Eddie installed window casings on 21 windows in my entire house and his price was very reasonable--saved me from trying to do it myself (likely unsuccessfully). I had both picture casings and casings with sills. They're all really nice and I especially like the ones with sills; the corners and returns are flawless. Eddie is very amenable to making changes and fixing little details that bothered me. I have two side-by-side windows that are a bit lopsided and Eddie modified the casings a bit so that they look even. I appreciate that Eddie spent the time to make sure that everything is perfect; that might be why it took 2 weeks to finish instead of the original 1 week estimate. Tip: if you're in your house when work is being done, it's going to get very dusty. Eddie laid down paper to protect the hardwood floors and they remained for the duration of the project. He also vacuumed up dust, but if you're used to being barefoot in a spotless house, be prepared to adjust accordingly. Had I known, I might have asked for the work to be done one floor at a time so that there was an area to retreat to. Everything considered, I would definitely hire Eddie again for other molding / painting needs. read more

I purchased a new tri-level "cookie cutter" townhome and wanted to personalize my home by making the inside stand out from the rest! Called him on Friday, needed some handyman work done in the kitchen and to have all the rooms painted to get ready for a tenant moving in on Monday....all of this the weekend before Christmas. He replaced two broken tiles, painted the kitchen, living room, hallway and master from a dark color to a light color, and fixed the closet door(he removed it to paint, and decided to fix it then put it back).
