I had used many agencies before I met Jana, but I didn't like the fact that I am not able to deal with a regular person. I want to have a consistent communication and feedback, and I wanted someone who will dust well because my husband is allergic to dust. I found her reviews on Yelp and gave her a try. Jana showed up to do a free in-home estimate. She showed up on time to meet with me and my husband at our convenience and showed me that she would appreciate my business by bringing with her printouts of her services, price list, nice brochure, $40 GIFT CERTIFICATE and showed me her up-to-date license, bond, insurance and worker's compensation documents. She gave us a good estimate, asked us about our cleaning preferences, and we scheduled our first visit. Two weeks later, her staff showed up right on time - something I really appreciate because I often run on a schedule, and I like people who are punctual. I came back a little before they (2 incredibly sweet, English speaking ladies) were done, and I found my home "detail" cleaned and organized. I was so impressed with the details, I scheduled another appointment. I recommended EH Clean to two of my friends and they have hired EH Clean for bi-weekly service and are very happy. Same 2 ladies show up every time and they know your home and what you like. They are consistent and often go above and beyond of what's expected of them. I have been a happy customer several years now and would highly recommend them to anyone. Jana had a manager named Maudaly for about a year or so and things were sometimes forgotten (like giving teams correct keys, addresses, calling customers when late... etc.). We understood every business goes through growing pains and nobody is perfect. I see some of the 1-star reviews were written when Maudaly was in charge. Jana took over Maudaly's job in 2012 and everything improved to how it used to be before. Some people just don't have what it takes to manage others. First I used EH Clean to do a heavy duty and I mean heavy duty move out top to bottom cleaning. The former tenants were 3 college students who never cleaned. It was filthy. Jana and her team were very professional. We set up an initial appointment to review the job and get an estimate. She was very honest and fair in her estimate. I needed the job done A.S.A.P. EH Clean team delivered. They were very thorough. Example: master shower floor was black with caked on dirt (yuck) they reinstated it to white. Everything I asked of the team, they did. They cared for it as if it were their home! I'm now using their services for weekly schedule and I can't be more happier. Their attention to detail is great and their prices are very reasonable. They polished my hardwood floors and made them look brand new again, squeegeed all windows inside and out. On a rotation basis they clean inside the refrigerator, oven, cabinets. They removed scuff marks on my baseboards caused by previous housecleaner and their vacuums. They use back-pack vacuums for hardwood floors so I don't have to worry about any scratches since it has soft brush at the bottom. I'm very impressed by how responsive and attentive Jana and Maudaly are. "WOW! I could not be more happier with my experience with Jana and her staff. I was moving out of my home, and at the last minute on a Thursday my landlord asked me if he could do an open house on that weekend. I didn't want to say no, but was in a total pinch because I had 5 straight days of 16hour work days and had neither the time nor the inclination to spend my free time on cleaning. I called Jana and she was immediately responsive and had her crew come by my house the next day. When I came in, the place was so clean I was actually sad I was moving, and I wished that I had called them sooner so that I would have had more spotless clean days at my house. I had previously believed that the bathtub was permanently grimy (it had been like that when I moved in), and my elbow grease and Tilex was unable to make a dent...I don't know what kind of crazy magic EH Clean has, but I was SO wrong...my tub looked new! The reason Jana's employees are so good at their job, is because Jana herself trains and supervises them. Her standards are the highest in the industry. I've never had my home cleaned more thoroughly or as consistently by any other individual or company, as it has been by EH Clean for over a year now. In fact, I am continually astounded by Jana's professionalism, forthrightness, and attention to detail. She is never complacent, nor does she take any customer for granted. When Jana showed up with her team, I was in for a surprise. I could see and feel the difference in the quality control and professional service dedication. I have had four services with EH Clean. Our first service was a deep cleaning, and when the ladies were done my house sparkled. Of course in a deep clean they get every nook and cranny. I have a very busy schedule and kids are always running through my house, each time the ladies have come out they have done a wonderful job working around all the duffle bags and other clutter my house seems to collect. On the third service; a two hour weekly service, I arrived home to find one of the crew members dusting the blinds from the very top; this was only done three weeks prior. Other companies I have used have not paid this much attention to detail. Though my blinds did need a good dusting, I was surprised to find the crew maintaining my dust so well without prompting, because in the past I have had to ask when certain items; such as blinds, needed dusting. Of course as with every business some of the employees work better than others; overall I would give the crew 4 stars and the company itself, five stars. There's no one better than EH Clean, at least not that I've seen. Jana is like a superwoman, so sweet, so helpful, so charming and wonderful. EH Clean staff was professional and listens closely to my personal needs. When I come home after they cleaned my home, my jaw drops in awe. I've been using EH Clean for a few months now and while they have competitive rates I wish I could afford to have them here more often. I'm scheduled for cleaning every other week and am always pleased with the job the ladies do on our 3 bedroom 2 bath house. They always finish everything within 2 hours and are always on time or early. At least one of the ladies speaks English well enough for me to communicate my needs. We have had several different teams in, but honestly that's fine with me as long as the consistency is there, which so far it has been. My little girl is always so happy to come home and see her room straightened and little touches added. Its a relief to have reliable and consistent work done. I look forward to having special little projects done down the road and may then raise my rating to 5 stars. I hired EH clean to come over to my small house and get it nice and clean for an upcoming visit by my relatives. First, Jana came over and looked around to see what I wanted done. She gave me a brochure and an estimate. Later, I called to schedule a time for them to come out. They came out on Friday afternoon, a few hours later than planned but they called to let me know they would be late so no big deal. Two ladies came over and did a good job! They were quite busy and left in just a few hours. The place looked great once finished! Got a great deal on the price. I thought it would be much more than that. A year and a half ago I moved into a new house with 2500 sq ft of wood floors. EH Clean has been my cleaners since the day BEFORE I moved in! My floors sparkle after they're done and the house feels as fresh as it did the day I moved in! In the midst of a construction project in a finished basement room, the house became covered in concrete dust! It was as if someone had opened the roof and dumped dust into every nook and cranny. Each surface (ceilings, walls, floors, table tops, items on tables, book shelves, books, pictures)...everything needed to be cleaned...and cleaned with care. Got two estimates and hired EH (Jana). We had European House Cleaning come do the initial deep clean and our house has never looked better. They were able to clean a chandelier that is high over stairs that we have never been able to reach. They hand wiped our 16 large window blinds and cleaned all base boards and door frames.
