Caramel Apple Crisp Pancakes Forgot to take a picture before! So Good!

I had a phenomenal experience at Eggs Up Grill. The service was phenomenal from the moment we walked in. Michelle was our waitress, she was patient and very thorough. Every member of the staff seemed attentive, energetic, and genuinely focused on taking care of the guests. It was clear that the whole team worked really well together--everyone stayed busy, helped each other out, and made sure things kept moving smoothly. On top of that, the food was fantastic. Everything tasted fresh and well prepared, and it really complemented the great service we received. Great service like that makes a big difference, and this team absolutely delivered. I'd definitely come back again.

First time at Eggs up Grill. Good experience although by the time we got there around 11 they were out of grits. Coffee, food and service were all good. It's nice to have options in the Melbourbe/Viera area.

Service 10/10 !! Food 10/10. Absolutely loved this place. The decor is cute and welcoming. Noone had any complaints with their food. I had the chicken and waffles the waffles were cooked perfectly. I liked the breading on my chicken tenders were light and not greasy at all. My mimosa was refreshing and very well balanced as well. I would definitely visit again.

The vibe of this place is just off. As we're seated, I'm told we have to vote in some sort of contest for the wait staff, whom I don't know at all yet. Then, as the host receded, they decide to station the Easter bunny for Easter, which is the next week, right next to the bathrooms, but sitting on a stool staring straight at me. Childhood PTSD kicked in big time. I think that they finally figured that out, because they moved him to the front. The whole thing, like most of the restaurant, was awkward. Food? It was not awful. It was not amazing. It was so unremarkable. I really couldn't remark on anything about it. Anything other than "eh." As I say about three stars: won't thrill ya, won't kill ya. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The cremated remains of breakfast

I'll preface this with saying I came here when it opened and it was an absolute GEM of a local restaurant. However service has consistently gone downhill to the culmination of my final visit to Eggs Up Melbourne. I would encourage you to go elsewhere 45+ minute wait for garbage tier service. Waitress took order and disappeared until food was delivered by a runner 45 minutes later. Bacon and sausage were what only can be described as "cremated." Either the 3 workers standing at the kitchen window don't know what right looks like, or don't care, because they appeared to have zero issue with a lack of quality control. The two managers on duty didn't seem to care either as they were non existent until we raised the issue that the food we ordered 3/4ths of an hour earlier was burned to a point it was inedible. Miraculously properly cooked food showed up 3 minutes later, and it's utterly baffling that they can make that happen after the fact but can't bother to do it right the first time. Take your money elsewhere.

Excellent service, good food, extensive menu too. I have no pic of the food, cuz I ate it too quick. I will be back though!

the breakfast I ordered

I placed a takeout order of avocado toast w eggs over medium. They literally cut up some avocado and tossed it on the bread and the eggs were runny. Maybe Im accustomed to really diners coming from the Northeast but this was disgusting.

Red, White and Blue waffle. Looks great and tasted better.

First time visiting Eggs Up Grill. Walking in the Grill is bright and spotless. Greeted as soon as we walked in, within a minute Rob our server was asking what we wanted to drink. Coffee was great as was the service and food. We were sitting there and a woman with a baby carriage was leaving. Rob dropped what he was doing and went to hold the door for the women. I mean how nice was that? We ordered the Red, White and Blue waffles. It was delicious and came with FRESH fruit. Servings were generous and we felt there was a lot of value for the price. We will be back again and we wish this new business good luck. Just look at the photos and plan a trip to the Eggs Up Grill, remember to support local businesses.

Tiny servings of salsa. 2 black olives never supposed to be in our food

Not sure how this place has 4.7 stars. The food is straight up not seasoned. Just go to Backwater.

They had various hot sauces that you can add to your sandwiches and the way they toasted them.. I'm not much of a fan of toasted sandwiches, but this place made them like no one else. And no matter how many terrible quiznos I have had since, they can never do it like this place did. The perfect day was to go by here on the way over to Disney World and grab my lunch so I can take into the park. Now, I sort of had to buy two because I would inevitably just eat one on the drive to Disney's chunk of land. There's nothing like biting into one of these sandwiches while sitting around Universe B Disney. There was just something magical about the sandwiches here. Always a great comfort food. Which is odd that one would go with a toasted sandwich when in Florida.. which means everything's toasting up already.

One kept playing with her nose jewelry then used those fingers to grab food gloves touching the outside of those gloves. Another sneezed into her hands then walked into the other room behind the counter and never washed her hands, returning to the food service area. Also after putting lettuce in subs I saw a worker sweep off the lettuce from the countertop back into the lettuce bin. Ugh!!!! Little wonder why ppl get sick eating in restaurant/fast food places. The health dept. needs to visit this place.... soon!

We weren't far and got there before the food was finished but that's not their fault, we weren't far just really close and I didn't expect them to have our order ready before we got there. I walked in and the place was really inviting, clean, good vibes, and great service. They were really friendly, told me I can sit anywhere and brought the food to me when ready. The food smelled so good on the way home, and man did it taste great. Again I really didn't expect much, but I have to give it to them, their burger was so delicious I wanted another one. My wife loved her poke bowl and my son ate all of his food, which usually he has trouble doing (picky eater). Anyways we will definitely come back here 5 stars. And sorry no photos, we were really hungry by the time we came home. No time for pics.

I had been wanting to try this place for a long time and so on a Wednesday afternoon I decided to…read moredo just that. The Intracoastal Amber Red Ale is a local IPA and was cold and refreshing ($6.50). My Aloha Burger ($9.50) consisted of a Teriyaki-Marinated Angus Beef Patty, Swiss Cheese, Grilled Pineapple Slice, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Creamy Teriyaki Aioli, all on a Toasted Brioche Bun. The Aloha Burger was marked on the menu as a local favorite and I found it to be very good. Be warned though, this is a pretty messy burger and if you don't abide by the old phrase of "finger licking good", then you might find this sandwich somewhat challenging, ha! My server was polite and efficient. The indoor seating consists of a bar area with 14 seats along an "L" shaped bar along with 4 high top tables. Also along the far wall there's 8 smaller tables. The outdoor covered patio area consists of both 2-person tables and also 4-person tables. There's also a smaller bar with seating for about 10 people. Happy Hour is Monday - Friday, 3-7pm, with $1.00 off wines and mixed drinks, $2.00 off drafts. All Day Specials include $3.00 Landsharks and $5.00 Margaritas. Also on Wednesdays they feature a "Burger & Brew" special - any burger and a craft draft for $8.50 (after 5pm only - much to my dismay). I will be back to try their tacos which look pretty amazing. Stop in and give them a try.
