If you're looking to escape the strip here's your spot less than three miles away. It's located in more of a residential commercial strip. Inside is bright and welcoming with some style and character. I tried the eggsplicit box and it lived up to its punny name. Bacon, poached eggs, spinach, micro greens, topped with a chipotle hollandaise sauce in a toasted cube of bread. The sauce was great, and I don't like hollandaise. I opted for fruit and the small brown had a nice variety of fresh fruit and berries, not just melon and strawberries like many places. The uniqueness of the box was what drew me to order it. I thought it was hollowed out and wondered what they did with the insides but I soon discovered it was smashed in the center to make rooms for the other items that made up the dish. At first I wasn't sure how to attack it but the steak knife sticking out of the top gave a clue. I cut a corner off, piercing the yolk of the perfectly poached egg and it immediately became a slightly (fun) messy to eat mashup of everything, including that great sauce. Maybe the best part was once the filling were gone, breaking off pieces of the perfectly golden bread box to sop up the remaining egg from the plate.

My family and I came for breakfast. We are not locals. However, we were able to find this cute little breakfast spot way off the strip. I love this down home comfortable feeling. Their food was very good. Their service was friendly. In fact, our server was so sweet. We had all these different questions about menu items, and whether or not certain ingredients were inclusive in certain dishes. She went above and beyond to find out all of this information for us. I can't even begin to tell you how appreciative I was of all of this because I do have food, allergies, as well as other folks in my family. So, sometimes ordering from a restaurant where you're unfamiliar with their menu, it raises a lot of questions and concerns. She took all of them in stride and she was so quickly able to get answers for us. I know that I really appreciated that. Our waitress, unfortunately, I do not remember her name, made some really great recommendations. One of them, in fact, it was ordered by our table. It was delicious. I wasn't so sure about the combination of ingredients and what not but it really came together quite nicely. I really enjoyed their French toast. For whatever reason, on this trip to Vegas, I seem to have my heart set on French toast and trying French toast, dishes all over the city. This one was very good. It was light and fluffy. Nothing was overpowering or too sweet. It was just right. The restaurant is very clean. The servers are all very friendly. Parking is free and available in the lot just outside. Hopefully we will come and visit again.

Before heading out of Vegas, I thought I would stop for breakfast at a local joint Checked out EGGscellent Breakfast & Lunch--a local favorite with a 4.8 on Google--and it did not disappoint. I got the Spicy Box, and this thing was no joke... basically built on what looked like a quarter loaf of grilled bread with Texas toast vibes The carne asada and chorizo were both top-notch Great little off-the-Strip spot if you're ever in Vegas and want a local favorite.

At Eggscellent for breakfast today. After house cleaning we deserve a fun experience and great food.

Food was amazing as also. My soup was packed with chicken and veggies. This is the second time Mark ordered the Mexican Benny. Also the croissant French toast. Our server was Alexis (?) very good with us. Of course the place was filling up once we arrived. The music and sounds of people have conversations is great.

Came through to Eggscellent and it definitely lived up to the name. Even though the place was packed (always a good sign), everything moved smooth. Walked in and was greeted right away, got seated, had a drink in hand, and placed my order all within 10 minutes. That kind of efficiency is rare. Shoutout to Ismael for top-tier service--attentive, quick, and made sure everything was on point the whole time. I ordered the Eggsplicit Box with country potatoes and it did not disappoint. Solid portions, flavorful, and exactly what you want when you're coming in hungry. The food was very tasty overall and I really liked the vibe of the restaurant--great energy all around. Only thing to note: there aren't any baby changing stations in the bathrooms, so keep that in mind if you've got little ones with you. If you're looking for a spot that's busy for a reason but still runs like a well-oiled machine, this is it. I'll definitely be back.

