Dalton, who was very knowledgeable and nice to deal with, came to my house when he was scheduled to and came up with a plan for the problem that was a very good price especially after all the work he did. Dalton came back a couple times to rebait and also had to remove a random opossum. He also then used stones to fill in the area where my groundhog had been digging and fixed a gutter so it won't happen again. Great customer service from this company and they are really nice to deal with. They come out when they say they will unlike some other companies I have dealt with.

Both were very willing and able to discuss the situation, find a mutually agreeable time, and get the job done. Monty looked at the house interior to assess the potential for my wasp infestation to break through into the house before determining his course of action. Given the home and environmental conditions, the pesticide application went smoothly and was immediately effective. The particular pesticide will continue to work over the next few days, and he made sure to mention that I could call if nest activity persists any time in the next 2 months. Highly recommend using Clear Pest Solutions.

My daughter was hearing some critters scurrying around in the ceiling of her upstairs rooms. She…read moresays it was mostly in the morning. I was trying to help her find an exterminator to help. I decided to look on Yelp, because they have helped me find contractors before. I chose Pest Medics because they responded within a hour. They also (responding through text) told me their range of pricing and could come out the next day. I'm assuming Javan is the owner of the company. Him and another worker came within their window of time. They were very cordial to us as they entered. They listened to my daughter explain the issues she was having. They walked through the house (inside and out) inspecting where the critters could be coming in and out of. They finally found one of the entry points near the roof. They explained about the one way gate like thing they put up to let (we think it was squirrels) out, but could not get back in. My daughter was impressed that there was not cruelty to the animals. She just wanted them out of her house. All in all, it took the a total of 45 minutes to complete the job. Not mentioning the price, they charged the top of the range they gave her. There was no paperwork to show what was done. Just a receipt for the job (on her phone) and a 30 day verbal guarantee for the work they had done. This is were the stars started coming off!! About a week had passed and my daughter was still hearing squirrels in the roof. She called Javan and company to come back out because the problem was still there. They made a appointment to come back two days later with a no show and no call. My daughter call them within a half hour left within that window of time they were suppose to have come out. Javan telling her he got tied up with another job and could they reschedule. He knew he was tied up before that phone call. It is to easy to text or call someone. That is so rude, to waste someone's time....looking for you to come. They did reschedule though. The same thing happened again, only this time he called her when there was only a half hour left with in his scheduled window, saying he needed to reschedule. At this point we felt he had her money, so she goes on the back burner. After a few harsh words, he followed up and showed up soon after. They reinspected her property, sealed in some additional entery points. Later, came back to get their cage and seal in the entry points in the roof. Seems like the problem is solved. I don't like giving bad reviews, but they wasted her time twice. They didn't do a bad job, just be warned if you decided to go with Pest Medics.

This story starts and ends with a bat…read more Everyone knows about bats. They're the creatures that hang out in the haunted houses. They're the companion to the pumpkin and witch on the Halloween drawings your kid brings home from school. Superheroes are sometimes modeled after them. They also sometimes wind up in your basement, sleeping in a corner, waiting to surprise you when you go downstairs to put some laundry in the washer. Admittedly, I wasn't even sure what it was at first. I just know it wasn't supposed to be there, and it moved ever so slightly. I called my husband downstairs to see what he thought. Never heard a human being screech that loud, at least not in person. Once we determined it was, in fact, a bat, we were tasked with finding someone to remove said bat, on a Wednesday evening, from our home. Also adding to the fun is the 5-month-old baby in the house. We thought he may be too young for pets. Pest control services don't really have much of a presence on Yelp, which is really too bad, because in my experience, when you have a real problem, it's good to have the best help. Upon looking in the Yellow Pages (yes, that still exists, and yes, we use it), I called numerous pest control services. Mr. Willard of Willard Pest Control was, by far, the nicest one I spoke with on the phone. In fact, he made me laugh. Hard to do when there's a bat hanging out downstairs. He said he would come over within an hour, and he was there within 30 minutes. He was able to get the bat and humanely brought it outside and set it free. He then spent time talking with us about bats (they're completely random and you can't prevent them, other than securing holes) and other pests; all the while, making us laugh and almost forget that we had just interrupted our normal Wednesday night for BAT REMOVAL. He owns and operates his company and has been in business for 33 years. While he was with us, he answered his phone anytime it rang and helped customers/potential customers right away. He was so great and diligent that we decided to hire him to do our general extermination every three months. I feel safe and secure knowing that Mr. Willard will be handling our pest control from now on! His prices are extremely reasonable and he is very fair and knowledgable. Perhaps you will never experience a bat in your house (lucky you), but if you are in the market for an exterminator, I highly recommend Mr. Willard!
