eight60! read more

Real nice restaurant and even better bar. The drinks are really good and the food compliments your drink of choice. There are plenty of seating in the inside as well as a patio area on the outside. The bar area is limited but you can see views from your table. I would highly recommend the crab and spinach dip. read more

This is a nice little spot in Slidell that offers a nice ambiance paired with good food and drinks. My husband and I got eats to share (on two separate visits). Our server was knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful. She even recognized us the second time so we requested her to be our server. The brisket sliders were tender and flavorful, great for sharing. The Rockefeller Flatbread was tasty and served hot. We were able to get 1/2 fried shrimp 1/2 fried oysters which was an added bonus. The seafood was a bit on the salty side but freshly prepared. The rip it chicken, which was chicken breast meat cut up, had a little kick to it. A typical chicken and fries dish, but still tasty. We went on a Thursday to get the Prime Rib special. My husband loved it and said it was cooked perfectly. It comes with a salad and a very small baked potato (the only downside). I've haven't had a drink there that I didn't like on either visit. The raspberry mojito was a pleasant surprise though, not to sweet, very refreshing. I'm not big on coconut but would definitely order this again. And last, the wonderful beignets with powder sugar!!! They came out hot with this smooth, delicious white chocolate sauce to drizzle on top. They literally melt in your mouth. A must try!! You won't be disappointed!! This place will definitely be on our repeat list. read more

Easily one of my top 10 for restaurants. This place was nice, the atmosphere was great and the service was on point we were asked several times if we were good if we needed anything. Let's move onto the food. Most of us ate off of the appetizer menu just because everything sounded great and we couldn't make up our minds. My favorite was the angel on horseback which were oysters stuffed into a shrimp wrapped in bacon and with this sauce on top it was amazing. We had the corn and shrimp fritters, boudin egg rolls, marina meatballs, and the tuna. This is definitely a go to place that's all we kept thinking was like this is a definitely a girlfriend happy hour hang out the drinks. this place is definitely on my list to return and do some hanging out with the girls read more

My girlfriend and I stopped in here randomly on our drive from New Orleans to Biloxi and are so happy we did. The vibe was great! Awesome people, great music, and incredible food. We got the Brazilian Steak Bites and a bowl of Jambalaya. Both were amazing! Pro-tip for the Brazilian bites, stir it up, the juices on the bottom of the plate are divine! Our server Joe was super friendly and had amazing recommendations like the Bananas Foster Martini for dessert. I absolutely recommend this place if you like good times and delicious food. read more

Was fortunate to be here for the Inaugural serving of their "Prime Rib" special and I have to say what I had tonight was beautifully prepared. A generous serving of prime rib over a bed of roasted potatoes with garlic butter - it was just what the doctor ordered. I've visited here twice (once for brunch & once for dinner)! Super good! Love the bottomless mimosas for $12 (you can change your juice)! I visited Saturday on a whim for dinner & sat at the bar. The bartender was super helpful with recommendations & both of my martini's were really good! They have a great variety of selections & I can't wait to visit again to try something different! The Rockefeller flatbread was delicious! Definitely a nice place to meet with friends, a date night, or to just treat yourself! read more

Very good food. The strawberry pineapple mojito and the blood orange margarita are amazing. Everything was excellent...except the music. Place, service and food/drinks were great. 9/10. Definitely would recommend and will be back soon!!!

I enjoyed my lunch here. The location is great, we couldn't sit outside because it was wet from rain the night before but the inside had a nice ambiance. I got the catch of the day over rice with a cream sauce, very tasty! My friend got the poke bowl, but they didn't have soy sauce which is strange since they have multiple Asian options on the menu which would could use some flavor. The beignets were delicious, I was surprised! The berry vodka cocktail was yummy and had a decent amount of alcohol- I was definitely feeling it! I'd go back for sure. read more