The food was excellent. The CFS was well made and breading stayed on. Gravy was good. Eggs were well cooked. The chilaquiles were also excellent. The taste was all there without the unnecessary spice. Only issue would be that of temperature. It was a bit cold. Maybe the dish sat too long before pickup. Which brings me to service. Very friendly but slow. We were asked for refill on coffee about one minute after served and then nothing for over 30 minutes. Overall I would say service was a miss, not because of the server, but because of the training. Ambiance was okay. Felt good and music okay and not too loud. Overall improve service and temperature and this would be 5 stars. For now can give 4. Also forgot to the toast and payment took way too long.

The service was fine and the atmosphere was decent, but the food didn't really stand out. Unfortunately, the sausage biscuits and gravy were pretty disappointing -- the flavor was off and didn't taste fresh. To be honest it tasted like dog food and I had to spit it out. The rest of the meal was average, but nothing we'd go out of our way to come back for.

First of all, I have to give a huge shout out to whoever was the interior designer of this restaurant! The interior bright yellow color contrasted by the deeper wood tones gives this place such a cheerful vibe! There are quite a few plants inside, which give it a vacation in paradise atmosphere. There is also a wall mural of the Vegas Strip, which makes you feel like you are looking out from a restaurant down on the strip. Our waiter was Jose. He was familiar to my husband because he's recently taken to going to this place which is just around the corner from us. Jose gave us eggceptional service! I ordered the Ultimate D'Lox Benny with a side of cottage cheese. It was presented on my plate with an orange twist. They have freshly squeezed orange juice and it was a big sized glass! Delicious! The menu is extensive and it will take you a few minutes to decide what to eat. They also have a promo going where you can get a free short stack of pancakes or a croissant French Toast if you like and post for them on FB, Insta, & Tiktok. I will definitely be back again! I think I found a new favorite!

After a busy weekend and not much food, my friend and I woke up starving on our last day in Vegas and I'm so glad we found this spot. It was busy and we could tell this was gonna be delicious. I ordered the stuffed toast? All I remember was that there was carne asada, chorizo, and poached eggs with hollandaise sauce and MY GOD I'll be thinking about this for a while. My friend ordered the Mexican Benedict. We were both so happy - definitely a must try in Vegas!

Loved the ambiance! This is such a cute little location. The service was top tier and the food was amazing!! Delicious and so worth every bite!. Try the avocado toast and the steak and eggs was cooked to what I wanted! Thanks to Claudio for being giving us great service !

Came here on New Years Day. Located a couple miles from the main strip in a small mall complex. Expect a small wait as the restaurant gets pretty busy during brunch hours. The food overall was good. Stuffed French Toast is definitely a unique highlight because they use croissant for the bread. The chicken was dry for the chicken stack but tasted great. Portions are relatively large and prices are pretty standard (15-17 dollars per person). Service is fast and friendly. Definitely will come back. Great breakfast option in Vegas.

Customer service on par with 5 star service. And the food... differently delicious I mean who makes French toast with a croissant and cones up with this ammmmaaaazibg flavor? All I can say is wow! Must try! Thank God google was right this time when I asked for best breaker near me Forgot to mention how clean it is there no dust or anything.. on any of the fixtures or wall art .. my new breakfast spot

Definitely recommend coming for breakfast! Our server, Celeste was helpful and kind. We had the special, Baja chicken hash with poached eggs & chocolate chip French toast. Always something new & good to try.

    Do they take reservations?

They do not take reservations. First come first served. Weekend morning are busiest. You can go and put your name in and ask for an estimated wait time, to be honest, it is worth the wait.

    Do you have mimosas?

They do not sell any alcohol. But they have one of the best breakfast you eat in Vegas. You'll see when you get there because even though they don't alcohol, they are always packed.

Is there any entree that is gluten free here? Does this restaurant use a shared fryer for things like battered chicken that would cross contaminate foods like gluten free home fries? I have Celiac disease and have to eat gluten free.

Do you guys have vegan/vegetarian options?

    Yes they do

Does this place have a kids menu?

Hi good morning, we do not have a kids menu at this time.

Do they have regular French toast?

Plenty of parking in the shopping center, the signage is very prominent so there is no mistaking where you're going. Walking in the front door, you feel like you're home again. Lots of cool artwork on the walls, a very wood-based environment, has a country charm to it with a modern upscale feel. We went there for appetizers as we were on a time crunch, so we ordered the blueberry chicken sliders, the corn ribs, and the blueberry chicken wings. I had heard about these for the longest time, and everyone said they were amazing. Well I'm here to tell you that they 100% are! The corn ribs were wonderful with the cilantro dipping sauce. The only thing that would have made them better is if they would have put some Jalisco cheese on it and made it a little more like street corn. But hey who am I to complain about these corn ribs? I ate them all. The blueberry chicken sliders were absolutely off the charts! I had heard about these several times. People saying things like they are the absolute best to your taste. Buds will be stunned for days. Well, they weren't wrong, these sliders were absolutely wonderful. And we cannot forget the blueberry smoked chicken wings. These things were so well cooked and the seasoning was perfect and the blueberry softs on top took it to a whole other dimension. I would eat probably three or four more plates of these. I'm looking forward to going back there for dinner, as they had plenty of options on the menu. Such as brisket, ribs and so forth. Definitely going back for round two. Bottom line? You cannot go wrong with this place. Do yourself a favor, take some friends, and get all of the aforementioned appetizers. Your taste buds will. Thank you!

It has evolved from the dark restaurant with booths behind thick red velvet curtains but it still carries the vibes of the rat pack and mob deals being made over martinis and steaks. So, where to start? With the entrance, hidden behind the tables in the Four Queens and down a a dark flight of stairs. You'll see the bar -- a great place to hide and have a fantastic drink in a quiet space -- and the host stand where all the ladies in the party will receive a long-stemmed rose. Can others in your party also receive a rose? Yes, but you have to ask. The menu is classic steakhouse: steaks, chops, fish, with all the entrees around the $100-$120 mark. What makes Hugo's a better deal compared with the strip steakhouses is you're buying a complete meal. That steak comes with a salad prepared expertly by the waiter at your command, sides, a bread and butter service, bottled water, and even a light dessert of chocolate-dipped fruit. If you're truly hungry, add on some delicious lobster bisque or a dessert at the end of the meal. That chocolate cake and the cobbler are pretty delicious. Cocktails are a must with this old-school Vegas vibe and you'll receive a hearty pour and an expert touch, never fear. Stick with the classics and you can't go wrong. A dirty martini with blue cheese olives is my go-to, with an Old Fashioned running a close second. The wine list is extensive and there is a full-time sommelier who has been working there for over 40 years. Prices are high, but less markup than you'll find on the Strip. The service is spot-on, practiced, and professional with most of the waitstaff working in the restaurant for many years. Are they still wearing the old-style Vegas tuxedos? You know it. Our server was friendly and checked on us often. BUT... The ladies bathroom was utterly disgusting!!! I was horrified! This was worse than a gas station bathroom. It really brought down the entire experience. Please clean the bathrooms!!

Normally Cheesecake Factory is amazing, so maybe this location was just having an off day. We came…read morein after shopping and were starving. Our server was kind and clearly trying her best, which I appreciated, but overall the experience was really disappointing. It took a long time just to get bread and we were told multiple times they were waiting on fresh bread, while other tables around us were being served theirs without any issue. That was frustrating and confusing. Our food took over 45 minutes to come out even though the restaurant was very slow. When it finally arrived, one of our meals came out incomplete with no fries. We were told they were waiting on fresh fries, and they ended up bringing them out separately after we had already finished eating. We were also incorrectly charged for three drinks when we only ordered two. We had to wait for a manager to process the refund and were told they could not provide a receipt for the correction. A few days later we noticed we had actually been charged twice. One charge eventually dropped off, but it was still stressful and inconvenient to deal with. Overall the service felt very disorganized. Again our server was nice, but the delays, mistakes, and billing issues made for a really unpleasant experience.
